Current I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

roleplayerguild.com/posts/5… If anyone's up for fighting some kaiju, why not try out my new RP, Godzilla: YATAGARUSU?

@Joker892: Hmm, my one concern is he might not have too much to do outside of any battle sequences we do, but then again I suppose I could introduce some things I was planning earlier to accommodate soldier characters like that right off the bat.
@AtomicNut: Remember, "our world" characters will be starting the RP as they appear in their new world. Or, possibly, remember their original lives.

It's deliberately vague.
@TheFake: Beastkin are intended to be more human-like then that, but I might be able to accommodate that kind of race. No other issues at least.

@Poi: Would like it if you used the bio format I provided for consistency. ^^;

@Raineh Daze: Accepted.
@Poi: I think a good comparison would be France for Felbar and Germany for Grandia.
@Grey: You do gain basic skills associated with whatever new life you've been given, yes.
@Joker892: Black, red, and gold.
@Poi: I suppose that's not out of the realm of possibility given there's magitech in the setting, though it obviously couldn't be too close to a modern motorcycle.

Right now I'm planning on starting us in a large town in Felbar, near the border.
@Grey: That's three characters from "our world" claimed.
@TheFake: Will get to that in a bit, sorry for the delay!

@Kafka Komedy: There is, but two spots for "our world" characters are taken.
