Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Lucas chuckled to himself, as Reese’s licked his face, and gently cradled the puppy in his arms, smiling amusedly as the pup wagged his tail, ”Ah, well. I’ll clean the pup up, then see about helping you clean up, Ajax” He said, shifting to wrap the dog in his shirt, folding it around Reese, even as he still wore it. His good mood was ripped away, in the space of a few seconds, as Virgil entered, narrowing his eyes with distrust to Angela’s cousin. Lucas didn’t particularly like Virigl, nor did he trust him. Something he was sure that Virgil knew about, yet Lucas couldn’t speak out against the man, with Angela letting him have another chance.

He said, frowning as he watched Angela try to coax Genji to eat. He watched as she pressed herself against Genji, managing, although he didn’t know how, to keep his expression neutral. He turned slightly, lowering his gaze to the pup in his arms. He didn’t really know why the sight of Angela trying to entice Genji to eat like that was unnerving to him, but it was. He knew she was only doing it to make sure that Genji ate, that the man wasn’t going to end up killing himself through lack of nutrition, yet it bothered Lucas all the same, and he shifted a little uneasily.

”I’ll just go and clean this little one right up and then be right back, if you still wish to talk” He said, his tone a little shaky, although he knew no one would really notice, as he clicked his fingers, Remus falling in by his side, giving the wolf pup a slight nudge with his snout before doing so. Taking Resees to get cleaned up, he filled a bath tub with water, adding in some pet friendly bath soap, and setting the pup in the water, Remus sitting outside the tub, as if to guard Reese’s and make sure that the younger dog wasn’t going to try and escape, as Lucas grabbed a few things, turning back to wash the pup off, before cleaning him, letting his own thoughts wonder.

Lucas had known Angela essentially his entire life. She was family, certainly, so why should it have troubled him so much? As he scrubbed Reese clean, Lucas tried to push the scene fron his mind, instead trying to focus on the wriggling pup. He didn’t know what he could do. He normally talked things through with Angela...but if Angela was the reason for this troubling thoughts, who could he go to? He didn’t really want to trouble his sisters. He sighed, and bowed his head a moment.

There were times when Lucas wished he had his father. Or anyone he could look up to that was a parent figure. Not that he had ever scored well in that department. He didn’t know what to do, as he splashed water on Reese to rinse his coat, leaning against the tub. He’d get through it, just like he did everything.

He soon returned with the wet pup, bundled in a towel, to the kitchen, rubbing him as he walked, and handing the pup to Ajax once more
Callie looked up from the potions that she was making, charms and containers spred out around her. She hesitated, looking back to her potions, "Alright" She said softly, knowing that should couldn't distract him from his pack, but knowing that that would then be the perfect time for a strike to happen on either of them."I will see what I can do, before then, to work on this woman's...threats to us" She said softly, carefully splitting up the potion so that it was equally in all seven bottles laid out before her, capping them, and standing. She stretched, before scooping it all up, setting it aside where they couldn't be knocked off and carefully hanging up the charms she had made as well, pocketing a handful that were alredy envoked.

"I may be able to make a few charms that could help keep the newly turned slightly calmer, to make things easier if you want" She said, going over to him@Kyrisse

Nies Hellum

Nies Hellum continued to do what she was made for, and that was to heal, and bring back the dead, trying to help in any little way she could, Nies worked hard, constantly studying heath bars, approaching people to see if they needed any form of healing, and generally being aa fabulous support, although she kept a close hand to her dagger, and did try to maintain her scrutiny of the surrounding area, to ensure that she didn’t get snuck up on. A dead healer after all was no healer. She knew that she was vulnerable, a weak link in the team, and thus she would do all she could to make sure she didn’t become a burden to the group she was healing. She might not know what was going on, at least to its full extent, but she could damn well tread water and make sure she wasn’t pulled along unwillingly.

For a moment, Nies couldn’t shake the feeling that she was being watched, and yet, glancing about, she couldn’t see anything. getting a little paranoid… she thought to herself, shaking her head and turning her attention back towards what she was doing, hoping that this was taking her closer, and not two steps back, to Eclipse. There was so much she needed to say, to ask of her. A she was going over things that she already had. Sighing, She brought her thoughts back to what she was doing.

She once more continued to heal, focusing her attention on her allies, and continuing to keep herself alive, as she found the best ways of healing people, and finding cover for herself, not wanting to be used against her allies, nor die. Holding ehr staff, she cast spell after spell, shifting to new ones while others cooled down, ensuring she was near enough for the effects to work, to a wide group of people, instead of just one or two. This did mean that at times she was exposed, yet she did try to watch everything around her when this was so.

Niesha

Location: Building 1: Infirmary --> Building A: Ash’s Home

”its better for me to be doing something, then just wandering around” Niesha said, although she knew that she could go check on Ceil as well, make sure the young boy was alright in this cool weather. There was always something to do, and yet Niesha knew that Victor spent a lot of his time in the infirmary. She wanted to let him have some time out of it, especially today. [color=yellow[“Really, I can make a note of things that I can make and such”[/color] Yet it seemed a moot point as Ash sought their presence, wondering what it could possible be able, Niesha waited for Medic, and then for Victor to inform him of what was going on, before taking his offered arm, she looked back to Medic.

”When she wakes, if her throat is still troubling her, send for me. Miss Sally would kill me if I let the honey out of my sight asides from when its locked up. Its too valuable” She said, not distrusting Medic. It was merely that...Niesha didn’t want to disappoint Miss Sally, yet more to the point, she’d promised to keep the valuable asset safe. She matched her pace to Victors, following him out, a little troubled. Without meaning to, Niesha shifted closer to Victor’s warmth, her mind had, as always, been otherwise occupied this morning, and she had went out in cooler clothing, although she did have the presence of mind to wear her jacket. She was a little worried about time now, having planned to finish getting herself ready in between watching Anna, and she just had to hope that things would work out.

Watching everyone, well, a majority of people making their way to the meeting point, Niesha reflected on the last several months. So much had changed...that she no longer thought of the community as two separate compounds, Newman and Franklin, that it was odd to be separated like this. She had to wondered what they were going to be told and why those from Franklin had to be excluded for the time being. If it was about the day's festivities, she didn’t see why the groups had to be separated for that. Although the alternative wasn’t pleasant. Was there something about Franklin they hadn’t known? ”I wonder why we are being called together like this…” She said, as Kristina approached, asking virtually the same question. She gave her friend a smile, yet she was still worried about why they were being called like this.
