If things get real bad and you have to resort to cannibalism remember: Vegans first, they are the closest thing to grass fed.

⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

Well that was a big badda boom but in the end the make shift bombs hit their targets and the tower came down. The Vengeance was down on the ground and the crew for the most part was in tact. Gideon had a small concussion and was seeing stars but he would be alright as long as he didn't decide to take a nap. Atticus and Camilla were in the cargo bay, taking deep breaths between each other as Daphne came in.

"I'd give that landing a 3.0 considering everything," Camilla said as she pushed her hair out of her face. Atticus nodded. "God was watching over us that is for sure." Camilla rolled her eyes as she glanced around, taking in the mess around the Vengeance.

"Well I dare say that ship isn't going anywhere anytime soon my good captain. We are not out of the woods yet though, remember the Alliance is wanting to dust this planet before the rest of the Reavers get here. We have to move quickly and get those people off world. Shall we go make introductions?" he said with a large grin on his face.

Jackson set the shuttle down next to the Vengeance. The docking port for both his and gene's ships were too damaged to actually dock with the Firefly Vessel. "That ship isn't armed. Yes, take position, land and I want a ground crew ready and meeting me at the air lock in five minutes. Armed and ready. If they won't come quietly, we take them by force - Nonleathal unless there is not other choice," Quinn said to his crew before making his way to his quarters for a brief stop.

"Get all injuries to the med bay if there are any, and load up, we are probably going to have to make a break for it in the shuttles to get away from the gorham Alliance," Anisa said over the coms but nothing went through. Cursing under her breath she made her way as best she could into her bunk, she needed to gear up.

Newnan - Ryan for once wasn't saying anything, just laying there in his cell seeming like he was asleep while Kris showed Niesha Sophia's body. Miss Sally nodded and got together a list of those that had passed from Newnan that day... Zoie, Sophia, Bridgette, Astrid, Bahzhooli, Miss Lilly, and Angela (the teen girl) - those were just the ones from Newnan.. then handed it over to Ash.

Tatiana sighed as she looked over to Ciel. "Ve get you fixed up as best we can, just relax," she said softly before asking Froggy to come over to them once Ash had left. "Well seems someone is having a hard time breathing, you say you have Asthma? Well then, let us get you feeling better," he said before walking over towards the medicine cabinet and unlocking it. "Tatiana, please get me somethings," he said to her before listing them out and where they were. Tatiana nodded and moved quickly to get what the doctor has asked of her, bringing them back as he came over with a small bottle of medicine. Hooking everything together he put the clear liquid into nebulizer before turning it on and it began to let out a white fog. "Breath this in, slow and steady. It is abuterol."

Franklin - Beni thought for a moment once Sana was good and inside of the school. "Well, I am not sure what all the building has in it but since it is a high school I am sure there has got to be some things you two could find of use. I think there is a shop class room over at the far east end of the school. Probably mostly power tools we can't use but there might be some wood, saws, nails, hammers. You know basic stuff. There is probably an art class room as well somewhere in here with paints and such. Anything you two could put together, I know she would really appreciate once she gets over the initial shock of it all," he said before excusing himself and heading back into the school to check on the rest of the group. Mike sighed as he rubbed the back of his neck. "I'm gonna get him laid to rest while you two take care of that. I'll come find you when I am done," he said before walking off towards whee they were digging the graves. One of the men that had come back from Newnan looked over at Riley as he was getting his gear and slinging his pack over his shoulder. "Didn't get her name but we ran across some red head on the road that went back with the folks to Newnan, was helping with Ray's leg. Seemed to know her way around first aide and then some," he said before shrugging.
@The Grey Dust Well Cyne was already asked by Kyra to go. (Remember these are orcs, don't like humans, doesn't know Thomas, hasn't been introduced by who the Chief believes is the leader, and his people died where none in the group have yet. Why do you think Kyra isn't going herself? Isn't because of Sana, it's cause she knows better right then than to step foot in the cave, LOL)
@The Grey Dust Grey, gonna save Thomas's ass real fast. On an intellect check Thomas would realize the following... (The following is all information in the IC that is being overlooked currently)

1) Kyra and Keystone were taken to the Chief with Cyneburg - they would be looked at as the leaders, not Ntaj or Thomas

2) Kyra asked Ntaj and Cyneberg to go probably because 1 already was introduced and the other spoke Orc - both being half orc

3) Since Thomas did the least during the fight he would probably realize that no undead got into the cave and the Chief never left it

4) Going outside the wall with that many undead orcs wandering around with just two people is probably a quicker death sentence than Kyra at this point.

