Fitz Townsley

Location: Prometheus: Lower Deck: Single Top (7)
Skills: None

No one had lifted poor Fitz off of the floor. He wasn't conscious yet, but his heart rate and pulse had both stabilized, thankfully. It was almost as if his body was waiting at the command prompt stage, just waiting to see if they'd reboot him in safe mode or not. Of course, with Jackie and Daphne's continued butting of heads, it was entirely possible that if he did wake up, he might get stressed out again and faint, repeating the process. "...Yes, Sir Newton, I would love to join you for tea..." Fitz mumbled.

He had no knowledge of his surroundings, but in Fitz-land, he was being invited to lunch by who he was pretty sure was the very first scientist to ever live - Sir Newton. His skin didn't seem to be as clammy as it had been before he fainted. His head moved slightly, as he started to rumble more incoherent nonsense. "But Daphne is a princess, Sir Newton..." he muttered. It seemed only his unconscious ramblings were free of his stutter. "...She can't make you tea...Queen Anisa would be mad at her..."

Guin Stark

"...Okay..." Guin said softly. She glanced at all of the adults, seeing that they were busy freaking out about Thor's secret family - as if Barton hadn't pulled the same exact stunt a few years back. And while she did enjoy attention, she had just wanted to talk with Lance. Hearing more about this guy that wanted to potentially kill her best friend wasn't exactly something she wanted to do. Without saying a word to anyone else, Guin left the main area and went to her room at the Malibu house, opening the door and heading inside. She locked the door behind her and glanced at the prescription painkillers on her nightstand, before she shook her head softly.

"No, Guin..." she whispered to herself, as she sat down on the bed and put her headphones in, listening to Push It by Salt-N-Pepa. She bobbed her head slightly to the beat, only to wince as it aggravated the wound on her midsection.

Meanwhile, Thor couldn't help but chuckle at Tony. "I would not call her a water goddess - she does not care for that term. But at any rate, either she or Runa should be able to get a location...I will return to Asgard and make my inquiries. Perhaps by the time I return, your methods will have given Sterns' location as well - but I do not know and I do not care to imagine this monster being at large much longer."

Banner looked at the ground once Thor referred to Sterns as a monster. Sterns was just trying to be like him - to become the Hulk. If Sterns was a monster, what did that make Banner? What did monsters aspire to become? There was only one answer that came to mind - something even more despicable than a monster - maybe the original evil.

Guin Stark

Guin's face fell slightly, seeing Lance look at the ground. She knew she wasn't responsible for maintaining his emotional state, but she never liked seeing him sad. She would have put her arm around him if it wasn't in a cast - and he was standing on the wrong side of her for her to use her good arm. "Hey...What's the matter?" Guin asked quietly. As much as she was curious about Thor's secret kid, she was more focused on Lance at the moment. She'd have to ask her dad for the details later.

"We have not known each other very long, Man of Iron," Thor said, looking confused. To an Asgardian, the length of time they had been friends was practically nothing - just the blink of an eye. "But yes, I have three children - Klara, the oldest, is able to bend both love and water. Then there are my sons, Randulfr and Ari, who turned three hundred twenty six recently...I also have two nieces, one of whom tragically died recently, and one nephew."

"...So you want to ask your secret daughter to help us find Sterns?" Banner summarized.

Guin Stark

"If he had found a way to conceal his presence, then there are those on Asgard that may be able to help us find him - ones skilled in the ways of the mystic," Thor mused. "It may be faster than waiting for your electronic letters to find their intended recipients on the great Net of Inter." Guin couldn't help but giggle slightly. She had convinced Thor that the Internet was properly referred to like that - and that it was actually a trans-dimensional world where owls would get letters made of electricity and run around until they found the person the letter was for. He had been incredibly impressed by that.

"I know I'm not an Avenger, but you are not bringing that crazy guy back here!" Pepper protested. "People are still finding pieces of alien guts in New York after what he did!" Black Widow shrugged slightly, indicating that she agreed with Pepper as she kept tapping away at Tony's laptop. Banner shot a glare at Thor. "If that crazy sack of cats comes around here, I'll kill him. Consider it a warm up for Sterns," he warned.

Thor held his hands up, just like Guin had taught him to. "Loki is in a cell on Asgard, fret not. But there are others who are advanced in their use of magic and trickery - ones who may be able to find Sterns. The All-Mother is attending to my father, whilst he recovers in the Odinsleep, but perhaps Klara or Runa would be willing to assist...Of course, I must say that Klara has more natural talent, but she is my daughter, so I am afraid that I may be biased..."

