☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: Amtrak - Centennial Train Station
Skills: Audiokinesis, Daggers

Nancy flinched slightly when Niah mentioned Las Vegas. If she could go her entire mortal life without seeing the borders of Nevada, it would still feel too close. She shut her eyes, wary of accidentally being turned to stone by a gorgon. She had this horrifying feeling that her stone body would be brought back to New Rome and made into a garden statue somewhere. Or even worse, maybe her stone form would be put in the augury as a decoration for Alexandra. She shuddered at the thought. "We can't get off the train - no way am I going to be stuck in grody fake Seattle," Nancy grumbled. "If the mortals wonder what our damage is, well, good thing we've got a bonafide Sabrina Spellman here to make them think nothing weird happened."

She drew her twin imperial gold daggers, concentrating on the sounds around her. She amplified them in her head, though mostly all she could hear was the conversations of the passengers on the train. None of them realized what sort of mortal peril they were in, with gorgons on the loose. Nancy didn't even recall the names of these monsters, just knowing the most famous one was Medusa. Yet from the noise, she was finally able to pinpoint where one of the gorgons was. She stabbed with her daggers, hitting the gorgon in the back. She pulled out her blade, yet the monster didn't crumple to dust, still alive.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: On the Road - North Carolina -> RV Camp - Atlanta, Georgia
Skills: Superspeed

By the time they pulled into the RV camp, Leda was beyond exhausted. She had been driving for a little over five hours straight. They still had daylight, as they had left North Carolina in the morning, but the daughter of Iris needed to rest. Maybe Kristin or Zeke could have tried driving, but Leda wasn't feeling up to teaching them and she doubted either of them wanted to risk getting into another accident, especially with baby Heracles on board. Zeke's music hadn't been completely rotten - it had a nice beat to it. She had been horribly afraid for a brief moment that he was going to crank up something awful, like country.

She yawned and instantly regretted it, covering her mouth and nose with her hand. Baby Heracles reeked. "I'll go scout, make sure this place is safe. See if there's some water around so we can hand off Heracles to a nature spirit or Poseidon or something... Once we've gotten him handled, we should find someplace to nosh. I'm starving. Once I get some caffeine and some food, I can probs drive us a few more hours before we'll need to find a place to sleep." She then whisked off in a blur of light, running around at superspeed as she scouted out the area.

For once, the only monster present was Heracles! Hooray!

Leda then ran back up to the truck, leaning in through the window to look at her companions. "There's a pond not too far from here. It's worth a shot, I figure. Also, noes goes on changing the babe," she added hastily, before putting her finger on her nose.

Cardiff, Wales: February 14th, 2021 - 5:40 P.M.

HM Prison Cardiff...

The guards sized Matt up. They couldn't get a good look at his face due to the total body suit he was wearing, but then again, Tinley - Ms. Peterson - was in the same get up. "I didn't know SHIELD 'ired stormtroopers now," one of the guards said with a faint cockney accent. The guards led Thane di Angelo forward and out the exit, since only Matt and Tinley were inside and they doubted the two of them would be able to bring him securely to the transport on their own.

Since the SHIELD agents had been told that Thane would be inhuman, it probably would be a smart idea to place him in another terrigen-proof suit. Maybe he had already undergone terrigenesis in the prison. It wouldn't be a bad idea to ask the guards for his medical records.

Location: Outside HM Prison Cardiff
Skills: Jack of All Trades (Medicine), Perception, Intuition

"I'm fine, Flynn. Just a broken ankle, nose, extensive bruises, and a lot of gashes to my face. I wasn't planning on going into a modeling career in my mid thirties anyways," she told him honestly. She figured that there would be scarring from this - hopefully not too extensive, but worrying about scars wasn't a high priority at the moment. The cavalry had arrived. Sparky was one of the first ones few the portal, stumbling and coughing up blood. Bonnie's internal alarms went haywire. It was either M-Pox or significant internal injuries that caused Sparky to suffer like that.

Before she could go fuss over Sparky, Cass rushed over towards her. "I'm fine, I - argh!" Bonnie yelped as Cass snapped her nose back into place. Realigning her nose hurt more than the injury itself had. She resisted with all of her might the urge to hold it, figuring that would just make matters worse.

