Y'know with all the new Isekai concepts coming out, I wonder if there is an isekai concept for "Reincarnated as a Truck that sends people to other worlds"

If it comes down to mental infliction, does that mean she still feels the pain (IE, if a clone was under immense pain. Would the collective consiousness feel the pain, (sort of an empathatic link) damage is not shared as you've said but is pain?
Yes, each of these attacks are not quick release spells, if you want I can add timing for the attacks to take place, also as what was said mages of high defense or magical attack can defend against the chains. The main thing is the spikes in the chains need to have directly contacted and penetrated the skin in order to do so. Also I would add that since these spells need time he is left a little vunerable, which he is open to attack, in that case he is either knocked off or has to release. Either of those releases the wedges in the body and reconnects the circuits in the persons body giving them back their powers, might be a little drained but still able to fight unless he was given the time to fully enact his spells.

Thanks for the input and what do you think of that?

@1Charak2@vancexentan

Pretty good actually, okay I am fine with this now.
@Delta44

I like this new version of her, she seems more balanced and much more in line with her role.

(that and the fact that illusions don't affect reality, therefore Runes are the perfect counter as they won't be affected by things that don't exist in the world)

Though one question, if one clone becomes damaged/killed/ does the damage transfer back to the producer of the clone, but at a reduced amount.

IE if a clone was completely obliterated, she would take a 1/10th of the damage. etc
@Rune_Alchemist

I believe Kohana just warped reality just a little bit there, The Club room is inside the main school building, therefore if she was outside the clubroom she would be in the hall. (unless she moved even further away unspecified) This means she would be incapable of seeing the roof of the club because that would be the roof of the entire school, or more semantically, the next floor.

What I am trying to say is that it is basically impossible for such a movement to occur with such fluidity from the hall to the top of the building. That is all.
Anyone have any comments on his cs?

Range of the earth thing, bit much.

Take your final breath seems to have too many usages if its draining mana from the enem and so does Chain prison, as they both DIRECTLY interfere with Magical circuits DOING DAMAGE TO THEM PHYSICALLY.

*would take bishop slot if possible*

(Also the above post can be solved with mutation piece pawn)

Okay so, @The Irish Tree is indeed the second Knight. They should have known this.
@Polaris North@1Charak2@Rune_Alchemist lol place nice you guys XD
This goes double for you @Spanner
@pkken Yeah, there is a pawn left.

Now, I have some thoughts that need to be handled before I go on with the judgement of @Delta44's character.
I quite enjoy our roster so far, however, as it stands there are two character i feel that are out of place, just a bit.
First, @Jangel13 Argos, doesn't quite fit the role of a Bishop. He is skilled and his abilities are good yes, but a Bishop he is not. Not quite in the way Kenji is suited being the support he is, or the way Alistair or somebody else could fit the role. I still like Alistair as a Pawn, given his skill as a jack of all trades, comparable to Rin's own skills, which is why she'll also be a Pawn if/when she joins. Still, he is a bit of a glass cannon so i wouldn't make him a Rook either. Thus, I feel he would be best suited at a knight.

@Guess WhoNora has a great Sacred Gear and she doesn't have that feeling of being a glass cannon. She just needs training. And because of her offensive and defensive capabilities, I think she would best be suited for the role of a Rook.

I know this is a bit out of nowhere, but given what I'm seeing in the characters, Ekribe would probably be best suited for the position of a Bishop. And these changes wouldn't require much in the way of a change to the characters overall anyway.

If there are any problems with the changes I have proposed thus far, please let me know.

Additionally, even though we are using the DxD world, I think we can bend the Divine beings not being able to be reincarnated rules. Mostly because like... Angels... Fallen Angels... Dragons... Valkyries... Etc. With all the beings that can be reincarnated, I don't see why a Demi-human couldn't. I would like that certain aspects of the abilities and her status as a demihuman be made more clear and elaborated as you did in this past post though Delta. Other than that, I don't wanna complete passing judgement if she may be changed because of some of the changes I'm trying to hash out right now lol

Alister isn't a jack of all trades. The magic is, any promotion to knight and rook are effectively worthless in this scenario due to his narcolepsy, he doesn't need to move fast, in fact thats a terrible idea in a fatigued state and he will wear himself down further, The endurance and superstrength granted as a rook does not blend with his style of runes as he isn't one to turn around and start beating. Also suffers from the fact of his fatiguing easily through physical activity.

(because you know he actually has to get over to enemy territory in order to get promoted, thus going in without any runes. Which in order to play the running game means he has to expedite a lot of physical energy, meaning hes going to be sleepy when he gets in there. Then he has to start fortifying an area with runes... yada yada.)

That leaves bishop and queen as the effective promotions because Bishop increases the magical potency of runes and queen is basically everything.

(Safe to say if you leave him without any runes he is hopeless, not very jack of all trades like.)

Just want to clear that little thing up.

No runes = dead alister.
@1Charak2

Yea

That's all well and good
But running in a fight can only get ya so far~

Gonna have to stop and face the angry-fire-spewing fox lady at some point!~

That is what the traps are for. To wear down the angry-fire-spewing fox lady. Then he can turn and face her, only after shes worn out.

At which point it'll be a mercy killing (knocking out) once he has run you through his own gauntlet.

Teaching an old dog new tricks. That'll be the theme of that little special piece of hell.

@1Charak2

Pfft

Running.

She'll just throw the Glaive at ya~

At which point he will avoid it by forcing his body to move, trip at the corner, turn and start running again. Though this time he has an angry fox with a Glaive after him.

And he doesn't have a speed boost.

QUICKLY THROW EXPENSIVE ALCOHOL IN HER PATH

(In other news this works as training, agility plus stamina and speed. Longer he can outlast her the better)

Edit: Turn it into the most extreme game of hide and seek except he doesn't get his runes, only a 30 second headstart.

@Polaris North
Heh

Don't worry. As long as he tries she won't kill him.

Might

Break a few of his bones, but that's what a healer is for! So they can do it again!

@1Charak2

Heh.

Put down all the traps you like. This is physical training, not magic training. Any usage of magic will be met with swift, painful, crispy vengeance.

When the healer is the person your burning. Such Drunken logic truly is infallible and it may be physical training, but all he needs to do is run and hes doing pretty well at that already. He has perfected the Joestar's secret technique
