4 months into this hole 'being a responsible adult thing' and I've come to a conclusion: It sucks and I want to go back to the days where I didn't have to plan out my game time.

Drosil, South-Western region of Barcea

As the group of Sentinels continued on their way, they'd begin to notice something strange. A low rumbling noise that seemed becoming somewhere from the west of them. If they turned to look they'd see a cloud of dust making it's way towards them. Within minutes the dust cloud would be close enough for them to see the cause of the disturbance; a man on the back of a giant centipede-like creature seemingly on the run from a group if dark triangular shapes that were plowing through the ground at a frightening pace. So focused was the man on escaping his pursuers, he didn't notice the group until he was almost upon them, his dual-colored eyes widening in surprise as he yelled out a command in some harsh tongue to his unusual steed, causing it to just barely swerve to the side, barely avoiding plowing through on of the horses as it did so.

The man and his mount slides to a halt a short ways past the group, drawing his gun from with one hand and a staff with the other, looking around to find the creatures that had been chasing him, only to see nothing but marks in the ground where they had mysteriously stopped. As he kept a look out for signs if the unusual, the group of travelers would have ample time to study him as well. The man was somewhat tall, wearing well worn clothes made from tanned leather and furs, with arcane runes inscribed throughout the garb as well, seeming to glow a dull gold even while the sun is shining all around them. His skin held some darker coloration do it, a sign of his southern heritage, but it was easy to see he was not the type that got out much as his tan skin held a paleness to it no seasoned warrior or explorer would have. Along with that were his strange hair and eyes, both seeming to glow ever so slightly, as well as being made up of two colors. The hair, which looked like it hadn't seen a comb in sometime, was both the deepest of blacks and the purest of whites, while his eyes shown with the colors of riches, holding within them the green of the finest emeralds, and the bright yellow-ish sheen of golden luster, mixed together in an odd firm if harmony with each other. These strange features were set ion an angular face, one that was not displeasing to the eye, though it was clear that it was one not made for the frown he was currently making as he looked around.

More importantly to the group then his looks, however, were his weapons and his strange mount. The gun was a intricately engraved flintlock, covered in arcane runes similar in design to those adorning his clothes. His mount, who was also keeping an eye(and antenna) out for danger, was also watching the group with a wary eye, it's large mandibles clacking in warning invade they tried anything. The insect nearly reached the shoulders of their horses, and was nearly two times a long with many sharp, pointy legs made for stabbing and holding down prey. Most unnerving about he creature, however, is that it had an almost human level of intelligence in it's compound eyes, watching those assembeled with a very disturbing intensity. But even more eye-catching than the monstrous insect was the man's staff. It was a beautiful object, over a meter and half of intricately carved crystalline material that caught the light around it like prism, allowing it to sparkle with all the colors of the rainbow. It's length was carved with runes and scenes of arcane mastery, and topping the masterpiece was a small orb, floating over the crystalline base with nothing to support it. The orb itself was a dull black and seemed rather unassuming and boring compared to the rest of the staff.

After a short mount of time, where nothing seemed to be happening, the man gave a small sigh of relief, before finally turning his eyes to those who he'd stumbled across. A smile was quick to adorn his face, though it was carried with a slight embarrassment and anxiety as hey kept looking around for any signs of anything out of the ordinary, the grips in his weapons never loosening, even as he introduced himself to the group, though he made sure to keep them l peered to show he meant no harm.

"Hello there, fellow travelers, my name's Drosil Maeneld of Jasi, and I'm sure you have a few questions/concerns, but I think it'd be best to keep moving. You see-" Before he could finish his sentence, his eyes went wide as he seemed to notice something, thrusting out with his staff as he spoke again, this time the language was more flowing and charged with power. The orb on his staf took on a bright green color before a small ball of compressed air shot forward, smashing into the ground right next to the girl cloaked in white. From the cloud of dirt that erupted from the spell came the shattered remins of a strange shark-like machine covered in old runes, it's mouth open with a strange barrel poking out of it. "Okay! I'm sorry for he scare bit we need to leave now. I'm not sure how far these things can I away from the ruins they're protecting, but they've got a nasty bite, can shoot mini rocks at you, and are persistent little buggers. So, before we're killed by mechanized land shark hinges from hell, let's get moving."