Strange accepted the nuts from Maria, his lips quivering a bit with a smirk. "I prefer peaches, but these'll do in a pinch," he said. He tossed his head back and poured the nuts into his mouth, optimizing his eating experience to be as quick as possible. Most of the agents were broken in one way or another. His primary healing abilities were medical, rather than magical. Agent Sparks' symptoms were escalating in severity, similar to what had happened to Agent Reed. "I can send Agent Sparks into the mirror dimension, although whether Agent Chase would also be a match for her... I am uncertain."

The sorcerer supreme concentrated for a moment, before he stopped suddenly, as something occurred to him. "Agent Reed... Cassandra... Your symptoms have ceased." He hadn't seen her cough or double over in pain. Blood was not coming from her mouth. His eyes narrowed as he began a magical inspection of Cass, mystical energies swirling around her. "It's as I expected. You have been cured. And if I am correct, which I always am, you are the key to healing others... including Agent Sparks."

Bonnie overheard Strange and her eyes widened. "We need to get you back to SHIELD's virology team! If you have antibodies for M-Pox, we could develop a treatment off of them, even a vaccine! Of course that'll take over a year for a vaccine to be approved but... As long as people signed a waiver absolving SHIELD of liability, we could begin administering treatments within weeks."

Doctor Strange tapped the amulet around his neck - the Eye of Agamotto, otherwise known as the Time Stone. "Far less than weeks, Agent Chase," he promised.

🐺 Asha Jabari 🐺

Location: Hotel Valhalla - Twenty First Floor -> Lounge
Skills: N/A

Asha had gotten an early start to her day at Hotel Valhalla. She hadn't intended on getting up sooner than usual, but she had been killed during Campfire S'mores to the death the night before. The young einherji had a hard time going back to sleep after being resurrected. Instead, she had spent the early morning hours in Advanced Forging 301, by far her favorite enrichment class that the hotel offered. Half of the things she tried to make ended up exploding on her, but that didn't deter her. Had there been a system of reincarnation, Asha would've asked to be reborn as a dwarf in Nidavellir.

After Advanced Forging 301, she had taken a shower (really needed, as she was covered in soot, grime, and bits of dead einherjar. A few of her classmates had taken the pins out of the grenades they were crafting by mistake). It took her a while to work her hair, but she managed to pin it up into braids. Her favorite show wouldn't be on the TV until later (Phineas and Ferb), so she figured she might as well go head down to the lounge to see if there was anything interesting going on. She was dressed fairly ordinarily, with her sword Ravnskriker sheathed at her side. She had a small bag at her side, Bunnløs, that contained her shield and other valuables.

One elevator ride later, she found herself in the lounge. "Arnie, Klarie," Asha greeted, smiling at her fellow einherjar from the twenty first floor. While the floor itself was huge, she lived relatively close to those two within the floor itself. "Any big exciting plans for the day?"

✨ Rebecca Eventide ✨

Location: Argo III - Upper Deck -> the Galley
Skills: Mystiokinesis

Rebecca smiled brightly, pleased to see that Andy was interested in learning to manipulate the Mist. Not all sorceresses were children of Hecate - perhaps the daughter of Zeus would hone her skills in the art of magic. She tilted her head slightly, like a cat, as Arthur asked her about her mother. "My mother is Hecate, the Triple Goddess. She is the queen of witches, ghosts, and the night, goddess of crossroads, the Mist, witchcraft, and trivia. Fun fact - my mother is actually a titan, the race that came before the Olympians," Rebecca explained. "All of my siblings learn to manipulate the Mist and to use magic - to have the gift of necromancy like I do is somewhat rarer. I've been studying the craft for five years, more or less."

She motioned for the two young demigods to follow her, before heading down below deck to the galley. She figured that it would be a decent space for them to practice. While she was going to teach both of them different skills, Rebecca decided to begin with Andy and manipulating the Mist. Perhaps Arthur would like to try as well, but it at least allowed him a bit more time to get into an appropriate headspace before summoning the dead. Rebecca concentrated for a moment, having a bit of difficulty, before she snapped her fingers and a whoosh filled the air. The tables in the galley now appeared for Andy and Arthur to be laden with numerous types of junk food. "The key to manipulating the Mist is that you must make the illusions be what your victim desires, not what you desire. You must make your falsifications of reality more appealing than what is true... My siblings and I can even create hard constructs out of the Mist, though that takes years of study and practice."

"If you'd like, Andy, you can give it a go - create an illusion for Arthur and me."

