Current Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

Despite its massive flaws, my RP, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, is still one of the longest ongoing RPs in RPGuild - It turns 4 years old in July and the current thread itself is more than a year old.

@Crispy Octopus, I love it, but I think I'll be leaving; I don't want to cause drama again.
@Mistiel, I love it.
@Crispy Octopus, East of the Star Children?
Gilgamesha Ascot (NPC)

A wall of floating artifact swords would block Andras and Galbrek's passage out of the parking lot, as Gilgamesha said, "Boy, I don't know who you are, but Andras is not leaving my sight; I have a car and will drive her home myself. Now you can come with me, in said car, and I'll drive you home too. But I am the adult in this space and Andras is under my guardianship; she stays until William himself can vouch for you.

"If you haven't noticed, we're right next to a warzone between superpowered kids, and in such conflicts, I do not just believe anything anyone whom Will and Alexander have not vetted to me says. So until Will - or Alex - comes here, I suggest you stay with me."

The Artifact Blades begin glowing on and off, a symbol of the power at Gilgamesha Ascot's disposal.

I'll give myself time.
<Snipped quote by Letter Bee>Can you elaborate on this a bit?
How does your tendency to be over-dramatic expresses itself in roleplay?
Because aside from causing "drama" (read: inflammatory arguments in the OOC) and burning out people I can't see an interpretation that would trouble us. At least in my opinion.
Roleplaying games always have a mix of a myriad of writing styles.

Exactly this, actually; I myself am tired of my own actions.

Now that all.... That.... Is cleared up. I can reply to this!

It'd be iffy Lio, some would consider you different from the Westerners, others would lump you in. The Yemarae share your opinion on goblins though, so I imagine you'd have cordial relations with the northern tribes while the southern ones view you with distrust.

<Snipped quote by Letter Bee>That's pretty much what I can guarantee for each region.
For example there's a wild land ruled by nomadic centaur warlords. Yllendthyr only has a thin slice of that, though.

Now the only thing preventing me from staying in this game is the fact that I have a history of being over-dramatic, and I may have shown it here. That means that I may actually be a liability to this RP. There is also the fact that while I like the game's idea, the fun I have is pretty mild; existent, but pretty mild.

But yeah, it's mostly shame over being over-dramatic that makes me want to leave.
<Snipped quote by Letter Bee>I seriously doubt godmodding was ever on the table here so I sure am relieved if such misunderstanding got cleared up.
BTW, just a fun note. The former Yelinor homeworld is now retconned into troll land. Troll tribes in primitive conditions live there and gladly accepted to serve the Empire for their various benefits. Yes, they pretty much get exploited but for the time being it's win-win for the two.

Now that's worldbuilding I like.

Everyone Else: I feel guilty for the drama caused. Not apologizing because my apologies ring hollow, but just saying I feel bad for it.
Alright. If Bee does decide to leave I'll move down south.

Willy Vereb decided to calm down and stop accusing the GM of threats and insults, so I might not leave after all.
<Snipped quote by Letter Bee>Might I ask why? I only read deleted posts so that does not divulge much information about your decision.
If you don't feel like telling it here, you can also do it in PMs.

See my edit, but the main problem is that you accused Aaron of throwing threats after he got exasperated at perceived godmoding, which in turn turned out to be just a misunderstanding; a misunderstanding now resolved by @Crispy Octopus' clarifications. The accusation of threats left a bitter taste in my mouth, you see. Add that to the fact that I do agree with Aaron; originating in cold territory does make it hard to build an Empire and the IRL Scandinavians did cluster on the less hostile southern parts.