As he spoke, he pointed at the ground again, sending out another ball of concussive air to take out another Automaton. They seemed to be getting more used to the increased number of people, closer and closer to launching their assault. If they didn't leave soon, then bad things were very likely to happen.

Argus Leandros

Argus looked down at the small girl, listening to her story with a silent countenance, his expression growing more soured with every word. Not only that, but a crimson aura worked around him for a bit, a sign that he was getting pissed, before he managed to calm himself down with a deep breath. Once he had calmed down, he gave the girl a smile before looking at the paintings, then back to her.

"No need to worry about a reward, getting to help an adorable young lady like you is all the reward I need. And don't worry about the bitch who did this to you, I'm sure we can find someone to reverse that curse somehow. Just gotta keep positive about it." As Argus spoke, he picked up Isla's paintings, making sure to take extra care so as not to break or damage them. Once that was done, he squatted over to the white haired girl, his back facing her as he did so. "Now come in and let's get you to your home all ready, yeah. I'd be glad to give you a ride on my back as well, so you don't have to be stuck limping behind me. Oh, the name's Argus, by the way, Argus Leandros, and may I know the name of the person I'm assisting?"

@Liferusher
Itsuki

Itsuki contemplated his friends offer, crossing his arms and making a 'hmm ' noise as the gears spun in his head. Making a gang would be risky business, especially with so few members, not to mention the fact that this would likely make them a target of the Kings attention, something he tried to avoid whenever possible. He wasn't exactly sure of his friend's exact level of power, but he doubted it could stand against any if those monsters, even with the help of his little spy and Itsuki himself. Still, the thought of having a chance to make Tokyoa little bit less hectic in this time of crisis. . . it made the offer a lot more tempting than it had any right to be.

"First, I think that it's funny that you didn't catch the undertone if my question on you being lonely when you created Mizumu over here, second, got a name in mind for this little organization?, and third, what do you have planned for when the Kings take notice of us. You've heard the stories about those monster's, and that battle I heard awhile back only seemed to confirm them. U don't know about you, but I'd rather not draw any of their attention to myself, and even Nidhogg us wary if crossing their territory. Times are hetic, man, so please tell me you've gotta plan for worst case scenario."

@FallenTrinity((Sorry for the wait))
Drasinian

Drasinian chuckled as he saw the young mage fire at him as he climbed up the building, leaping off of it and into open air without a care in the world. As the attack passed beneath him, he opened up a portal beneath him, summoning a shield to be used as a sort of mid-air stepping stone to propel him up into the roof. However, his enhanced senses picked up the sound of something whistling through the air in his direction. Relying on pure instinct, he quickly opened up a pocket dimension behind him, which was able to easily catch the non-magical bullet within it's clutches and just barely saved Drasinian from danger.

Instead of pressing his attack on the Mage, he summoned another stepping shield to leap off of, landing back on the ground as he pulled the Fang of Cerburys from it's dimensional sheathe, casting a spell as he drew it that caused it to glow a bright blue in color.

"Come, Raiju, and find the Sniper!" He hissed, the blue from his blade sparking wildly as it jumped from the blade to the ground, taking the form of a large wolf, black as a stormcloud with glowing blue eyes and sparks of electricity flying off it. The hound let out a howl, sending out a pulse of low-level electrical pulse in search for other sources of electrical energy that'd belong to a living being, soon finding two. It ignored Osamu, focusing it's vision on the second source as it let out another howl, it's fur sparking before it let loose a bolt of electricity at their position. If they were standing in a metal surface, than it wouldn't matter even if they dodged the attack, the current would definitely cause some damage.

The summoned Spirit then ran off in pursuit of the foe, leaping off at great speeds with a savage, thundering growl, as it kept it's movements wild and erratic to keep the sniper from landing a shot on it before it arrived. Meanwhile, Drasinian would turn his attention back to the boy, a sinister smile present on his face as he studied his prey. He leaped into the air, moving swiftly through the air with the use of shields from his pocket dimension, he was once again on the roof, looking down the boy with a sinister smile.