Guin's eyes widened and she looked at Lance, leaning slightly against him. "Woah...Thor has a daughter?" she whispered. "We can finally have a secretary or treasurer for our Avengers Kids Club...Though I think I should be President, but whatever, I'll take Vice President and just commit a mutiny against you later..."

Guin Stark

"...Perhaps he is a wizard," Thor suggested seriously. He didn't understand how Sterns was able to hide himself from Heimdall - it wasn't like he could think of anyone from Midgard who had managed to do that before. Of course, there were a few Asgardians who had done it. His own daughter, Klara, had convinced her cousin to help her hide from Heimdall once. Thor couldn't help but ponder telling Tony and Banner what Klara had done recently, in order to make them feel better about their own kids and struggles with parenting - but he then decided against it.

"...Wow, wizards are actually a thing?" Black Widow scoffed, shaking her head. "Don't tell eleven year old Guinnie that." Natasha had grabbed one of Tony's computers, surfing the deep web in an attempt to find some information on Sterns. She had reached out to her contacts as well, and hopefully, it would be only a matter of time before someone found something.

"....He can stay hidden forever," Banner mumbled, before his eyes widened. "DAMN IT!" he screamed, kicking the wall and resulting in a hole roughly the size of his foot. "He used Lance's blood in order to recreate the serum that made me into the Hulk - which basically means I'm going to outlive all of your assholes --"

"Not me," Thor interjected.

"Whatever -- anyways, so he could be anywhere and he's got all freaking eternity! He could just wait us out until you're all skeletons and not Avengers!"

Guin raised an eyebrow, before she went over to where Lance was in the corner. She didn't want to get yelled at by Banner again. The last time his temper had been raised around her, he ended up attacking her and resulting in her having a small meltdown. "So...This is super not fun..." Guin mumbled to Lance, before she offered him a sharpie with her good hand and showed him her cast. "Signature from my best friend?" she whispered.

"I can assure you, Agent Fitz thoroughly tested the version you're using," Fury said, though he was looking at Fitz and not Nikolova. Fitz nodded, his mind flashing back to how he had tested the Framework yesterday - by running an old program for it that he and Agent Stark had always used. It was largely based off of pod racing from the Star Wars universe. And as silly as it seemed, it was a fast paced simulation with plenty of chances for violence, chaos, strategy, and adaptation - making it a shockingly good way to test the Framework.

Of course, he had been forced to stop around 3 AM by Simmons last night...So there was a chance it still had a bug or two left in the program. "Hey, don't hold Sword Art's name in vain! Kirito and Asuna show that there's hope for anyone to find love!" Jim protested, cackling. Fury pretended than he didn't hear him, while Fitz-Simmons collectively rolled their eyes at the Senior Supervising Officer. "It's not even a real anime..." Agent Ridgeway muttered under her breath.

Novikova couldn't help but roll her eyes as well. Was this really a priority? She couldn't look at someone without her mind flickering through images that didn't make any sense - she didn't know if she was seeing the past or the future or if she had just gone insane. She had resorted to looking at anything but another human being and they'd hardly been awake for more than half an hour. "I agree. We need to know what our powers are," Novikova chimed in.

Fury looked like he was trying not to laugh. He had forgotten that Agent Stark used to use a codename - it'd been a while since she had actually come into work, anyways. But hearing people confuse her with her father - it was an opportunity to be truly petty that he couldn't pass up. He was irritated with Quicksilver, anyways. ”Yes. That is correct. Quicksilver is passionately in love with Tony Stark. Please put that on social media," Fury said, hardly able to keep a straight face. "His obsession with Tony Stark is why he smashed a majority of the equipment Agent Stark had worked on."

Jim snorted. "Sir, their powers..." he reminded Fury. Fury nodded, laughing to himself. Simmons was giggling a bit as well, only for Fitz to shake his head at the director. As much as he was blunt and no nonsense, Fury had the rare moment where his personality was clashing with his urge to laugh. It resulted in an uncomfortable strained smile on Fury's face as he chuckled in random bursts.

"'Fraid I won't tell you what their powers are - they entered the simulation without asking, so they reap what they sow," Fury said coldly. Jim rolled his eyes at that, finding it a bit ridiculous. "Smith - mutant, life force and power absorption. Try not to kiss Novikova for a while. Hale - mutate, telepathy. Guess you aren't very good at it yet or you wouldn't need to ask. Rivera - inhuman, portal teleportation...And no, Agent Kennedy, not like the video game. Sparks - mutant. Flight and electricity, like your name would imply. Nikolova - mutant, with something our scientists have nicknamed tranquil fury and then concussive roar. And last, Novikova - mutant, some weird ass perception of alternate lives and realities, and then earth manipulation."

