Bio

Got nothing to say here, sooooo yeah.

I'm a bookworm, gamer, and obviously roleplayer since I'm on this site :P

Anyways, those are a few things that I'll say about myself... for now. Maybe I'll update this a little more in the future.

Ciao!

Also, @EchoicChamber, considering what you put down over secondaries, for my character, while he think he is the best 'round, I was thinking that he doesn't have a good handle on his primaries due to his own families history (i.e. their primary magic has always been random and not tied down, whilst they are naturals with their secondaries due to their thieving past).

So yeah, he's going to suck with Runic magic, but still think he's the greatest thing to man since sliced bread. How does this sound?
Welp, I finally have an idea for a character! Snobbish rich kid who looks to alleviate his boredom through reviving his families past of thievery... he's also a kleptomaniac. Jackass who believes he's the best, with some family traditions that should stay under wraps!

Time to go to work!

@EchoicChamber I'm sorry.

I'm even more sorry that they have to deal with you.
Oh, so this is the rp you showed me Allen... I may or may not dip my toe into this one, we will see.

Regardless, if I do, I need to come up with an idea beyond Runes/Shadow Step Comboing, as well as finding a non-anime faceclaim.
So, school or city I wonder, school or city...

Alexanders gazed at the frog suit in anticipation as he gave the costume one more poke... only for it to start toppling over. His eyes widened in surprised as he smashed the baton into the head as if he was a baseball player causing the head to fly back and topple onto the floor and rolled around for a bit. The headless frogs body summarily crumpled onto the floor at the boys feet. Sticking his tongue and squinting at the thing as if it was a rotten piece of carcass lead him to promptly kick the thing away.

That was an... experience. He felt as if his heart was going to pop out of his chest and sprint throughout the whole school. Ok then, that smack felt too real as he stood tall and dusted himself off with his other free hand. The more he glanced at the walls, the more shivers that traveled down his spine.

Alex nearly jumped out of his skin when he heard an uncharacteristically girlish and yet simultaneously chilling wail of... oh, it was just Suzune... Alex couldn't help but begrudgingly frown at the matter as he pinched the bridge of his nose. "I can see why you're in Drama Club now," he grumbled, nearly reverting back to his snarky attitude.

As soon as this predicament was all over, there was a voice as hard as his emanating from the door. Eyeing his classmate, he raised his finger, almost ready to correct her... before swiftly closing his mouth and glancing over at the reserved vice president. He inched his head down into a nod of respect; this guy had his Hamlet down.

But onto more pressing matters - they were all trapped in a school that looked as if Silent Hill and Corpse Party had a baby. At this point, he bet that they would all lack any sort of signal to contact the authorities and that their phones would be useless, save for having them as pseudo-flashlights.

... and then of course, she was trying to take control of this situation. Seriously - most of the people in this room vanished in a mere second and the whole school was bleeding. Either she had nerves of steel or was damn good at hiding her frightened nature.

"Oh good, you seem to have experience with this situation Isami-san," the sarcasm was just seething in his voice. "Dunno if I should be worried or not," he grumbled as he crossed his arms and looked over at Tweedledum and Tweedledee just standing there.

"But yes," Alex rapped on his baton as he raised his eyebrows, tilting his head to the side as he made sure his own eyes met with Isami-sans and pierced them. "Wandering around a forlorn and yet so familiar environment is such a great idea." The sarcasm was once again simmering as he just kept his posture, save for his head now swinging a little side to side.

"Okazaki-san, I will say that her going is very, very stupid," he dropped his boiling tone of voice and reverted back to the same, rock hard disposition he was earlier. Looking at the girls, neither of them looked like they could handle themselves in a scuffle and the vice president here just plain appeared to be ready to give up.

Letting out a sigh, he did know of an alternative way to void he utterly suicidal confidence she had.

"... but if we all go together, our chances of surviving will increase exponentially." Using his free hand, he jammed it into the recesses of his pockets and retrieved his phone. With one swift tap of his button, the light flashed on, displaying nothing but fizzling static and white noise. "And just as I guessed."

That definitely made him feel better. Flashing the phone to the vice president and others, he just kept his usual tone and glare as he continued. "Besides, none of us will be able to use our phones, so contacting the authorities and staying put would be completely asinine. That's also taking into consideration that we're all most likely stuck in the love child of Silent Hill and Corpse Party." Pressing the power button, the static flickered before darkening; Alex then proceeded to set it back in his pocket.

