⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

Eden

Location: Eden: 22, Tank on Right Fork Of Road Between 21 and Main Eden Building, Behind the Tank
Skills: Survival, Tank Operations, Land Navigation, Hunting, Rifle, Sniper Rifle

"Okay, kill fuckers, grab a bite to eat, find clubs, play wack a mole with deadies, then get our nails done. Sounds like an aces good girl day," Lola laughed as he slowly drove the tank forward. It might have sounded off to some a few years ago but in this day and age it actually didn't sound near as insane as it might have before the outbreak. The sad fact of the matter was that with Lola it wouldn't have sounded insane at all even five years ago. Okay, maybe the nails would have but shit in this day and age a girl needed to do the little things. Makes that whole survival thing worth while.

Now while some might think playing mini gold with walkers was a good time with the girls, Thana did not. She preferred to stay focused on the matter at hand and even if they were done taking care of Eden she would have wanted to book it out of there and see if she could find Ash and whomever might have survived whatever the hell had happened in Newnan. As far as things were going now she had no idea if anyone had survived. She didn't know what would have been more tragic, the newly wed couple surviving or dying in all of that. Would have been a high note to go out on but then again wasn't life a high note in and of itself?

Gavin was right down the middle on the subject. He wouldn't have mind taking the back nine and having a cold brew in his hand while he played batter up clean up with the eaters. That is if Thana was fine and good when all of this was over. Then again if she wasn't and she ended up being one of the ones to bite the dust in the middle of all of this, his shit storm might just be beginning instead of climbing out of the darkness that was his mind right then, and it was a very bleak place indeed.

Coming up to a fork in the road again Lola peered out and turned the tank. She could see a rather large building not too terribly far from them. It had been the largest one she had seen since they got on the grounds and from the looks of it, it had to be the lace they were aiming for. Especially since there were some still standing around it and looking like they were going to actually try to guard it. It was the back side of a building but hey what better place to put a very large caliber shot? It would be a bullet of health in her book. "Oh get ready Yank, should be able to take a shot soon," she cackled.

Nodding towards Thalia, Thana couched down low and checked her weapon real fast. "Alright, I'll cover you," she said but before she started to take a step she glanced over at Alexander and quirked a brow. The man hadn't said anything in a bit that she was aware of. "If you aren't ready for this, hold tight here and be a middle point," she said in suggestion before taking off behind Thalia and keeping a few yards back just in case. She wanted to watch her back not be so close to it that she couldn't see something coming right up on it.

Gavin took down two more with his rifle and lowered his weapon. Wiping his brow with the back of his arm and pushing his curls out of his face, making sure to adjust his hat so they were actually held back now. He probably should have done that sooner but better late than never in his mind. That was unless it was to his or Thanas funeral. Better never in his mind on that matter. Running his tongue along his lips he pulled his rifle back up and looked through the scope. Seemed they were getting closer to the building. That was good. It wasn't as if he minded using the rifle with part of them wanted to get right up on these people and make this a person look them in the eyes moment.

Sana
Location: The Tower - 3rd Floor
Interacting With: GRZ
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

This was turning into a proverbial shit storm. Just as she lowered her bow form taking out a nasty bug she barely gets a glance of a rather large monster before it slams into her body. She did not see that one coming if she had she would at least tried to dodge it or jump back so it tripped over the bench she had been standing on all this time. Yet there was no chance and just as soon as it wrapped it large arms around her it took a bite out of her. With its mouth. That was just rude.

Barely catching a look of Keystone as he came over and tried to rip the creatures spin out - granted she didn't know that was what he was doing, she just knew he was there and that he was behind the thing and that she was being jostled more and it was a secondary thing, not coming from the monster that had her in its grasp.

Sana wasn't one to sit there and just let herself get squeezed to death though. She was at least going to try to get out of its grasp. Yet, each time she tried it wasn't any good. This thing was far stronger than she was and she was already injured. In fact the poison that was coursing through her veins took another hit at her and Sana started to feel rather down. In fact she was starting to turn gray at this point. She could feel that thing was not going and if something didn't change quickly she wasn't going to make it to the end of the fight.

