@Stern Algorithm, Well, to put it simply, AI are strictly limited and it's the Ascendancy who are best at making them (as the Rau've just use organic artificial brains while the Kaisoken don't need AI). AI are property who have no rights and are slaves.

And, once the bio is finished, it might be accepted.