"So, shall we all head out," while it was seemingly a question, this was more or less him telling them they were all going to leave this room right now. Alex blinked as he slowly made his way towards the door... and he heard it.

His breath, his heart... he could feel the weight of them both, the sounds... the sounds... they were both as loud as the rippling cries of disembodied voices... ugh...

As much as he would of loved to wait in one place until things changed back to normal, it probably wasn't in their best interests.
@Oddsbod

One, ermagerd, our shortest nomad.

Two, wonder how the past turned out considering no one is living in an autocratic world ruled by magic. Whether you explain it to us or not is all up to you.

Three, your character is weaker than Lucas, our joke chary. It doesn't matter if he has good moves, the fact that he can only use them once leaves him at a large disadvantage against even the most untrained of fighters. I'm not trying to control how your character fights, but honestly, he feels like a one trick pony.

Honestly speaking, give him like some moves that don't have a singular use and can be utilized over and over again to give him some reliable damage output aside from absorbing things and shoving them into the lamp to use at a later time.

Like for the imprisoner/unleasher move, maybe just make them both separate in a sense as make the unleasher be a category amongst a subcategory of moves... sorta like this?

Unleasher: Unleashes one of these six moves stolen from random nomads to harm an opponent with; can only be used once. To refill, imprisoner must be used to absorb other characters moves.
    - Move 1
    - Move 2
    - Move 3
    - Move 4
    - Move 5
    - Move 6

Just a suggestion. Don't know how the other co-gm feel about this one.

Fourth, this is a problem with the super move The Prisoner in the Lamp. It essentially takes a character out of the story. It basically doesn't sound fun at all. I'm ok for sacrificing character development if there is some significant meaning to why they can't develop anymore, like death, them going off on their own separate journey... but this? Idk

That's honestly all I've got to say about this. Kaiser gave their input and now it's up to baron. Honestly speaking, I hope this character does work out in the end. We need Yeong-Suk to feel tall for once after all xP

Alexander's grip was a lot more firm than the vice-presidents as he tightly gripped the hand and shook it. Guess the guy either wanted to get straight down to business or they were a bit out there when it came to steering this club to say the least. Regardless, his shake was as firm as his face as he kept a straight-laced attitude the best he could as his hand drooped back to his bag.

His hardened brown eyes never left the guy, and he constantly kept a frown as he placed his hand onto his hip. Alex sized up the vice president who gave a polite and subdued bow. Tilting his head, he nodded back as a polite way of responding to his own introduction.

"Mhm, otherwise I wouldn't be here for the time being." Wow, no ridiculous tasks the group would set him up to yet? No malevolence in his voice? This was a little too perfect, save for the ambience. Even the shrine maiden could overtake him and she seemed to not have such a strong presence as well.

While his voice did stay completely serious, Alexander did flinch when the sudden frog popped up behind Okazaki, fleetingly pulling up a hand to shield himself as he winced a little. Once he saw the suit was possessed by an actually living being, his frown deepened, and the black-haired boy let out a slight "tch" as he barred his teeth.

Even though he was affable, his eyes darted between the vibrant young star and one of his classmates. Strictly speaking, he would see how long this would last before things ended up out of hand.

At this point, he felt like the vice president could be suffocated by the stagnant air surrounding him. Alexanders hand held up instantly dropped the moment the introductions were underway. He jabbed his chin upwards and furrowed his brow.

"If you're going to be exciting again, don't do it in that ridiculous costume... frickin' frogs," Alex glanced to the side, not bothering to stare at it as he uttered the last part under his breath. He shifted a little bit back from the frog-man, trying to ignore the fact that someone was occupying the frightening costume.

"Also, Ikari-san is far from being an acquaintance, I can say that much," he shot out, eyeing the Black Widow Spider with a similar cold scowl.

And then it all went to hell.

Alexander blinked. His iris' widened. He blinked again and continued staring at this environment. He blinked, twice, three times the room, the people, they were all... what? What the heck? Where was everyone, was he alone with the vice president?... oh, no, Suzune and Kimiko were still there, along with some other girl standing at... wait. That was Kagami-san, great... another person from his class to brighten his day.

