Overview

Locations: Luana Isle, a small US territory near Midway and Hawaii.
Time Frame: July 1st, 2025 (One month after the outbreak has started.)

Goal of RP: Survival and finding a group and settlement in a new world full of the undead and hostile groups, and get off of the island.

Premise:

You had decided to go out on a little vacation to a small island called Luana Isle near Hawaii, whether it was just a solo trip, or with some friends, family or a loved one, with tons of dancing, great music and relaxation. Before you ended up leaving on your trip word had been spreading about a strange virus going around the world causing those infected to be very aggressive. You decided to tune it out and wanted to enjoy your vacation and turned off your connection to the outside world.

One night on your vacation a concert is being performed by local musicians and you were enjoying the music, when a loud scream could be heard and you saw a young woman tackling a drunken man and started to bite into his neck and all hell suddenly started to break loose. You quickly fled to your suite on the island. The governor of the island would later that evening ask both locals from the nearby towns and villages around the island as well as those staying in the resort to shelter in place for further news.

For the first time since you decided to go on your vacation turned on to the news on your phone, or computer or the TV during the few days on your vacation the world quickly started to devolve and countries were locking down their boarders. A day later the US Navy sent over a few destroyers to quarantine the island itself stranding you and the rest of the locals on the island itself full of the dead.

@Master EffeX@TruckKun Anthony waited for a reply from Keyrs when he turned his attention towards Olliver and gave him a friendly smile and motioned for him to approach. "Welcome Olliver." Anthony said and gestured towards Keyrs. "This is Ms. Keyrs." Anthony said as he poured a glass for Olliver offering it to him. "Why I summoned you here, as you well know tonight is the mayoral debate and I will be needing some security. I'd like for the two of you to help be my security detail during the event tonight." Anthony said, remembering the attack by Artemis the last time he met her, he ended up loosing his eye as he looked towards Keyrs awaiting for her reply.

@IAmTheIsland "You got it boss." The driver said as he continued to drive along, when he got a text, would appear on the IVI screen on the dashboard, it was a text from Xiao Feng asking for a pickup and directions were sent as well which Taiwu would see on the screen. It was a small local grocery store in Little Asia that sold mostly food and ingredients sourced from other Asian countries. "Gonna stop by and pick up Xiao." He said as he turned off on another corner and a few minutes later they stopped in front of the grocery store, Xiao Feng calmly walked out of the store wiping some blood off of his hands with a hacker chief as he got into the car looking at Taiwu. "Were you able to get whatever you needed?" He asked him as the driver headed off towards their hideout.

@IAmTheIsland@Skelm@Silver Carrot The door would open a young waitress she was around the age of nineteen or so would come in carrying some old work uniforms her name was Ashley. "Hey Ken just wanted to come by and turn in my uniforms, and also let you know i'll be back during my vacations." Ashley said as she looked towards Julia for a moment and gave the woman a friendly smile, as she noticed the Lucky Noodle was in shambles. "What the hell happened here?" She asked the both of them.

@McNephelim@IAmTheIsland The amulet would continue to point eastward Sarah (Kenzo if he choose to follow her) would be able to get to Millenia Park without to much of an issue. She would be able to see the massive building that was DSHA HQ at the north end of the park, to the east through some of the trees City Hall could be seen as well as Paragon City Natural History Museum nearby to. With each step the glow would get slightly brighter but not that much.

@Tally Dor The construction worker quickly ran over to look where the person had jumped off the window only to find there was nothing there. "Gotta lay off them edibles man.." He muttered to himself as he went back to what he was doing. Where the Weeping reappeared he would find himself on a roof of another store front in Little Asia. He would be able to see from across the street was The Lucky Noodle he would see a spirit sitting on the ledge nearby looking over the street below.

Madalyne remained pretty quiet as she took a step back, her eyes going wide as she started to think Nancy was going to end up killing the now disarmed Delgatos. "The order came from Stefan Delgato! He's been looking to expand and take over his father's position when he wins the mayoral race!" The thug said trembling slightly. "Thats all I know and who sent the order to claim this place I swear!" The guy said begging practically as he looked towards Madalyne for a moment hoping for her to intervene.

"I believe thats all he knows." Madalyne said looking towards Nancy as she approached gently resting a hand on the armored suit's arm, hoping she didn't see her murder someone in front of her. "I can call the police and have them come pick these guys up if you want." Madalyne offered.

@TruckKun What Tally said, if you want to use it, just change the images out to your character and color code etc. Also normally I don't check the guild as often so discord is the better and quicker option if you got questions in the server. :)

@Master EffeX@TruckKun Anthony looked at Keyrs for a moment, he didn't really mind if she liked his opponent or not, as long as she was willing to do the job and not question it. "I do expect some sort of attack, most likely from the vigilante known as Artemis, or from one of my many enemies." Anthony said, he was smart enough to not have his opponent killed it would make him look very bad, at least not yet anyway if he did win his bid for the mayoral race then he wouldn't have to worry about Tara as much. Anthony had plans in place whether he won or loss his mayoral race.

"I will have someone aid you as well to and keep an eye out for any other unforeseen attacks. His name is Olliver Ainsley, hopefully he will be on his way over shortly." Anthony said he had called Olliver a few minutes ago as well, and hoped that he would be able to meet him at his penthouse suite to go over further with the debate this evening.