Map/Notes:

Millicent Wyndham

Location: Library, Heaton Hall, Heaton Park, Manchester, England
Skills: Class Knowledge (Peer), Court Etiquette, House

"Ahh, I am sure many believe it even if they do not have the constitution to voice it among their own peers. I find that courage to speak ones mind becomes absent in public for so many do you not?" Rutherford say as he led the women from the library and down the hallway towards the main dinning room.

The table was long, seating nearly 100 with ease. All splendidly laid out in true London fashion with the servants posted through out to help the ladies if need be. As they entered they were approached by the host himself. "My my, Lord Rutherford, you enter my second home with one beautiful woman on your arm and now, having been here less than a full evening, I see you have found another stunning one in which to decorate your arm with. How do you do it?"

"Ha, Thomas, careful. These women are not your typical wall flowers. Please let me introduce you. You have already met my dear fiance Millicent but this exotic flower is the Lady Colette de La Fontaine, gracing us with her presence from France. Lady Fontaine, please let me introduce you to Lord Thomas Egerton, the second Earl of Wilton," Rutherford said as he stood there.

Millicent wasn't sure what to make of the situation. Wait, yes she was. Rutherford was charming, and handsome, and he knew how to play the crowd. Thomas she was not sure of, she didn't know him well, yet Rutherford she felt she knew him far more than she ever wished to. She hoped that Colette would be able to see through the ruse at one point. This man was not what he seemed.

"My, it is a pleasure. I had hoped you would attend though I must admit I did not believe you would grace us with your presence. Please, do join Lord Rutherford and I, along with Miss Wyndham," Thomas said offering his arm to take Colette off Rutherfords hands. "We have seating just this way for all of us if you would."

Elizaveta Romanova

Location: Her Private Tent, Russian Tent City, Regent Park, London, England
Skills: English, Diplomacy

Letting the tent flap close quickly behind her, she made sure it was shut before moving deeper within the tent. She looked nothing like the Grand Duchess had earlier, dressed in garb far more fitting for her adoptive mother before she had passed than the future Czarina of Russia. Yet she carried herself the same nonetheless and it was hard to tell when she was moving over than the gliding fact she was in one place and then another. Glancing over towards Mary she nodded to Virginias words. "I believe that Master Zimmer vill do nicely right nov. He is very different but there seems to be method to his madness, one I intend to get to knov better. Vhen the time comes. Yet as ve knov, time is short and ve must make a move. Nov is that time," she said as Sister Sophia came to the tent and announced herself.

Elizaveta gave a look that spoke volumes, one that said keep quiet for now. "Here are the papers you wanted." The sisters voice was stern and the look on her own face spoke volumes. She did not approve of the show nor the manner of dress of the grand duchess right then. Elizaveta paid her glare no mind as she took the papers from her, thanked her promptly and showed her to the door. Assuring the woman that she was in good hands with Mary and Virginia at her side to help her change and that she wished to rest without worry for a time. It took a moment of back and forth in Russian but eventually the other sister left the tent and the trio alone once again.

Turning towards Virginia, Elizaveta handed over the papers so that the Circus could take over care of James. It was very standard, there was nothing out of place, and nothing they hadn't agreed to. He would be protected, raised, and trained in the Circus. His skills would be evaluated but he would be able to chose which he preferred. If he chose an animal skill, one would be chosen and it would be provided by he circus and trained alongside him. He would also be trained in an act and perform with the Circus until his eighteenth birthday at which time he could chose to remain or to leave.

"I fear for her as well. I must ask, how are your riding skills ladies? We will need to be like the wind and while I know my own abilities with Myska, yours I am unaware of," she said as she stood there and glanced around. "I do not believe either of your attire, or mine for that matter will work. That I can fix," she said before making her way to a trunk and pulling a key out that was near by.

Ludwig Zimmer

Location: Food Table, Main Tent, Russian Tent City, Regent Park, London, England, Europe, Northern Hemisphere, Planet Earth
Skills: English, Observation, Mental Stamina, Unacknowledged Soulless/Countries

Food, to quench the churning and bubbling that was held within the trapping of skin. A battle without a target, pitting force against itself until from above something new slid down and fell into the pit of despair. Then and only then could attentions be turned, attacking and blinding with acid to flow over and take down in the tilde wave of gastric juices. The meat could fight it but in the end it would be enveloped. Glub glub glub. A valiant death and one that would stem the tides of hunger pains for a few hours, providing the world within the body needed respite from the carnage that was nearly constant within.

