Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

Alright, I'll get a response up either this evening or tomorrow morning~
Maoin, Chimaera, Meowka, Kathernie

The Chimaera's ears perked at the new voice, standing and immediately turning to the source of the voice. Unfortunately for the doll in her claws, this equaled it getting a bit of a squeeze as the Chimaera stared threateningly at the human. This human...was with the dragon as well. And apparently an ally of this kittens. Which meant that if she did something, it was likely the dragon was going to be a bit upset. Tsk, so troublesome. Well, she had no desire to pick a fight with a high-dragon.

"Stare all you wish. This one does not mind." She commented slowly, sizing up the woman in front of her. These 'dolls'...so many of them. They smelled wrong. Like something that the demons here would have come up with. "Is this your ally, housepet? She smells of things better left not mentioned." She didn't take her eyes off Katherine as she asked Maoin the question. Free food though? It was a tempting offer. At least this one knew to give proper respect when intruding upon the domain of someone stronger than they.

"...Hmm, this one can't say it finds your bold words distasteful." She gave Katherine a slightly feral grin, flashing the human some of her sharp teeth. "This one will trade a meal for my presence. This housepet has peaked this one's curiosity." She relaxed her stance only slightly, still giving Katherine a challenging stare similar to that of a bear, or some other wild animal. "This one will lead them to the front gates." She walked past Katherine, her serpentine tail smacking her on the butt like it had done with Maoin earlier. "This one has to wonder how brave you are, human...so boldly stepping into a lions den."

She didn't give Katherine much time to answer before hopping through the window, as it was the only way for anything that couldn't fly or climb to leave.

Marie, Luna, Sorcha, Sol

The serpent hissed as its head met the barrier, recoiling in pain as Luna's hammer slammed into the top of its head. There was a sickening crack as the light hammer slammed into ts tough, hard scales, the bottom of its maw slamming onto the ground from the force. Luna's second strike, hit true while the serpent was recovering, slamming right into the side of its jaw. The serpent hissed in pain, its two arms lashing viciously out with its claws as it attempted to swipe at Luna.

"You expect me to know anything about this thing!?" Marie shouted back. She was nothing, if not observant and knew how to use it. "You might want to move though!" The serpent dove to the side, away from Luna its body whipping around and slamming into Luna's jaw if she didn't avoid it, before slithering some distance away. "It has some very hard scales, I don't think that sword is going to work-eh?"

Before she could utter another word, the serpents tail whipped back around, slamming into Marie's face like a whip and coiling around Marie's neck before sharply yanking her up into the air as it slithered away, carrying Marie with it. Its tail coiled around her body, attempting to squeeze the demon briefly as it stared at Luna, snarling at her in a seeming challenge, almost taunting her to come and get Marie, dangerous flames lining the side of its mouth.

It was clear though that it was feeling pain from the two large blows to its head. The hammer Luna used seemed to at least seriously cause it some pain. Even so, unless Luna acted fast Marie was probably not going to be alive for much longer.

Sorcha watched impassively, resting the butt of her glaive on the ground. If she needed to, she'd kill the beast in one hit. It hadn't even noticed her yet...though she didn't really want to save the demon.

Alexandria, Mis, Cyril, Saeko

Ceri happily followed Mis to the town center, for the most part keeping quiet most of the walk in favor of walking along hurriedly behind her. She had yet to experience an S-class trial here at Haryp's Wing, and the amount of sheer energy in the air was enough to make her more than a little nervous, moreso than she normally was. Still, at least no one was paying attention to her for the most part. A mixed blessing - in large crowds such as this it was easy to get lost in and pass unnoticed, but at the same time it so much more frightening.

She hoped she didn't somehow get separated from Mis. She'd probably get lost, otherwise. She walked over to the food booths with Mis, looking at all the delicious food that was being offered. So many things she hadn't seen or tasted before! It all smelled good, too. Oof, she wanted to try all of them but she could hardly eat that much!

She cast a glance over to Mis, and then to the food again. Maybe something to eat would calm her nerves a bit.

"Uhm, uhm..." Urf, she still couldn't decide what she wanted. Having little to no experience with this sort of thing was really making it difficult, and there was just so many to choose from. "Something sweet?..."

"Rrral-!~" There was a cry of displeasure as Stefan quick attacked out of the way of the clones, and it quickly became apparent that the one hanging from his horn, was indeed the real Ralia who was now struggling to hang onto the Absol. Several of the clones dove out of the way as Absol swiftly avoided the horde of small pokemon, barreling through them as it avoided their entrapment. Not that illusory clones could really entrap anyone. The plan had at least worked in some fashion, as now Absol couldn't harm Ralia for as long as she was holding onto him.