5) Letting that spell go off and potentially destroying the wall is removing the only safety barrier the group has at this time and will attract the undead back on them.

6) If that happens, Thomas and Sana are obviously basically out of casting for the day.

Will give you a chance to edit if you wish, need a note here quickly if you will make the edit.

Millicent Wyndham

Location: Wyndham Estate near Hyde Park (Inside)

Millicent sat at the ready, just in case, as her friends body lay vulnerable to anything and everything the world could throw at them at that moment in time. Thankfully, the world was kind and left the two at peace. Well, at least as much peace as could be had while having to listen to the muffled yells and demands of her step-mother through the closed door. It was the day of an event and that never bode well within the confines of the manor. Milli could do nothing but feel sorry for the staff of the house being ordered about the way they were, it was truly a test of patience to just sit there and listen and yet she did. She couldn't leave Virginia right then.

How they managed to keep any staff was a miracle in and of itself in Millicent's mind. She did what she could to make sure that the staff was well taken care of but there was only so much she could do to buffer them, which in truth was far more than she did for herself. At least her mother had never struck one of the staff. That was at least of some solace in these times. She could never understand her step mothers temper or want to attend these functions. Especially in these times, when people were dying because of Soulless. Why couldn't Elizabeth see that it was better to have her daughters trained to defend themselves instead of teaching them what the latest fashion and hair trends were?

Hearing Virginia starting to come about her mind came back to the task at hand and she rose from her place and slipping the blade back into the leather sheath on her thigh before rushing over to her and handing her a glass of water from the table. Her brow quirking upwards slightly as she set herself down next to her friend. "What visions brought you to this conclusion? Not that I doubt your words but you know my mother, death could be hosting the event tonight and she would simply say that we must change the colors we were intending on wearing."

Elizaveta Romanova

Location: St. Etheldreda's - Chapel

Elizaveta gave Mary a soft smile and tilted her head slightly as she listened. "There is no need to apologize my good voman. If it is in your nature to do so and to remain formal, then please do not let my vords dissuade you. It is only a personal request due to the nature of my visit to these lands that are so far from my ovn." Her words were kind as she spoke and her voice was gentle. Her eyes glancing towards her guards for a moment and holding her hand out to them to let them know to keep their distance at this point. The sound of hilt hitting sheath lightly echoing through the chapel as they stepped back into position by the doors.

"Do forgive my escorts, they are ever so protective of the non-spiritual aspect of my life," she said as her eyes looked around, listening to Mary's words once again. Gathering the folds of her gown she held her hand out to Mary as a look of concern came across her features. "I dare say then prayer by his side is far more poverful than prayer within the confines of the chapel. May I look upon him? Perhaps I can be of assistance Mary. The ways of my people and knovledges of our kind are vastly different than the ones I have read about that are knovn in these parts."

On taking Elizaveta's hand one would find they were rough and calloused, not smooth and soft like one would expect from someone who was dressed in finery. It was odd, granted it was also odd that the woman did not want to be addressed formally, had spoken to the Pope and now wanted to see the child. There were whispers that some of the nations had ways about them with Soulless that were unknown and untaught outside of their borders, wanting to remain separate from the rest of the world, perhaps where Elizaveta was from was one of them.

Peter Keystone

Location: Qasr El Nil Barracks Officers Club

"Of course, wouldn't want you to run into any trouble this evening or any other," Peter said graciously before glancing over towards his uncle and chuckling a bit. Nodding as he left before turning his attention back towards their guest. He knew his uncle had been drinking a fair amount that evening but he also knew just how much the man could hold. Granted it was some time ago since the last time that he had witnessed his uncle get drunk but he figured the ma had not let his vice go to waste over the years. In fact he was rather sure that the man could hold a fair amount more now a days than he had before the last war.

"I truly believe it would take drinking the entire river Nile to get him fully intoxicated at this point," he said with a charming smile as they waited. Taking his cane and walking over towards Lauren as they waited before taking her arm as his uncle returned and following him outside with her.