Yet on the outside, such valantry was often over looked. Especially when one was speaking of pirates. Or anything else that clamored through Ludwigs mind. Sitting down in a chair, half hunched over his plate and picking at his food, sucking and biting as his face sunk and rose, watching the boys, watching the food, watching the flames flicker from the gas lights. "Down the rabbit hole, go and ho. Through the maelstrom. Wet, splash, mists of salt sticking to the skin, drying pale white, yes, pressed to paper to remember as it pulls life from your flesh." He spoke as he ate a small chicken leg, pulling the meat between his teeth, sucking it in and chewing as he spoke. Arms would fail from time to time but who was he speaking to, one couldn't tell. Was he speaking to himself, to another, to the boys, to a voice in in his mind?

"Dark waters, depths of the souls, so deep they go. Walk to the bottom and out the hole on the other side. Grinning, keep grinning. To the left or to the right, in the dark or in the light, we grin. At a beheading or at low tea we grin. Never stop grinning, a pipe, oh who the smoke rises from the blue, the deep blues and the blacks of night. The belles toll and the peacokes caw. Parrots, oh polly want a cracker? To the trees, to the houses, up again. How swiss, how cheese, how coconut. Tigers and dragons, white and red, roses and paint. In the reflection you will see them, they are coming for you, you are coming for them. Shatter in the minds eye, shatter the glass, down the rabbit hole, take a pill. Alter the mind, fix the mind, in such colors of red or blue, or perhaps green. No, shimmering anymore, just glow."

Jahosafat & Atticus

Location: Lady Luck: Table Main Room, Main Room
Skills:Carouse, Social Science -> Psychology

Jahosafat leaned back in his chair and waited. Eying Fitz to see what the young gent would do. This was one that was starting to intrigue the doctor. He had some refinement to him but was obviously carrying some issues. He wondered, could this young diamond in the rough be polished up? Oh yes, perhaps he could be saved from a life that was far beneath him. No, he could never be a Farraday stock but then again, few could, but he could end up being more than others. Especially with his apparent breeding and education. He even had what some referred to as an adorkable quality. This could be put to good use in some cases, if refined to a certain point.

Granted while Fitz could be considered cute and one to take under ones wings, there were others that could clearly not. One such was one that grabbed the doctors attention as he heard a door fling open and hit the wall behind it. Turning his attention to the noise, which had to be rather loud to come over the crowd that was in the Lady Luck right then. Upstairs, from behind a long shut door came Atticus with his cloths being shoved at him. Thankfully he did have his under garments on. "I said a vice for something worth far more than money. Salvation of your eternal soul! Let us continue the confession!" he said with a wiry grin. Seemed he was trying to trade one trade for another and the girl was figuring her skills were worth more than her soul.

"Ha! That man does have a penchant for trying to press the word on things other than a page," he laughed as several security members were making their way up the stairs and towards the scene. Atticus wasn't stupid. He knew he couldn't push it much longer.

"Just a joke, even God has a sense of humor," he teased as he pulled out his wallet and paid the girl, with some extra before quickly exiting stage left and down the stairs. Still carrying his clothing. Security kept an eye on him but the girl waved them off. She had her money and a half naked man walking through the place wasn't uncommon.

"I take it your delay to the table was well worth it? Was is a truly heavenly experience?" Jahosafat asked as Atticus made his way to the table and dropped his stuff on the table as he sat down in boxers and boots.

"Totally worth a few days in Purgatory," he laughed as he put his collar back on first.

Queensguard Research: The bartender shot Mali a look and then walked off to tend to others that were asking for drinks. Wentworth just smirked a bit. "I am rather surprised that Elizabeth would down grade anything but she is hardly the woman to be in charge, she lacks certain nuances of her predecessor," he said in passing as he glanced around slowly. His brow quirking at Malis question. "Oh why strike back when you can just sit back and watch a storm unfold?"