Ok, but seriously, where were they? This was the school, right? Alexander eyed the crimson seeping from the walls, looked around the forlorn area and kept his jagged visage up. His face whipped from one place to another as he jammed one of his hands into his pocket and began toying around with the baton in his pocket, spinning it at a more frequent rate.

"Oh good, you guys went all out with the Otherworld special effects, impressive," Alex jabbed, "Y'doing something that was inspired by the s-series I guess? He stuttered as he continued studying the emptiness. The geometry of this place... it felt... off... it felt horribly wrong...

As he analyzed the place, when he came into contact with that thing Alex then froze, staring into the maws of hell... or rather, the head of the frog costume Oogami was in.

"Alright, jus' what the hell is going on," he said in a low, growling voice as he looked at everyone, possibly just as confused as everyone. "Where did most of the Drama Club members go," he spoke as if Okazaki had all the answers, trying to hide his frantic voice as he gestured towards the now vacant seats of the room.

"Oogami, you have any answers," he questioned, motioning over to the garments that stood in place with its head down, unmoving, still as a mere statue. No response.

He... he didn't like that.

"... hellooooo, Frogger," he inquired in his hardened voice, gradually inching over to where the costume was. As much as he hated to brandish his weapon, this was eerie enough to warrant some usage versus self-defense. Extending the baton and his own arm, he barred his teeth weakly as he prodded the costume with the batons tip.

"Ok, calm down Alex, this is either a dream or you're hallucinating..."

Yeah, that was reassuring. This place felt too real to be a dream, yet too distant to be mere hallucination.

Maybe Little Miss "Obsessed With The Miko" shoved him to the pavement and knocked him out. Maybe those headaches over velvet got to him earlier and in reality he was lying on the sidewalk passed out. These all sounded like highly unlikely solutions and yet he wanted to believe those instead.

Because honestly... this was uncanny to a pint. And the echoing shrieks throughout the vicinity only worked to increase his sense of dread at all.

Alexander just glared at the girl as she guffawed rudely at... something. If he had to guess, it was either the facet that they both retaliated and she saw them as nothing, or she was laughing at the way his name was pronounced by Reimu's alternate skin. Regardless, he wasn't going to say anything and not make any more assumptions. After all, assumptions did start with ass.

Though he could say he was off-put by the sudden alteration of personality, her switch being flipped way too friggin' easily. Alex just raised his eyebrow before ruffling his hair. He would just have to endure her presence for the time being...

Oh, and she's telling him what to do? Seriously, he wasn't going to even do so in the first place and at this point he just wanted to tell her to piss off... or actually grab the shrine maidens hand just to irk her.

But he had standards - he only knew her as a customer and not as a friend, acquaintance, or anything aside from the part where she was his senpai and a singer.

Gripping his bag, he pretended to completely disregard what AC/DC's Back in Black had to say and had his eyes pressed against the air. It was as if his eyes were completely glazed over in a sort of trance-like state as he walked, back erect as an army soldier. Focused on the front, his glazed gaze broke upon the shrine maiden humming a tune of her own. Despite all the rigidness, that seemed a bit nice and put him to ease, even if it was marginal.

Alexander's eyes often drifted between the hallways, his satchel, and back to the humming lady. There wasn't anything else interesting happening as they marched to the Drama Club room.

...

Eyeing one of the doors this Drama Club member opened, Alex poked his head to the side as the short guy gave and received weak responses. He recognized a few people from his class who either didn't see him... or if they did, well... he could see the knives in her eyes. As the group entered, the first thing he noticed was the frogs in the corner. Creepy. Pretending he never saw those things, he was escorted over with the rest of the group to a brown haired boy before departing from the now dwindling group.

The guy went over the third years (with him gaining more knowledge, yay) and then correlating over to him. Releasing his vice grip from the side of his satchel, he studied the guy for a moment before extending his hand out.

"Mhm," he nodded as he continued. "Alexander Furst, it's a pleasure to meetcha'," he spoke in his usual serious and hard voice. Alex didn't bother on the sound of a door being open; it was either that dude leaving or some other members coming in.

Either way, it didn't matter. Right now, his focus was impressions and learning about the other members of this club.
On it; I'll cut the slack tonight and get to it.