"Now then, let's continue the game, shall we not? Hopefully without any more interruptions." Drasinian says as he throws a brace of knives at the boy before attempting to rush the bit and launch a hard blow to his gut with the blunt edge of his blade. He wasn't worried about the sniper, as he had given the Raiju a simple command under his breath before it had rushed off towards it's prey: "Destroy the Rifle." No matter what the foe may be, if they're first attack is with a mundane sniper rifle, than they aren't going to be as much a threat without it. And now that their electrical signature had been identified, there was no way for their hidden assailant to escape the Raiju.

@Letter Bee
@Letter BeeSeveral, though it was mostly me getting distracted over the week, than I was put on a bit if lockdown due to grades. I'm going to try to get something up tonight and I apologize for the delay.
@Driving ParkHey, can you make a post for your Kitsune character? She's the only one that can react to my guy at the moment, and while I really want to keep being in this RP, it's hard to keep up interest when I don't gave anything for my character to react to.
@Leslie HallGreat, now I can hardly stop laughing. That's going to be stuck in my head for weeks now, I'm sure of it.
@Leslie Hall"You've got a headache? Let me just put little Jamrs to bed and I'll get ya the real good stuff, quick as a flash. Just don't tell anyone where ya got it, okay sweetie?"
It's kinda weak, but my post has been made. Hit a bit of a block in the middle of writing this.
Revan

Revan watched the battle with interest, the brat was actually giving the big lug a run for his money. However, it seemed that Matt would have the last laugh, as after the Lizardking's last attack, there seemed to be neither hide nor hair of the little shit. Just as Revan was about call out Matt for robbing him of his turn against the kid, he suddenly felt a large build up from magic. Not only that, but he could see that one of the nearby buildings seemed to be rumbling slightly as the walls moved inward, with chunks of other buildings also began to get dragged towards it. It didn't take long for him to figure out that not only was the white haired shit not dead, but he had also lost his goddamn mind to use an attack like that inside the city.

Revan didn't say anything, he simply walked by the enraged Taka as he summoned a horde of hydras, sending them flying through the city to keep any and all civilians from being dragged off towards the attack. THis included any and all civilians inside of them as well, though they'd be a little frighten as the hydra's seemed to eat them, before taking them into their world before depositing them all inside of the guild hall in a haphazard heap. While his Hydras deal with keeping casualties from happening, Revan was focusing his magical energy on his hand, chanting an incantation under his breath, as a dark energy began to coil around his outstretched hand. Just as the attack blasted out of the remains of the crumbling building, the energy formed into his Ring of Sloth.

As it approached Matt, he pointed his finger at an area just in front of the mage, causing a black circle to appear on the ground. As soon as the sphere came into contact with the circle, it would disperse into a black mist, exerting a small shockwave of force to the surrounding area as it did so. Revan than turned to the remains of the building where he assumed that Ira still was. He didn't say anything for awhile, but Matt and Taka would be able to tell that he was beyond pissed off and just barely holding himself back from annihilating him.

"Listen, you little shit, cause I'll only say this once. If you want to throw around big attacks, that's fine with me, but take outside the city if you want to continue making an ass out of yourself, among other things." Revan crossed his arms as he closed his eyes, suddenly letting off an intense aura as he activated his Satan Soul. As he opened his eyes, which had turned completely black except for his pupils that had become slitted and bright, blood red, the dark mage would feel an intense sense of pressure and killing intent. "After that, you'll find that the next time you pull something like this, I won't be so kind as to let you off with warning. I will kill you without remorse or regret, so know that you're on thin ice whenever you come here. Keep yourself in control, and you can continue going about your business. Endanger this town and the people in it and you'll be lucky if there's even a stain left when I'm done with you."

Revan released his hold on his magic, letting it out with grumbling sigh, as he walked back into the guild hall, pushing past the confused and somewhat traumatized citizens until he came across Alice, the white haired dragon brat, ad a smaller one.

"Hey Alice, you have anything for a headache caused by punks you want to kill. I swear I'm getting too old for this bullshit. . . and is this brat your's?" Revan said as he gestured to James, unsure what to make of him yet.
