I love my character and I am happy with her and I think she could grow to become a useful member of the team, but I was thinking recently, would she be a good person to have in a fight? I mean she could be a good strategist and help the team defend themselves, and she herself could easily defend herself against an attacker, but what else is there besides that?
Just wondering if you guys had any ideas? Like maybe for when we start IC or if I should add a combative power to the list? Just wondering, I don't want to change her because I am really happy with her, just curious.
While it might be a bit harder to play in the long run, there's definitely nothing wrong with playing a strategic character. Although her advanced probability could also allow her to pull off some crazy attacks by being able to see chain reaction events. IE If I hit that fire extinguisher it will sail into that wall, knocking that loose brick free which will then hit Character X in the head.
Make up your minds damnit xD. I may have explained it poorly but I saw it as a temporary shield (Don't think constantly active) as in, attack is coming and he expels all the air away from him rapidly in a spherical shape which will slow/deflect kinetic attacks (And do sweet FA against Energy attacks). I don't really view it as a shield but didn't really know what else to call it. I can remove it entirely if you want.
I don't think there's any need to remove it. So long as we understand that it wouldn't overly block anything so much as deflect it then we're all good.
Also @Lord Wraith and @Hillan one thing I was planning in the future was him trying to make air vortexs' (Running in circles or spinny arms trying to make them) would you want that on the sheet? I'm kind of classing it as a combination of several of the abilities he already posesses and it won't be for a while that he does it.
That seems more like an application than a separate power. So that should be fine.