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Argo III - Upper Deck
Skills: N/A

Leda brushed off the side eyes she got from Mary and Jason. She didn't care that Jason was Irish - yes, the Irish and the British have had a rocky relationship, but the same was true for the Greeks and Romans and here they were, flying across the country and risking their lives in order to warn them and get their help. She focused on Kiera, resisting the urge to do the stereotypical guy thing and guide her hands. "Smashing," she praised, as Kiera created the mist and made the offering to Iris. "Now all you need to do is either imagine or say the name of who you want to contact. So for us.... Mum, show us New Rome, will you please?"

The mist shimmered. The image of New Rome's Senate House appeared. There were senators in rather silly looking togas, with the praetors standing out as they each had purple capes on as well. Something pretty serious seemed to have been going on - but then again, Romans always looked serious. Leda strongly doubted they had any concept of how to have fun at all. "Hey there, mates. Us Greek demigods are traveling to meet you and discuss a troubling prophecy and some news, so please don't blast us out of the sky when we arrive," Leda said awkwardly, wondering for a moment why she hadn't made someone else do this, like Mary or Alannah or Lauryn.

☀️ Nancy Parker ☀️

Location: New Rome - the Senate House
Skills: N/A

Nancy felt physically drained, completely wiped out. After having a prophetic episode, there was nothing more that she wanted to do than inject caffeine straight into her bloodstream, find a good album to listen to, and avoid the world. Unfortunately, given that they were prophecies, she never could just shut everyone out. Her conscience wouldn't allow her to keep all of this information to herself. Of course, her conscience said nothing about not losing her cool at Leandra Lovelace, Enemy Number One at Camp Jupiter and walking embodiment of everything wrong with the Senate (and perhaps, the United States as well). "Why do you have to be such a goddamn mega bitch?!" Nancy snapped, getting up to her feet even as her knees felt like giving out.

"Do you think this is a fucking joke? I don't have visions of pansy shit like who will be the next it couple here, something I'm sure you'd be more comfortable with. I saw titans, giants, and monsters standing in an alliance. Demigods dying. If you cared about something other than your nails, maybe that would tug at your heart just a little - but oh wait, you traded it to be a size zero slut. Thirteen demigods are all that's up against them - and for whatever reason, probably only known by the gods, you're one of them Lovelace."

"Anyone else have a stupid comment or can we start talking about how we're going to fight this?" she then snapped, daring any of the senators to say a single word. The air in the middle of the Senate began to shimmer, as an Iris Message appeared - a Greek device, something not used by Romans. A blonde girl and a ginger were on the other side and Nancy narrowed her eyes, especially as the blonde mentioned a prophecy.

"Typical. If the Greeks are involved, it has to be doomsday."

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower - the Roof
Skills: Telepathy
Guin didn't have the heart to correct Iris - wherever she was, as she could only hear her and not see her - that only Pietro was babes. Though, she was proud of her fiancé for not instantly attacking Iris for calling Guin babes in return. While Guin had been dating Pietro for a few years now, it didn't make her any less bisexual and she figured that Pietro's jealousy would be triggered for both boys and girls. I half expected you to punch Iris for that, Guin whispered into Pietro's mind.

Thanks to Bethany, the Silver Surfer had been defeated and all of the clones were gone. They were in the final stage of the plan - threaten the hell out of Galactus. Allison suggested they end the world ender, which Guin took to mean humiliate and not destroy given their earlier conversations as to why they couldn't just murder Galactus. Lance made Neil and Iris reappear, before sending off a gigantic blast of light to get the attention of the Big Bad. Vaguely, she remembered something Thor had mentioned once before - that on Asgard, they'd have epic insult competitions to decide fights sometimes.

She couldn't think of any stakes more epic than the fate of the world.

"Hey, ugly! You're the second person to say that shit to us today and the first person just got knocked on his ass!" Guin shouted up at Galactus. "We have your fucking Nullifier and if you don't back off and leave Earth alone, then we're going to use it on you. We're crazy enough to do it and we don't care if we have to die, because if the Earth is going down, then you're sure as hell going down with it, you fucking dildo!"