Shitstorms were unfolding that was for sure. Maria was down in Mexico, sitting back outside under an old tree. It might have seemed odd but it was Alicias favorite when she was smaller. She broke her leg falling from it when she was ten, climbed it in the cast the next day. Nothing kept that girl down.

Back at Queensguard, its own shit storm was occurring. All the monitors had gone down in the place, what ever eyes they had had on people were no more. The phone rang a few times and it could be heard by Mali and Wentworth, who were standing but ten feet from Elizabeth and several others. Crowded room though, so made things a bit harder to get through. "Just a moment," she told those she was speaking with before answering the phone. "Yes, what is it?" she asked.

A Safehouse in the Deadlight District: Roy glanced over at Priya and sighed a bit. Reaching up he rubbed his face and then stood himself, shutting the screen and handing the lap top over to his new partner. "Listen, we should take a walk," he suggested before glancing over at Riley. "Hey, listen, just sit tight a few minutes. Have dessert. There is some cheese cake slices in there and some cookies. "

He didn't like the idea of brushing Riley off right then but felt he had to have a moment with Priya and it was safer for two cops to be walking around outside who were fully trained than an easily to spot celebrity who just learned how to handle a gun that morning. Well at least safely. She had killed someone less than a year ago but that was one of those do or die scenarios.

"Come on, want to tell you a few things," he said as he stepped over to the door. It was time to fill in his Partner on more shit than she was aware of yet. Stepping outside he lit up a cigarette and took a long puff while he waited. This was going to be interesting to explain. He just hoped it went as well as him telling Rogue.

Museum: Neema stood over the crate and looked down at the blood pooling. It wasn't holding still, it was running in one direction. Her eyes following it under one of the long rows of shelves. "I am over here my dear." She spoke up so her voice would carry. She wanted Lauren to know exactly where she was. Her eyes drifted up, she did not like the idea of this being murder but she had sworn something had caught her eye earlier. Turning she followed the top of the shelves to the end of the row and began to examine the fixed ladder on the end of the row. She had a thought running through that old mind of hers.

Akhmed pulled Josephine tight to his chest and held her there. "There is nothing for you to apologize for, a starlet such as yourself should never be witness to a sight such as the one that is being described. You are good to remain where you are for as long as you wish," he said before turning his attention to Mosi. In the commotion he had long forgotten about promising to escort her to the demonstration. Then a thought came to his mind. "No, I will escort you, in fact, perhaps you should join us Miss Clark. The air would do you well as well removing your loveliness from this ugliness."

Vera slowly sat down on the edge of the chair and dropped her purse on the table. This was terrible. Theft, a dead person in his museum. Well there were plenty of dead people in the museum but the fact this one was fresh... That wasn't right. Looking over at Reginald she nodded. She would have liked for Peter and George to put some fire in their footsteps and return to the museum post haste. "Yes, they should return shortly. I.. I will go to the front and make sure the guard knows to let them in when they arrive and not to turn them away. I would hate for us to miss them before a simple miscommunication," she said, not even thinking that someone else could be in the museum that could cause her harm. Her mind wasn't going there, it was swirling with where on earth her tiles were.

Turning she nearly fell over but caught herself. "Has anyone seen Mr. Drake?" she asked, where had he gotten away to?

Alicia Gonzalez

Location: Ville au Camp - Kitchen House
Skills: Send Dream

Alicia kept her eyes on James but her ears perked up when Sophia spoke. So it seemed this one could smell the blood in the water, or in the air in this case. She didn't answer. At least not verbally but she nodded somewhat. It was hard to hide the expression on her face. While Evelina might have done well in masking her moods, Alicia was like reading an open book and it was clear that she was hurting even as she kept still. She seemed more angry than upset though, yet anger was pretty much how her people dealt with shit when it hit the fan. There usually wasn't tears or what one would consider usual grief. There was anger and it manifested for most any negative situation. Healthy or not, even death could not change the ways some people reacted to things.

