"I stand tall for my age, at 6'0" and weigh roughly 173 lbs. My dark hair extends down past my ears, hanging freely. The color of my eyes is a soft gray, and turn hazel when I cry. When I get upset, they darken and almost seem to turn black. I've got a nice, long, jagged scar on my left forearm from when I was just 12 years old where my bone punctured through my skin. Fell off my horse for the first time and busted my arms open. That was fun. Oh, and another scar that has since dropped down into my left eyebrow from when I was 2 years old. I was at a baby sitter's house at the time and thought it'd be cool to pretend to be Superman. I climbed up onto the dining room table, and jumped out onto the tile flooring, splitting my forehead open. My mom, when she came rushing to come get me, had thought I was dead. She constantly reminds me of the scare any time she catches a glimpse of the scar."

|| HOUSE DESCRIPTION ||
Our house is a 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 story place with a basement as well as a very airy attic. Both of which have been turned into bedrooms. My bedroom is upstairs in the attic, whereas James has taken up residence in the basement. It's not your average basement. It's been renovated to look like an actual bedroom with his own half of a bathroom. Around the backside of the house, we have a very nice pool with a diving board and slide. Both front and back lawns are nice and green. There's also an old tree house in the back, up one of our old trees, but no one has gone in it in years. It was a surprise from our dad when we were 5. He came back home from deployment, him and a few buddies of his built it and he sat up inside it to surprise us when we climbed up to investigate our new 'castle in the sky'. It was quite a magical time, back then.. when dad was actually happy to come home and see us.

"I'm on the school's Lacrosse team and I play an Attacker position. I'm also Team Captain. I used to play soccer in freshman year, and was on the Swim Team both Sophomore and Junior year while I played Lacrosse, too. Worked my way up the totem pole, so to speak."

James and Quinten are twins, how much closer can they get? They've grown up in the same household but have led two completely separate lives. While Quinten became strong and outgoing, James turned more recluse and wears his emotions practically on his sleeve. The two brothers couldn't be any more different but nevertheless, they've always been close. Nothing could come between them.

"Elizabeth. Elizabeth Mikaelson?  She's a badass, honestly. I'm glad she went for ROTC instead of Lacrosse cause she could easily show me up! Lauren is one of those who could play any sport and just dominate it. She remains a good friend of mine. Almost like a sister, really."
At one point in their 7th-grade year, Quinten and Elizabeth had gone out on a few dates after they questioned if their close friendship could be any more than friends. That and all their friends who had said on multiple occasions that they'd be a perfect couple. After a few dates, they decided it was best to stay just friends. Both still hold a special compartment in their hearts for each other.

Quinten and Molly haven't ever really been close, but at least nice enough to call each other friendly acquaintances. Quinn has heard several rumors spread about her over the years on campus, and he's always quick to defend her. Just because someone who's beautiful and comfortable with herself to be who she wants to be, people have to talk shit just to make themselves feel better about their own appearances or attitudes. People should be more concerned about their character than their reputation, because their character is who they really are, while their reputation is merely what others think they are.

Quinten has always been partial to JC due to the fact when Quinn's not directly looking after his brother James, JC keeps his eye on him. Quinten has always treated JC as their equal, like a brother. Quinten would equally defend and fight for JC as he would James.

This is the place I call home. Not much to look at, but it's where I've grown up all my life. It's only a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house. Our backyard has an old beat-up swing and play set that used to be mine as a kid. He likes to downplay our friendship sometimes because he doesn't want to hear the things we gave in to 5 years back. He's my best friend, and without him, honestly I probably wouldn't be here. He saved me from myself back in Freshman year. I owe him everything."
Elizabeth has always loved Quinten like a brother, especially after he was the one to make the decision that they were better friends. She felt she'd never find a better friend, and has done nearly everything to keep hiim in her life.. not that it took much.

James and Elizabeth are friendly and have a certain trust and respest for another, but they're not close. Never have been and most likely never will be.

Elizabeth and Molly haven't spent much time in each other's presence, but a smile or a wave every so often is exchanged from the halways or across the classrooms. At least from Lauren's side. She's always tried being friendly with the girl but gives her her space, as well.

Elizabeth and JC have always been quite friendly. At one point Elizabeth had a major crush on the poor guy but she quickly got over it (not because he isn't cute, she just started liking someone else at that time). He remains a nice guy, and a good friend, in her eyes. The friendship seems to come full circle since she's best friends with Quinten and JC is best friends with the brother, James.

