If the Swarm is located along the fringes( the western or eastern regions correct?) of the Old Imperium, the most likely candidates would be the either the Commonwealth, the Alorians, or the Totalists. If they're around the western regions, there is also the Theran Dominion and the Ascendancy. Around the Eastern fringes is the Athistan Federation.

@Goldeagle1221 After thinking for a bit, I sadly have come to the decision to drop out of the rp. I'm so sorry everyone :( I thought I could handle two RPs at once, but I have shown myself that I'm not capable of this, Unfortunately .
