If things get real bad and you have to resort to cannibalism remember: Vegans first, they are the closest thing to grass fed.

March didn't come in like a lion... It came in like a T-Rex with PMS, and hemorrhoids, wearing barbed wire undies....

⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

@Sigil Okay, marking it down.
@ONL He probably wouldn't have heard her singing since she was in a closed tank when she was singing. She stopped singing before she exited the tank. As far as the other person, he wouldn't notice her at all. She is hiden.
@ONL With the snow drift - no. She just happened to see him over the top of one since she on top of it.
@ONL Yeah, she spotted Alex
@Dragoknighte Yeah, I think everyone is waiting on Riv at this point
Day 3 on the reset counter - Make sure to try not to ride the counter since others need to post as well. We don't want to reset to make things even harder on everyone to post. It's supposed to make things easier over time.
Okay, post up in IC - counters reset for this RP now from my last post.

Barracks: Aziza had barely taken a bite of her food when three others started conversing. Her brow raising as she bit her bottom lip. It seemed that Haakon and Josephine were mixed up in something that had to do with the prison. The representative of the prison coming over as everything was aired out in public, chewing a mouthful of food. Aziza watched the man as he stepped over to the Lord Major and stopped in his tracks as the Corporal came in loudly and announced his presence.

Glancing over at Harry she swallowed her own food with a slight gulp. They were being implicated in a murder? Who? How? Abbas..." she muttered under her breath. She had no doubt the man have woven one hell of a story of what happened. And then, it clicked in her mind that Reginald had mentioned something about Haakon's notes. They were being confiscated? What had he written that would require that? She felt her heart drop into the pit of her stomach. Was it something about everything going on? Was she mentioned in it? She felt nervous and decided to ask the Lord Major but it would have to wait. At least until things calmed down.

"Time to go," the representative from the prison said rather bluntly. He had extended a courtesy to the Lord Major and was ready to leave right then.

Vera looked up slowly as William called her clumsy while he was talking to Lauren. It wasn't even in passing, it was as if he was nicknaming her that. She had been called that before but this time it struck a chord and it hurt. Normally she just brushed it off. She was clumsy, there was no denying that, yet this time she hadn't been. She had felt ill, off, confused even. Maybe that was why it hurt, maybe it was because he was calling her names. She didn't know. All she knew was that it hurt and she lowered her face quickly to try to hide it.

Yet, as he asked if she was okay, she looked back up to him. The hurt was still in evident in her eyes. She nodded in a shaky fashion, then shook her head, then just looked away from him. Was that concern in his voice? Or was it something else? It had to be something else. There was no reason for him to be concerned for her. He was probably just wanting to get this over with and away from her.

The medic nodded as he kept walking. "Yes, very much. We do not have nurse on duty. Be good to have a woman with her while she is fully examined. Lord Major would want her virtue protected," the medic said as he stopped in front of the infirmary door and pushed it open. Inside there was two rows of beds on either side with a desk in the center. Several men were in the beds, resting or eating s orderlies moved about. "This way please," he said motioning towards the door in the back. "Private examining room, if you could set Lady Munn down in there," he said to William. "On the examining table please, keep her steady." Motioning to Lauren he gave her a reassuring look. "If you would stay with us while I do, that would be wonderful."

Vera found herself biting her bottom lip. He was staying during the exam? She looked over to Lauren tentatively, at least she was with her. That would make it easier right? Vera hoped so, she didn't know how much longer she could deal with being this close to Mr. Drake. Being this close to him made her feel ill. Or maybe she really was ill and he had nothing to do with it? Oh of course, that was it. She was coming down with something. He wasn't the cause, of course not. He showed no signs of being ill, so he couldn't be contagious and passing on some disease to her right?

"Excuse me!" a guard called out. Huffy slightly he rushed over to them and handed over a piece of paper to Lady Munn. "This was delivered for you at the front gate." Taking the paper Vera read over it quickly before nodding.

"Thank you," she said as she tucked the note away in her blouse.

"Of course Lady Munn," he said before rushing back off.

"Can we please hurry? I have a meeting at the museum in an hour I cannot miss," Vera said weakly. Yes, the meeting with Lady Kingston! She must get to that.

Garden City: Smiling brightly Neema nodded. "Oh yes! Of course. We can go there first. My friend tends to ramble, we will want time. So museum first, then we can go from there. Let us be on our way. Beautiful morning, let us walk, clear our heads," she said as she stepped through the door and waited for Nora to join her.

Making her way down the stairs and out of the front of the building she glanced around as she pulled her cloth tighter around her head. Taking Nora's arm she lead the way. It wasn't horribly hot or humid as of yet, a nice day for a walk. She knew if they took a taxi they could have gone to see her friend first but the woman loved to talk, constantly. Once they got there, there was no telling just how long they would be. Nora already had an appointment for the day and she didn't want to risk Nora being late or it, or heaven forbid, missing it completely.

"So tell me, what all do you know so far? The walk should give us plenty of time for you to fill me in," she asked as they walked down the sidewalk.

The Road To The Museum: The man's eyes lit up as Mosi took the food and tried it. Smirking slightly as if winning some unspoken argument with the red headed woman. "Yes! Right away!" he said before hurrying to prepare a more filling and fitting serving size. Chuckling the woman just shook her head slightly and motioned for Mosi to go ahead and have a seat at the bartop like area along the window.

"He'll just be a few," she explained as she picked up the empty plates that were laying there and handed them over to the younger boy. "So what brings ya down our little street?" she asked as she poured a glass full of a white milky liquid. "It's sweetened almond milk, very nice to go along with your meal," she added as she set the pitcher down. "We don't get many American's down this way. Most tourists tend to avoid anything but the main streets."

"Oh where be me manners... I'm Rosheen MacManus," she said with a smile as she gathered the folds of her sleeve and extended her hand over the windowsill to Mosi. "Nice to meet ya."