The Latina wanted to keep her eyes on James right then but as Faith snapped, her head jerked and she glanced towards her. "Well shit." Righting herself from her squatted position she dusted off the palms of her hand and smirked. "Some fucking form of invisibility. Get madder, maybe things will get clearer." It was a suggestion at least. Seemed most of every ones abilities manifested when shit hit the fan in one way or another. The more emotionally unstable for a time the stronger the ability. Was her best best. If it didn't work, at least with that she didn't have to worry about some fucking tornado coming out of no where if Faith lost her temper.

Then James started to revert and Alicia had to turn her attention back to him. Taking a breath she was at least glad to see that he was able to change back. She couldn't help but laugh at his run down of the situation but she shook her head at his question. "Naw, didn't hurt anyone. Just made a few go what the fuck. And hey, you used to hunt them fuckers you know how dangerous they can be. Especially against some fuckwad without a bow. Better than turning into a fucking fairy in my book," she said as she stepped onto the front porch of the Kitchen house. "How about a drink? Anyone want a damn drink?"

Then Bart opened his mouth and Alicia didn't stop the eye roll, one in which if her eyes were not already attached in their sockets would have sent her eyes getting stuck in the back of her head. "I already answered that fucking question. But since you didn't pay attention the first time, let me repeat myself. He has more important shit to tend to. But hey since that isn't enough for you, how about this..." she growled.

Alicia held a special ability. They all did in their own way. Some had manifested at least one, others had not. Alicia had manifested both in her time since her own personal arrival. Empathy she had been using nearly constantly since the first new Paradox showed up. The other she hadn't and most wouldn't suspect it was something she could do to those that were awake. It was. Day dreams were something that fell under the skill set. There was a haze that came over her eyes and then it happened...

Evelina Lucas

Location: Ville au Camp - Main House (201)
Skills: Administration, Diplomacy, Memory Training, History

George nodded towards Nancy and gave the small hint of a smile as it tugged at the corner of his mouth that could be seen. It was then it finally dawned on him that there were new arrivals. Luckily they hadn't gone totally bat shit nuts over seeing him like others had. He wasn't sure where others were or if there were others but he wasn't about to chance it. "Going to go get shovel, mmm. I will dig his grave," he said before turning and heading in the direction of the Mill. He figured there was no need to change at this point, he would just get another suit dirty and ruined. And in some odd way it was fitting for him to dig his friends grave covered in his blood. They were soldiers in a previous life, and in this one as well.

Evelina made quick steps as she glided over the grounds of the main house and too her room. Unlocking the door and opening it before stepping in. She left it open for Andromeda to follow her. Her room was very orderly, as one would probably suspect, and yet even in the neatness there was some disorder, or at least it appeared that way. There were numerous bows against one wall, all from different ages, all well used but well taken care of nonetheless. Other walls hung many portraits and beneath them lay many more. Most were of her and a man, either separate or together. There was one in view of what looked like Nancy from another time period, same went for Gilbert and Giosue. All were different in their technique and time periods. Many were of faces only the current Emendators would know. Elsewhere in the room were her wardrobe, vanity, collection of pipes, hair items, grooming items, her bed, a large trunk that was locked, several pocket watches, and one broken pair of glasses just sitting there on her night stand.

Walking over to her wardrobe she opened it and pulled out a navy skirt and white blouse, pink shoes, black stockings, white apron, and from her collection of pocket watches she picked up a broach watch to pin to her blouse. Turning her back to Andromeda she finally spoke. "I do apologize that your first few hours here are marred with the death of another. Lord Keystone was a remarkable man in his previous life and in this one as well. I wish I could say that if he had remained here he would still be alive but even I do not know that. Yet I am well aware it most likely brings up questions you might have. It rises several in my own mind," she said as she pulled her dice out of her pocket and gently laid them down on her desk, ensuring they did not move or act as if they had been rolled.

Queensguard Research: "I see, well you are not the only one," Wentworth responded before looking over at the bar tender. "This woman could use a replacement beverage, something you should have attended to already considering you had just witnessed her last one being spilt," he added before turning his attention back towards her and his brow perking a bit. "Yes, it was. I will not fault her though. She was a woman of marginal success in her craft. Yet now that she has perished there is no reason for Queenguard to continue to be associating with such ruffians," he said.