His hair is dark brown, nearly black in certain light, and his eyes are a soft blue-grey but turn a green-dominant hazel when he cries or is on the verge of it. Like stated previously, he does have a massive burn scar on his left hand from falling into a fire pit as a child. He typically wears a bandanna tied over it when at school.

→ Apparently I've got a 'discomfort' with the top of any hour. I tend to set my alarm for 6:05AM instead of 6AM on the dot. Or microwave things that suggest a minute and thirty seconds at 1:35. My counselor always tells me the same thing. “The top of the hour represents a new beginning for you. It’s typical for some people. That sense of a new beginning can make you nervous, so you create tricks to try to avoid it,” he says. “Picking an offbeat time setting isn’t a harmful ritual, but it’s also not a realistic strategy. The rest of the world isn’t going to stop the top of the hour from happening.”
→ When stressed or lying, I tend to talk from the corner of my mouth.

No matter what, even if they were to fight, James would always have Quinten's back and protect him at all costs.

As stated previously, James and Elizabeth have never been close but they trust each other enough to rely on one another if necessary. At one point, James had a minor crush on Elizabeth but it didn't last long. This also had happened back when Quinten and James first met the girl. As kids, they were like the Three Musketeers but as time went on, James started to pull himself from their little group and began to do things on his own.

"She's my kinda' crazy. Hanging out with her is.. interesting, to say the least! She knows how to brighten up a party. Hell, she brings the party, more than half the time. And in more ways than one. She hooks me up with the best shit. I can always count on her for a feel-good."
James and Molly have maintained a nice friendship, and have since mainly been hangout-buddies every now and again, but mostly have a buyer/dealer relationship. Both enjoy getting high, and what better than having a partner in crime to get high with? Getting high alone isn't too bad, but having another body to veg-out with just makes it all the more better.

James and JC have always been close, seemed as though they just clicked from the start of things. JC has always been James' go-to, besides his own brother, of course. Nothing separates these two. Quinten and James' mom jokes around often that it was JC and James who were the twins rather than James and Quinten. You'll hardly see one without the other.

Delbrook Academy High School


Welcome, One and All!

This is Delbrook Academy of Delbrook, Texas where dreams are made. At least, that's what we're supposed to tell you, isn't it? We're quite the close-knit community, despite our differences. Delbrook Academy is home to the Bengals and our blood runs proudly with black and blue. We have an excellent art program and a killer baseball team, but we equally pride ourselves on our football team, as well. Our jazz band rocks the quad with their out-of-this-world tunes that make you feel like you're taking a stroll through the beautifully lit New Orleans. We are a school that runs on blocked schedules, so on some days you'll meet with your Even classes, while on others you'll be attending your Odd classes. Each day, you will be going to your Homeroom. Each homeroom teacher does things differently, but it's mainly just a grace period for you students to fully wake yourselves up before going to your first official class. Day One will consist of attending your homeroom classes, where each class will be taken to the auditorium for an introduction on what your year is going to look like here, at Delbrook Academy. Afterward, your teachers will take you to the football field where we've prepared some festivities to enjoy. The field will be filled with food booths and other booths with carnival games, others with different clubs who are trying to recruit members for the new year. Meet some new people, join a club.. get yourself out there! Make a name for yourself. It's a new year. New year, new you, right? Why not start now. Again, we welcome you to Delbrook Academy. Make the memories count.


Seniors..
At this age, everything is changing for you. Day by day you may not notice, but just look over the past year and you will realize everything has. People you thought that were going to be there forever aren't, and some of the people you never dreamed of speaking to are some of your closest friends. Life makes little sense, and the more you grow, the less sense it will make. Trust me. So make the most of now, before it all changes once again, because in the near future, all of this is only going to be memories.

Friendly Reminders

1. There will be no posting order. As much as I prefer having one, most people get frustrated when someone down the line takes too long to reply, so I have decided to leave out posting order. 
2. There will be no double posting. If the person you are currently interacting with hasn't replied back within 2 days time, please try to get in contact with them. If you are more the impatient type, post without them and simply carry on without them. They can/will catch up.
3. Follow the RPG rules. We all know them. We love them. Abide by them, yeah? 
4. No god-moding. Our characters are not invincible.
5. No bunny-modding. This means, no taking control over a character that isn't your own, unless you've been given the proper permissions to take over control of said character.
6. This is a Casual RP. Please be descriptive, use correct grammar/punctuation, and write replies with at least a paragraph or more in length.
7. It happens all the time, so I won't beat around the bush. If you decide this RP just isn't for you after a while, please make an exit post.
