@DJAtomika Seems a real down-to-earth guy! :3 I'd really intended the CS to be filled out at least partially from the player's perspective, which is why the questions were phrased the way they were. The character is always going to be an unreliable source of information -- no one understands themselves completely. Is there anything in this CS that you, as the player, would disagree with, or do you have anything to add? How do YOU want to see this character develop?

I have to point out, also, that your plot pitch isn't a plot, it's a desire -- but you did mention that he's here looking for Jeffrey, so that'll be that. ;) Are you planning on playing Jeffrey, or are those rights transferred to me? :D

@Zoro good points! I'll think about the specifics and let you know,but I'd like to play your character's employer as a mod npc,simply because I see potential for big plot involvement and secrets. I'll let you know after I've done npc creation. In any case he's approved! Please copy to character tab. :D

EVERYONE: please give me a list of npcs you plan on playing (family members, coworkers etc) so I don't make plans for them. Or tell me I have free reign to create them. :D

@Briza We can all dream! So it's just LOTS OF POCKETS. From which may appear any number of common investigation devices or paranormal paraphernalia with imaginative names. Doubles as a hazmat gas-mask situation for those decrepit and crumbling and asbestos-and-mold-filled basements where ghosts hide. (I've seen Ghost Adventures, the need for hazmat is real. xD) Ok I get ya. Go ahead and copy her to characters tab. :3

@Not Fishing This looks a little more realistic compared to the rest of his CS! (If you were to say he was being hunted by the mafia or some bad people had threatened him for something he wrote, for example -- or maybe someone he's close to was killed on the job and he's scared to death of being next, or something -- the excess violent skills might be justified!) He's totally approved, go ahead and copy him to the characters tab!

@lady horatio Aw Jill is great! It'll be fun to see her decisions, seems she'll be full of surprises. Take your time with the plot thingy! (but I may remind you later!) Totally approved, please copy her to the characters tab!

@Zoro This is ... really specific. As if you're basing some of it on personal experience? The concept is great, that this dude's got a few things to learn about humility. I gather that he's really not that great in all the skills he claims to be awesome in, haha. I'm not positive how to spin the town-hiring-a-consultant thing though, from a mod standpoint, since I'm not that familiar with it. He would have meetings with the mayor, perhaps? Town council? He has to experience the town to know how to market it? What kind of business would they be trying to attract, if not the new influx of tourist money from ghost-hunters? :D If I understand specifically why the town is hiring a consultant, it'd be easier to play the NPCs involved.

Perhaps it's a private individual who's hired him (I just can't imagine a town agreeing to pay tax money for his services, but it's possible) -- a high profile person whose business depends on Duskwick somehow, whose recent efforts (for example) to mold the town into something more upscale have been thwarted by this rumor. This person would then need a consultant to attract back the high rollers who've started to turn their backs on the project. Maybe? I dunno, it seems a consultant's arrival might be reason to insert another source of conflict in town. :D

Also, a youtuber may well have posted a pic of a lady being mauled by a tiger in Duskwick, but it's faked. ;) Who knows whether anyone would know that though! Could be a plot point! Nobody has been hurt except by falling while running away from stuff. But then, no one knows what happened to the people who vanished.

@Briza D is great! It'll be cool to see her opinions on stuff and how she investigates. I do have to ask though: what is the actual reason for the suit as opposed to the normal paranormal investigation equipment (is there an advantage to having heavy armor?) and what exactly is this equipment capable of ... and why? Did I see a mention of laser guns?? Explain plz? xD

@Not Fishing Your "profession, skill, lifestyle" section took a sharp left turn there. Gun handling? martial arts? Pepper spray and brass knuckles? Can I ask what he's afraid of, or at least a further explanation of these things that at first glance make him seem ... well, suspicious. xD

Late November would be a bit darker and mistier and spookier, definitely! Especially the rotting pumpkins and weathered Halloween decorations that people failed to take down....