There was a bit of disdain in his voice. Whether that was something new or just how his voice was all the time, was yet to be seen. The bar keep quickly remade the drink that had been ordered and slid it across the bar top over to her with his apologies. Wentworth tapped his ring against the side of his own glass a few times, seemingly starting to run out of patience at the bar tender for taking so long to do his job. Up in the security office the screens flashed again and then went dark.

Inside the Heads Of The Insane: Marc kept listening on the other side of the line, modding to himself as he made some notes down on the piece of paper. Every so often looking over at the door of Queensguard. "Right okay. I suggest letting the police know what is going on. I cannot get away for the time. It sucks but I am kind of in the middle of something I can't get away from. Trust me if it wasn't life or death I would. I will be by to see you as soon as I can. Be safe," he said before hanging up the phone and letting out a frustrated breath.

Down in the main front room the police were arriving and Nurse Cratty kept eying the phone at the front desk she stood behind. Right then she was bent on keeping them occupied and out, that was until they heard otherwise. "What can I do for you?" she asked the officers as they came into the building.

Risa kept an eye out as they pulled up to a warehouse and Lucas parked the car. "He's a prince in my book," she said as she opened the car door and stepped out.

"And shes my queen. So come on princess, let's go see your friend," he said as he climbed out as well and glanced around. His hand resting on his back and beneath his coat as Risa looked over towards the door of the warehouse. The door slowly opened and a woman came into sight. Blue eyes, tanned skin, blonde hair, and taunt muscles.

"And I'm a fucking goddess. Mine getting the bat shit out of sight?" she asked before stepping back into the building. A laugh could be heard inside. It was Cynthia giggling away. Inside she had what remained of a an on the ground. What he used to look like was anyones guess. It seemed she had been painting a very pretty picture with him.

A Safehouse in the Deadlight District: Roy nodded towards Riley. "Sounds good, if you need anything let me know," he said before turning his attention back towards the screen and continuing to watch. The discussion got a bit more heated before it calmed down. "Ugh if only there was some audio that we could hear or could see their mouths better," he grumbled under his breath.

Shaking his head he leaned back and took a sip of his soda, glad his mouth was now calming down but the carbonation burned a bit thanks to the amount of hot sauce that had been on the wings and the heat they had been on it. The woman finally turned to start heading out of the warehouse and her face could be seen. It was a very well known face, even outside of Justice. Regina Eilheart.

She left the building quickly and within a short time later Lawson was entering the scene. Roy nearly choked on his drink when he saw her on the screen. "Well shit..." he spat as he wiped away from the cola from his chin. That was something he hadn't expected.

Jahosafat Moreau

Location: Lady Luck: Table Main Room

Jahosafat leaned back in his chair. Observing those around him and mostly notably his dear friend and comrade the esteemed barber. Shaking his head he had to stifle the slightest of chuckles. The entire situation was very much amusing to him. Not funny in a ha ha sort of way but funny in an absurd sort of way. There was a vast difference between the two things when it came to tickling his proverbial funny bone and right now it was being tickled in the most non traditional of senses. Clearing his throat he righted himself in his chair and leaned forward before he spoke.

"I must drop my two cents into the barrel on this subject my buxom lady. My dear childhood friend here is not only a barber but the finest in his trade this end of the 'Verse. Tis not a finer stylist, barder, or mustacery artist that lives than one that is he who is known as Coiffeur. Just as knights of old once squired young lads on the Earth that was, so does this fine line from Faraday. And while they are knowledged in their numerous skills and could never be pigeon holed into a singular line of employed detachment make no mistake that when you are in the hands of a Coiffeur you are being tended to by the very hands that the gods of old themselves would have called to Mount Olympus to tend to their gold fleece. I myself count few others as deserved, skilled, or learned enough to even be able to dare trim my bush," he said with all seriousness but there was a glint of humor in his eyes at the last of his words.

Looking back down at his cards he tossed in a few more chips. "I will call," he said before leaning back and waiting to see what else unfolded before him. "Just a singular moment if you please. Let me sheer this sheep and we can get to the toe tapping of titillation!"