"Now, get in there and complete the mission before I ask Agent Fitz to add in some infinity stones." Fury didn't look like he was kidding, but when Novikova looked at him, her heart was filled with dread and terror at the images that flashed into her mind. Her hands were shaking as she put on the VR gear and entered the Framework, hoping what she saw wasn't any indication of who the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. really was.

The Framework

Dominika Novikova

Framework Location: Sidewalk in New York City
Skills: Dimensional Energy Perception (Passive), Jack of All Trades (Science)

Novikova opened her eyes, finding herself on a sidewalk in New York City. It took her a second to get her bearings, but a helpfully placed sign in big sprawling letters just a block or two over said WELCOME TO MIDTOWN. She then turned, spotting Stark Tower in the distance. While some found it ugly, to Novikova it was a testament to scientific achievement and progress. It wasn't too often in this society that people even bothered to care about things other than sports.

"This is amazing graphic quality..." Novikova muttered under her breath, already hearing two girls from Operations start bickering with each other, as if forgetting that they had a Supervising Officer with them. She had been slightly comforted to know that she wasn't actually seeing the future or the past - just alternate lives - but she felt firmly against staring at any of her companions. From the explanation she had received from Fitz-Simmons, she was relatively certain that her powers were based on perceiving some sort of energy on the spectrum that others couldn't.

She thought for a moment. Shades. If she was lucky, they'd be able to block out the part of the spectrum she was perceiving, allowing her to see. She checked her belongings, only to find that she had exactly the possessions she had checked in when she entered the experiment. Damn. "Does anyone have any sunglasses? Photochromic or polarizing, not tinted..." Novikova asked. With the photochromic, it'd help eliminate UV light - and she was really hoping that would be the part of the spectrum she was receiving. And for polarizing, it'd deal with the orientation - so if she got lucky, whatever was triggering her abilities was horizontal, not vertical...

"Agents, you have one hour. Good luck," a male voice that sounded suspiciously like Harrison freaking Ford came from seemingly out of nowhere. It must have been the AI that Agent Fitz mentioned - S.O.L.O. Or maybe, Novikova thought to herself with an amused chuckle, they somehow decided a good use of their budget was to pay Harrison Ford to do voice overs for their training simulation program.

She then finally turned her attention to the building across the street. It was a four story building, but knowing New York City, Novikova wouldn't have been surprised if it had lower levels. Outside the front entrance was a private security outfit. As she glanced at them, she stumbled backwards holding her head, as images of the security force's lives went through her head. "...Those guards are human...I think," Novikova muttered.

Nora Kingston

Location: Garden City - Apartment 301 Maratos Building at No.6 Walda Pasha
Skills: N/A

There was a slight blush to Nora's cheeks as Aton complimented her looks. In British society, she found that such a phrase was just superficial and didn't mean anything - yet she had come to the conclusion that Aton was not saying that to merely be polite. She never thought of herself as a particularly beautiful person. Her features always struck her as rather plain and mousey at times. Of course, a good part of that was because she never went for anything with flash or bright colors in her wardrobe. As long as she was comfortable, she found herself to be at ease - not that she wanted to look sloppy, of course.

"Yes, for perhaps the first time in some time," Nora answered softly. She had been plagued by dreams almost every night in Cairo - dreams that never made any sort of sense. Her sleep had been restful and did not include omens of horrors to come - for which Nora was thankful and yet, perplexingly, a little disheartened. If her dreams were able to give meaning to the strange events that had begun to occur, then she wanted them to occur at the greatest frequency they could, whilst still allowing her to function during the daylight hours. "Thank you," Nora then said with a small smile, taking a slow sip of the offered tea.
@kuroku So I'd focus on filling out the CS first and getting it approved, before moving onto relations.
@KazAlkemi: Day 6
@BlueSky44: Day 6 for both Valda and Thalia
@LadyRunic: Day 6 for Richard
@McHaggis: Day 6
@BlueSky44: Day 6
@Damo021: Day 5

@Peridot: I recall you expressing interest in still joining us. If at all possible, please finish your sheet ASAP. It'll become difficult to explain your character just having always been there once they begin their simulated mission, as knowing how things go, they'll divide themselves up into groups based on strengths.