That said, they would still be at a stalemate unless Claire could pull something out of her clever brain. At least now that the effects of that taunt wore off Ralia could likely have worked out some of that aggression from the insult. Well, maybe she could pull off a one-two combo here, if she was lucky.

"Alright, Ralia, hop off!" At the command, Ralia swung as best she could off of Absol's horn, landing in a surprisingly graceful manner a few feet away from where Absol had previously been. Claire brushed some loose hair out of her eyes as she grinned, giving the next command. "Growl!"

The Ralts turned to face Stefan, giving a rather unimpressive cute growl in his direction. It likely wouldn't do anything major, but she didn't have much to work with. Besides, she'd wrap things up with her next turn, heh.
I'll be getting a post up today, hopefully. Nothing big, just Ceri being Ceri.

EDIT:

Well there ya go. Wasn't sure all who to include in that post, so I tagged everyone in Mis' group.

@PaulHaynek

"They're having trouble with some refugees." She sighed. "I wanted to help more, but they seem to have it more or less under control. Or at least enough that they don't want to ask for help." Well, she could have probably gone about it in a much better manner. She hoped the injuries she had given hadn't been fatal, though the definitely would be sore afterwards.

She was still a bit worried about Valarie, too.

Oh well, no need to linger on the topic, following Niel inside and walked with him over to the request board. She gave Bart a friendly wave, deciding to split her earnings with the rest of the guild. No sense in hogging it all to herself. It seemed as though there were a few new faces in the guild - a dragon and a Mothwoman. Well, she might as well introduce herself after checking the board.

One from some sort of noble. Arletta frowned, internally grimacing at the thought of it, not sparing the quest a second thought. She had nothing against nobles, but dealing with them tended to be tiring. Some quest that seemed to take place outside of the region in Varjo...that might end up being more trouble than its worth, especially after the incident at the shrine town. And...some sort of flying machine?

Huh.

"Hey, Bart...what's this about a flying contraption?" Her curiosity had been piqued, at least. Wasn't every day someone mentioned some sort of flying machine.
@Irredeemable

Well, Mien's done some terrible things in her life since she took over the crime organization.

Assassination, murder, torture, abuse, human trafficking, drug trafficking...it's bad and illegal, she's probably done it, and I can definitely see her having more than a few enemies.

If you want Lars to have been hired by a private source to get revenge for something she did, then I think it could definitely work.
@Raylah
Heyo, I gots a question/proposition for you.

Mien and Lyra are of similar age and were both slaves for some of their lives. I dunno how young Lyra was when it happened to her, but if it happened when she was a kid, it's plausible that her and Mien could actually know each other somewhat, or at least used to have contact as fellow slaves and whatnot before both of them went different ways.

Just wondering if you'd like to potentially explore that option and maybe have the two recognize each other on some level. Not sure what that would translate to ICly once we get started, but figured it could add some neat character interaction if the two do recognize each other.

Feel free to say no, too, just thought I'd make the offer after having thought about it a bit.
I'll be getting a post up tomorrow~

~Eirwen~

@Crusader Lord@Hammerman@Old Amsterdam

Eirwen protested lightly as she was dropped into her seat as usual. For a few seconds she just sat there in the seat, the side of her face resting on the desk as she watched the doorway. Well, nothing odd there. What was odd were the two love-birds in the doorway standing awkwardly and otherwise being annoying. Tsk. She had half a mind to put ice under their chairs so it'd slip out from under them when they moved them. Too bad she wasn't particularly skilled with actually freezing things otherwise that'd be funny. Dia and Felix, were there names right? Dia was nice enough. Felix though? Oh boy she absolutely hated his sort of personality. Loud, unintelligent, and bleeegh. Of course, that was just her impression of him. She hadn't really interacted with him much, so she couldn't really be sure.

She was fairly certain she didn't care and at some point was going to tell him that just for giggles though. Actually, wait, no. Too much effort to go out of her way to do.

"Hmm~" Eirwen sat up, stretching as she at least attempted to look like she was awake. "Leanne, you have to tell me what hair products you use. Your hair smells lovely." She proceeded to lean on the desk with her elbows, resting her head in the palm of her hand. "Haaa....I hope today's class isn't difficult." She glanced over to Kanako, giving her usual neutral, sleepy expression.

Hm, come to think of it she didn't really know many other people in the class, aside from Leanne and Bhu that well, and Leanne more than Bhu.

...oh well, not like it mattered. Friends were tiring anyways. She could barely handle two! Any more and she really would be an adorable puddle of exhaustion.

"...what kind of pizza will it be?" She turned back to Leanne, asking about the free pizza in question.