Neil Spellman

Location: Stark Tower - the Roof
Skills: N/A
Neil was visible again, the Silver Surfer was finally down (and he sincerely hoped that the herald was dead). Guin Stark was shouting abuse up at Galactus and while Neil knew that he could probably join in on threatening the cosmic force, his voice died in his throat. He was quiet by nature and his strength was fading him. Instead of thinking on ways to belittle and demean Galactus, his attention was on Sara. If Galactus didn't believe them or didn't care... this might be the last time that he'd ever see her. These could be their last moments alive. His family was too far away to spend that time with them. He wanted to make it count.

The words spilled from his lips before he even realized what he was saying. "I love you, Sara Grey." He then placed a kiss on the top of her helmet. As much as he wanted to be angry and murderous with the people threatening his planet, it just wasn't in him at the moment. His heart was aching, preferring for him to declare his feelings than spend what could be the end of his life in misery and pain. If this was his time, he didn't want to have any regrets.

The Hellfire Club Headquarters -

Reeva and Sage weren't moving to leave at all. Sage sent Pyro's phone number quickly to Anastasia's phone, that way she could contact him and ideally rendez-vous with him as well for tailing Ice Queen and the target. Anastasia would have several choices available to her in order to get to her destination. Sage had a tracking device in the target's car and she forwarded the information on it to Anastasia, that way she could track the target as well. Anastasia could take the limo, she could hail a taxi, she could take the metro, she could even grab a bike and peddle her way on down.

"Best of luck, dear," Reeva said with a smile. She waved at Max as he walking on through and took the elevator as well. She didn't know what he was up to, though she highly suspected he was going to help Ice Queen as well. Max will reach the old Mutant Underground at the end of Trainer's post.

Reeva then took out her phone, answering Jinx's call. She frowned. "Jinx, I need you to shadow them. If the package is lost... then eliminate them both. Is that understood?"

Dunkin' Donuts -

There are a few people in the Dunkin', eating their pastries and drinking their coffee, but it isn't crowded really. Neither Leighton or Desiree will notice a familiar car pulling into the parking lot, tailing them.

The Mall -

Things were relatively calm at the Cinnabon for a moment. Of course, that was until the very next customer stepped up to the counter to be served. Now, you're probably expecting for me to have some sort of poor, everyone is racist against mutants incident to occur? No, instead a far more fearsome foe has arrived on the scene! The customer's hair was blonde, worn in the signature bob of the stay at home suburban mom. She had gigantic hoop earrings and large sunglasses. Standing next to her were two children that looked smothered in the formal wear they had been stuck in.

"ExCUSE ME?!" the wild Karen screeched. "Do you know WHO I am? I'll have you fucking fired for this, you incompetent twat!" she screamed at the poor cashier. The cashier looked to be about high school aged, with short green hair and a nose ring. Their name tag just said MORGAN and it was just about impossible to assume a gender for them. If you decided they looked male, suddenly they seemed more female - and vice versa.

"Ma'am, we're all out of the classic," they said with the patience of a saint.

"WHAT?!?!?!"

Veil, Sunshine, and Casper

Location: Mutant Underground Hideout - First Floor: Training Room
Skills: Mediumship, Invisible Energy Manipulation
"It's too bad the person literally named Magik with the magic canceling sword isn't here," Casper sighed. He wasn't exactly sure how Magik would be able to combat Max - maybe she just needed to run around the Mutant Underground with her sword in the air and it would somehow stop him. He was a fan of the old school things they did in movies and shows. "What if we made a salt line? Or put iron everywhere? Would that stop Max? Or is that just for Fairy Godparents?"

"...I'm pretty sure you mean the Fae. Fairy Godparents are like Cosmo and Wanda, the guys who helped abused kids with bad teeth," Ben interjected.

Casper returned James' squeeze, letting his boyfriend lead him from the entranceway and into the training room. Losing a week of time didn't startle him that much. It wasn't the first time it had happened before. Once, he had gotten a hit so pure that he could have sworn it was still July when it was, in fact, August. Calendars were just a social construct anyways. Time wasn't real. "Wait, Wanda? That can't be a coincidence!" he insisted.

"...Pretty sure it is. Unless you want to call Nickelodeon and ask if they're secretly bank rolling the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants?"

"I thought they dropped the Evil part of it," Casper whispered to Ben. "Now shush, people are crying." Ben threw his hands up in defeat.