@IAmTheIsland "So where to boss?" The diver asked as he continued to drive, heading back to the Little Asia district. "Also did you want some lunch or anything I can stop by or whatever you'd like." He offered, it was around two in the afternoon now as they drove over the bridge leading towards Riverside, the driver would occasionally look out the window before speaking again. "So do you trust them Void people or whatever they are?" He asked looking through the rearview mirror. "They kinda give me the creeps." He shuddered slightly, he had seen some of their brutal killings before whenever he had to drive into Nighthaven.

"You are good to go ma'am just keep the wound clean and bandaged you should be fine." He said giving her a reassuring smile as he stood up looking at the detective and Shimazu giving them both a friendly nod. "I'll be on my way." The paramedic said with that he started to turn around and headed out towards his ambulance and drove off. Outside in the alleyway it was fairly quiet there was a stray cat that was eating out of a nearby trashcan and looked at Sarah and Kenzo letting out a hiss before scampering off elsewhere with its stolen food in tow. The amulet continued to glow ever so slightly within Sarah's pocket however.

Valentina said hearing the knock, when Theresa opened the door, she would see an old and battered looking desk with a laptop on it which also looked like it had seen better days. There was also a dart board on a nearby wall and a pool table within the room and a ratty old looking couch, and armchairs with a coffee table in the center with a big screen tv hooked up to a wall. Valentina turned to look at Theresa and gave her a slight smile. "Whats up, thought you had gone to do something else." She said as she made her way towards the couch and sat down watching the news of their heist early being shown.

@Tally Dor Amara frowned slightly at the Weeping, she disappeared into the shadows and reappeared again right behind The Weeping and gave him an angry look. "I expected you to do the job that I hired you to do." She said the air around them started to become even colder as she got real close and stared at him. "Your job is not yet done until I say it is done, if you don't I may have some of my own people visit your little 'Melting Pot'." Amara said emphasizing the name of his location, as she circled around The Weeping. "And their visit will not be friendly. Like I did to your friend that the DSHA agent was investigating." Amara said before disappearing into the shadows once more. "I expect results before the day is done." Amara's voice said throughout the alleyway silence filled the alleyway once more.

Artemis looked at Deputy Director Vaughn for a moment crossing her arms over her chest. "I just happened to be in the neighborhood." She said looking at him, and then over to KT when she revealed her abilities to him. 'Are you sure telling him that info is wise?' Diana asked telepathically to KT, she watched as paramedics went to tend to the wounded and the PCPD and DSHA agents were helping with securing the scene. Artemis raised an eyebrow looking over at Deputy Director Vaughn asking her to join him in a private meeting as she looked at Wolfe and KT.

"As long as the meeting if brief I can spare a few minutes." Artemis said, she was known for not staying on scene for to long after thwarting an attack. "I'll take us there." Artemis said as she grabbed their hands, and teleported them out of the Atrium, and they were all suddenly in one of the many conference rooms on the executive level. "So what did you want to talk about?" Artemis asked leaning herself up against the desk.

Commander Sullivan looked directly at Lance Corporal Holden as she ran into the briefing room, followed by two MP's, the officer stared at the woman for a moment. "No need Tapo." Commander Sullivan said holding up his hand and looked towards the two MPs who stood by the door awaiting orders. "You are dismissed." He told them, as the two soldiers saluted and nodded. "Yes sir." One of them said before heading out of the conference room and closed the door behind them. "Now that everyone is here, we can begin." Chuka'Mdaham said flexing his four mandibles slightly as he moved to hand Leland Summers one of the. Leland accepted the tablet and gestured for everyone to pick one of them up, one for each person within the room.

"One week ago, Anvil Station's long range sensors started to pick up a distress beacon along the boarder of former controlled Covenant space, and Banished controlled space." He said as a hologram of an unknown star system appeared onto the table before everyone. On the display it showed the small system of six planets, and a singular star at the center of it, he moved the holographic display towards a large Ice Giant with rings surrounding the planets orbit as well to. Then Summers moved the display closer to a Marathon Class Cruiser near the planetary rings.

"This is the UNSC Edge of Midnight, she was presumed destroyed or missing during the Human-Covenant War." He said looking at those in the room and towards Spartan Reed for a moment before turning to the others. "We don't know why its distress beacon was activated, or how it came into this system. However we have been ordered to investigate, and find out what happened and take any data it has, and bring it back here for repairs" Leland said as he gestured for Chuka'Mdaham to speak. "This system was once under control by the Covenant, before the Great Schism The Banished or another splinter faction of the Covenant are likely picking up on the beacon as well most likely to salvage it or take the ship and add it to their own fleets." Chuka'Mdaham said before nodding back to Commander Summers. "Spartan Commander Reed will lead this mission, she knew the ships captain and the ship, and Artemis will accompany you on this mission." Leland said looking at the group. "If you see Banished, or any other forces you are to scuttle the ship." Commander Leland said looking at those present. "Any questions?" He asked the group.

Cassandra looked over the schematics of the ship, her father was its former captain and remembered seeing him and visiting him before he left to go on his last mission and when the ship had disappeared. "None sir." Cassandra said looking at the others in the room as Commander Leland looked at those present.

@TruckKun Looks good to me, only real issue is that the FC Keanu is waaaay older than 21 years old maybe changing his age, but other than that he's good to go.
