Among the police who had arrived to secure the area at the edge of the forest was a young lady officer with upswept black hair and bright blue eyes. She spotted a badly-injured cop being helped off, and judging from the wound, she was quite sure of what was responsible for it. None of her colleagues knew of her double life. As far as they were concerned, she was new to the force with much to learn. That wound, it looked like the work of a werebeast. There was no way those who had seen it happen would still not believe that these things existed. She took a glance into the forest, thinking about the dangers that lurked there. She only wished that she had arrived at the scene earlier to see what it had been like, though, now it seemed that she'd be busy once night fell.

Well there won't be much since the whole drama with the police is over. I'll see what can be done tomorrow when I'll eventually make my first IC post.

Character Crossover Crisis City: Reboot

Rex Salazar

The people at the stand either seemed just as lost and confused as Rex was, or were too occupied with other more pressing matters to notice him. He stood where he was and continued to assess the situation, pondering over his earlier observation of the different individuals' wide diversity in equipment and dress styles. He was used to seeing people who didn't exactly look human, though. Some of them were even his friends. It looked like he was still on Earth, but he could not recall ever being at where he currently was. Could it be that they were on 'another Earth'?

A parallel universe! That was highly likely, and would explain how all these people looked so different from one another. He remembered witnessing a crossover from another universe once before. That was when he met that kid in the green jacket with that weird monster watch. Rex wondered if he had gotten thrown into this place too. Well, all these other people seem to have been anyway, or at least most of them.

His attention then shifted to a woman in traditional Japanese clothing who had just arrived. He immediately focused on her horns, his first thought being 'She's an EVO!', but then recalled how unsure he was of the current place, time, company, and... everything, really. This woman spoke as if she knew what was going on, and as some of the other individuals began asking about things he was sure everyone else wanted to know, Rex decided to carefully listen in, should she be responding anytime soon.