"I dare say there is not a finer craft for a jaunt to ensure she is well taken care of dear Uncle," he said as he reached over and opened the door for her, allowing her to climb in with whatever aide she might require. "Now, where shall we tell the driver to take you and would you care for us to accompany you this evening? Your wish is our command for the time being," Peter added, wanting her to feel safe. He was not sure just how well she knew Vera but she was in her office when he arrived, so for all he knew they were either old friends or just met. Either way, he wasn't about to let a woman feel alone in a city as the bell tolled.

Newnan - Tatiana looked up and over to Ash when he came in, apparently there to get a check up from the Doctor. She didn't know who was or was not lost so far, she heard things but she wasn't asking. It wasn't her place. All she did know was that Jack was back safely. Standing up she smoothed out her pants and wrapped her arms around herself, looking around nervously. "Thank you for bringing Jack back safe," she said meekly before giving the man a rather abrupt but heartfelt hug. It was quick the way she moved, but she held it, not caring if he returned it. She would have given him or done anything he wanted right then to show her gratitude that Jack was back safe but all she had right then was a hug. And frankly the way his face was, it seemed like he could use one.

Turning as she heard Jack enter she released Jack, smiling brightly to him before rushing over to him and wrapping her arms around his chest and burying her face there. "Ve stay together," she said letting out a shuddering breath as she squeezed much tighter than one would think possible from such a small girl. Looking up at him she forced a smile, biting her bottom lip. Hearing Ciel cough some she let Jack go and headed over to the boy, brushing his hair back with her finger tips. "That cough not sound good, you have cold?" she asked Ciel as she pulled another blanket up on him and adjusted his pillow.

Things in the rest of the city seem to be calm, Miss Sally making sure those waiting on Ash in the Mess Hall were fed and had plenty to drink. Making the rounds to take names down and who was comfortable with who so she could get to work on sleeping quarters for each of them. Fanning herself a few times she stepped over to the AC unit and cranked the AC on. "There, that's better," she said with a smile. "Figure we could make it more comfortable in here while we wait. Now, other than food, drink, and sleep - is there anything any of you all need for the evening? Ash will be by shortly for interviews, then we will get you to rooms where you can sleep. Sadly we don't have AC everywhere but you will be able to take a hot shower in your rooms and there will be some clean clothing for you all to change into. There will be a basket in your rooms to put your dirty laundry marked with your room number, you will need to bring those with you in the morning here to drop off so that Domestics can get them washed for you."

Franklin - Beni sighed deeply as he looked over towards the girls and Mike as they came out of the school. "A hoard, Newnan lost 3 of theirs helping us get the kids and Ray to their doctor, we lost Marx," one of the crew that was part of the group that went to Newnan and back. Lyon rubbed his face as Lyon knelt down and scoped Sana up in his arms before carrying her weeping into the school. "Marx was Sana's brother," Beni said and Mike looked down at the ground for a minute before shaking his head. "Damn.. alright, well I can bury Marx for Sana. She shouldn't have to right now. Amelia, Riley, are you girls any good at making things? Like crafty? Would be nice for Sana if we could make a grave marker for her brother," he asked the girls as he went over to the truck and ordered a few of the guys to take Marx's body out to the grave plots behind the school.

Kyra & Sana

Location: Hell Defrosting
Interacting With: In General

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Kyra just rolled her eyes. This type of pity party was one of the main reasons she traveled alone most of the time. If someone got back handed with something they didn't like they sulked and waited for everyone around them to go "oh please don't go, we need you, blah blah blah." To her it was a pathetic juvenile attempt at attention and as far as she was concerned she didn't have time to stroke someone's ego. If you screwed up, you took your licks, you sucked it up, you carried on. End of story. The road to hell was paved with good intentions, it didn't mean you still weren't on the road to hell just because you didn't mean to do it. She didn't know what disgusted her more right then; the fact he had pissed off several of the members of the group when he went all EGOtastic before the battle and didn't listen during or after the battle or that people were actually buying his shit right then and giving more worry about his whining than to the person that he could have just killed, the one that actually helped in the fight and helped save their asses.