Sunshine flinched a little bit as James wrapped her up into a hug. She wasn't entirely used to that level of physical contact. Ordinarily, she would have threatened him with the chicken pox - but instead, the mean spirited young mutant crumpled into his embrace, crying into James' chest. Sunshine didn't know whether or not to tell him what was wrong - that maybe her odd dream about living in New Orleans and Jack being her father had been real. If it was real, then she didn't know what to think. And if it wasn't real and she told them, she was certain that everyone there would laugh and jeer at her. She couldn't afford to be that vulnerable.

"I'm just really hungry," Sunshine fibbed. She didn't think she could confide in him, nor Spark Plug and least of all Jack about this. Maybe Max had done this to them and was blaming it on the Scarlet Witch. He was inside of Veil's head. Could he have messed with all of them? Would he be so cruel, dangling a possible identity for her dad in front of her, only to rip it away? Yes, he could, Sunshine decided. He had joined Erg's murderers. He was sleeping with Nazis. It was all just a mean trick. She lifted her head, seeing the Cheez-Its that Feedback had offered her. She reached into the bag and grabbed a handful, still crying as she shoved them into her face.

Veil really wanted to agree with Spark Plug, to rip Tome and Ice Queen a new one for their behavior. Yet she had promised Ice Queen when they left that she would be there for them if they needed it - sure, it was before Ice Queen and Tome became accomplices to murder, but she had given her word nonetheless. Her eyebrows furrowed, hearing from Ice Queen that she had the innocent Sage had wanted them to protect... and that she needed help getting her to the Mutant Underground. Maybe at least some part of Ice Queen was able to see the blood on her hands, the red in her ledger, and was trying to make amends.

"He's created some sort of magical connection, speaking into my mind," she explained to Feedback, trying to keep her voice calm and steady. She didn't want to freak out anyone else there. Veil's mutant powers were all about privacy - no one could see her if she didn't want them to, no one could touch her if she didn't permit it. To say that having Max reach into her mind terrified her was an understatement. Her pulse was elevated and it took all of her willpower to look neutral and calm, not shaking and unhinged. A letter appeared out of nowhere in her hands. Max's powers must have been maturing rapidly... She made a mental note to speak to Magik about wards for the Underground. "I don't know if you can break this connection. I don't know if it's truly telepathic in nature, Glimpse."

She took a deep, steadying breath, before speaking to Tome and Ice Queen: "We'll be there.... Things are hectic. It'll be as fast as we can. If you need a place to lie low from Jinx... I can find you one." Veil opened her eyes, quickly scanning the letter in front of her. She hardly had a chance to process it before her phone rang. She looked at the caller ID, surprised to see her brother. Everything was coming at her so fast, happening all at once without pause. Veil wanted to scream.

Instead, she put a hand to her mouth in horror, her eyes wide. "Echy... I'm so so so so sorry..." she whispered, turning invisible instinctively. "This day is such a clustofukopolis... I-I wish I could have done something to help you..." she took a steadying breath, wrapping some of her hair around one finger. "I have to go rescue some kids - they're young and stupid, don't know what they've got into, kinda like us back in the day... If you want, you can find me there at," she gave the address of the old Mutant Underground. "Or go to our current place and I'll be back as soon as I can," she then gave the address of the current hideout.

Veil forced herself to become visible again. She looked at everyone gathered. "Spark Plug, Glimpse, Feedback, Sapphire, we're leaving now. James, you're in charge. If a flamboyant Canadian named Echo shows up, let him in. He's my twin brother." She then headed up to where Spark Plug had prepped a vehicle for them, her phone still pressed to her ear.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: On the Road - North Carolina
Skills: Driving (Car)

Leda's eyes widened a little bit at Zeke's retort to Kristin. It was pretty funny from an objective standpoint - but she didn't want to take a side in their conflict. And if she had to pick one half of the lovers quarrel, she would go with Kristin. Hoes before bros after all. The baby cyclops, Heracles, definitely picked a side though as he tugged Zeke's headphones out of his ears. "So if you could ask the compass where to go, that'd be great - I learned my lesson about not looking when driving," Leda admitted to Kristin, her ears burning bright red.

She wondered briefly which god had jurisdiction on the road, before figuring it was Hermes. She mumbled a silent prayer for his protection as she got the car ready to go and pulled off back onto the highway, relieved when nothing horrible happened. No cops were nearby or anything to question why they had stolen this car and abducted a small monster baby. No monsters ran out into the road and tried to kill them. They were safe, at least for the moment. "Zeke, could you maybe put music on for everyone?"