She kept her mouth shut though because of Satilla. The healer needed quiet and she wouldn't get another peep out of Kyra right then. Kyra merely stood there stoically awaiting instruction or request. That request came in the form of Keystone asking for his cloak. Patting Ash on his neck she stepped over to Keystone's items and found the cloak, shaking it out a few times before walking over to them and handing it to Keystone. "Here, I am going to boil some water," she said handing it over before stepping away again. Picking up a random empty pot that had been scattered on the ground she poured out the water from her water skin into it to heat it. She figured once it was hot she could fill the water skin again and tuck it into the cloak once it was wrapped around Sana in hopes of warming her up.

"Cyneburg, Njat, could one of you that speak Orc see if you can find the Chief and ask him if it is alright for us to go deeper into the cave?" she asked before looking over towards Lerriana. "Hopefully that wall will stand long enough for those dead to walk a long way away from here. Seems it is our only real defense right now."

Sana's breathing evened out over time but it was still rough. At this point it would become clear that it wasn't a matter of healing anymore that needed to be done, just recovery time and hopes that she would wake up. Her body was still cold, especially her throat, hands, and feet. She lay there like a rag doll, her lips moving every so often as if she was speaking in her sleep but no noise came from her lips other than the residual rasp from within her lungs. Kyra cocked a brow as she looked over, had her voice been destroyed she wondered to herself.
@Charnobylisk Yes you can, just know if you do you will be on the four day counter until we get to the time jump - so up to you if you want to jump back in now or just wait until the time jump when the posting schedule will relax.

Subway of Justice/Justice Asylum: - Cynthia smirked and stuck her tongue out at the orderlies before sitting down as they left. While Iris asked her about her friend from Seattle the jacket became looser before Cynthia pulled it off over her head and tossed it into the trash can. "They really suck at putting these things on," she said idly before looking back over at the Doctor. A grin came across her face. "Oh lots of things. She's pretty even if she is old, she's really sweet, she's interesting," Cynthia rambled as she leaned forward and pretended to play piano on Iris's desk. Down at the front desk, Relic and Mali managed to finally arrive at the Asylum. "Yeah, um need to see Dr. Kingston," he said looking around the place and refusing to keep eye contact. "Do you have an appointment?" the clerk at the front asked. "Um, no." The woman rolled her eyes, "well then she is busy." "Just tell her Relic is here," he said quickly before turning and walking over to where the seating area was, looking around nervously before tilting his head down and looking at the floor while he leaned against the wall. The clerk rolled her eyes again, eying Mali for a moment before picking up the phone and ringing for the doctors office. Once she picked up, "Dr. Kingston, there is someone here to see you. I told them you were busy but he insisted, said his name is Relic. Whatever that means."

Classic Building 3C: - "Well from what I can tell Cynthia reacts well to kindness, and is rather morbid on occasion. So as long as you aren't rude you shouldn't have a problem. I don't see a problem with letting her know that you know myself and Riley, as long as you keep it quiet to the rest of the place," Marc said as he turned and began to set up a little mic to put on Felix. "Think it would be best if we all either Ubered or took a cab. No need to stuck on public transit or let our personal cars be seen. Riley and me, Felix alone. We can arrive a little later to a building close to the Asylum in hopes not to attract too much attention but be close enough to help if we need to," he added as he stood up and stepped over to Felix, lacing a small button cover through a button hole and fixing it into place before handing over an ear piece. "This way we can hear you and you can hear us," he said before handing over similar to Riley and then getting to work on putting his own into place. "Now for weapons, none of us are going anywhere without something."

Justice Morgue: - Natasha got to work on pulling the bullet out, it was tricky even for someone who had done it many times in the past. It slipping out of her grip several times before she was finally able to extract it. Sighing she finally began to stitch up the wound. "Sorry about that, I know it hurt a lot but hopefully that is all we will have to do. Just keep it clean and let me check it every day for the next couple of weeks," she said before cocking a brow at the mention of salary requirements. "You resigning from here?" she asked before waving off the question. "Sorry, none of my business," she said before sitting down and taking a deep breath, today had been a lot more exciting than she thought it would have been. Leaning back in her seat she looked at the bodies before continuing now that Cecily was alright. "Now that that is taken care of, ready to learn what else I found out? Figure I should let you two know before I write up the report, for some reason I feel like most of this you aren't going to want in the files."
