Current Attn teeny boppers: You realize adbots aren't ppl, yes? They randomly generate login info, then execute pre-programmed posts. Your rage-spam goes unheard by the machine. And is equally annoying.

If you're going by UK conventions of knighthood/nobility, yes. It also would be pronounced like the "dam" in "madame," rather than like a Dick Tracy "daym."

Me: "Goku, thank God you're here!" Goku: "I heard a really strong guy was here! Lemme at him!" Me: "He's right there!" *Points at my Writer's Block* Goku: "... Sorry bud you're on your own."

So where would this Port Sesta be, roughly, on the world map? And what kind of place is it--would it be somewhere Gorou would likely have been on his travels, or would there be nothing to interest him there save maybe as a stop on the way to somewhere else?
@pkkenThe new quirk idea and the rough draft have been sent, sorry it took longer than I thought cause of irl stuff.
@pkkenI've decided to use a different quirk instead of the mecha-arms thing, I'll be PMing a rough draft of the CS to you within...maybe an hour or so, less if I can luck onto a good pic and get the words to flow.

Greymont Castle - Main Gates

As the others spilled out around them, the courtyard became somewhat bustling. Without taking his eyes off Rhea--though again, who could tell where he was actually looking behind the mask--Gorou adjusted his scabbard just in time for the little healer to dash past them. Round the stable she went, into a hedge, then the unpleasant sound of retching told them that something hadn't agreed with her at breakfast. Gorou wrinkled his nose at the smell, but his head never turned, not even when the little boy dressed as a girl came round the other side and nearly ran into Rhea's wyvern. As he stumbled back from the beast, Gorou took one half step to the side to avoid the boy falling into him, again without looking. His mouth started to move to say something this time, but the child ran away and Gorou stayed silent after all.

Maize was shouting over the murmur of other voices, again pushing them to hurry it up. Had something urgent changed the nature of their mission?

Rhea's answers were just as disappointing as the Prince's had been. Gorou began to feel exasperated, but maintained his composure. At this point he might as well let it go. In the end, perhaps it didn't matter. War or not, all a warrior had to worry about was the next battle ahead of him. When Gaivred introduced himself, Gorou finally turned away from Rhea and replied as directly as he'd been addressed.

@Kazemitsu"A pleasure, Sir Gaivred. I look forward to working with you." A slight bow of the head, much as he'd addressed Jauna, and then he returned to the conversation with Rhea. She had relaxed somewhat, but still seemed wary--a wise policy.

@Ambra"My reason for being here is simply that Captain Aiden happened to see me fight against some few raiders. I'd been pirate hunting, so to speak, and I'm well-traveled within Estala's borders, so he thought I would be a good recommendation for this operation. Everyone knows the Crown pays well, and the fewer pirates around the better, so I had little reason to refuse. As for my purpose..." he pulled his scabbard a few inches from where it had been thrust through the folds of his belt-sash, turning somewhat to display the weapon's features. The quality of his voice changed somewhat, as if he were a priest speaking of the scriptures.

"No matter where I go or what work I take, my only purpose lies in this. I have dueled many schools of the blade, but knights are not the only ones to wield them. Pirates. Bandits. No matter who they be...if they hold a sword in their hands, I wish to surpass them. My purpose...is to find what lies at the pinnacle of that path--and then cut a new one beyond it."

He returned the sheath to its proper place at his side, and was quiet for a moment. When Rhea offered to share her Wyvern, he looked at Icarus's great scaly head and then back at the dame.

"It would certainly be something, to ride upon wings. If you're certain it wouldn't trouble you or the proud steed, I'll take you up on that offer." And perhaps, in the process, ease your mind.
@Dead CruiserJust because you're correct, doesn't mean you're right!
@Lord OrgasmoI just finished watching it and it's bad. Backgrounds are really nice, which causes the terrible animation to stand out even more--there are like three fights across the last two episodes they put any budget into, and it's still just "let's blur stuff and see how many nonsensical flips and twists we can make them do" instead of anything resembling decent choreography. But when people are just walking and talking on screen? It's like maybe one step above those clips of CGI Berserk. You could probably just look for the fights and few good parts on youtube instead of slogging through the episodes. BGM only stands out in two places, once because it's so generic I couldn't help but notice it and once because it's so terribly out of place and bad for the scene. Story's completely screwed up if you know anything about the games, as are most of the characters. Voice work is solid, but the script has this weird anachronistic flavor to it and the way they time the curses has this feeling of "we gotta make sure they hear him say FUCK so they know we're being mature!" rather than any natural flow of conversation.

But I have a feeling people are gonna gobble it up anyway. Sigh.
@Thecrash20I was thinking more OPM's Genos, FMA's Ed, or DC's Cyborg than I was Pain for the weaponized arms. But like I said I think instead of doing that I'm going to go for just the arms themselves; MHA's superpowers have that uniquely Japanese concept of "learn one thing to do ten thousand" as opposed to the usual Western system of "just keep giving him more stuff." For instance, Superman's got separate powers of strength AND super-breath. All Might only has strength, but can use it to create shockwaves/gale force winds--without losing the nuance that it is CAUSED by his strength, and thus has to be done a little differently than someone who has aerokinesis.

Thus the Quirk "create mechanical arms" should probably be just that--They might be big arms, long arms, multiple arms, arms with an extra joint, but they won't be something that ISN'T an arm like cannons, blades, etc.

As for our ideas being so similar, if you're super set on your idea I can do something else.
@pkkenStats are honestly kind of pointless if there's not an RNG/dice/etc system in place to make use of them. If they're meant to be general comparisons of which characters are stronger, faster, etc that can be done just as well--if not better--through the writing and the nature of the characters.

If stats are meant to show progression, you could do that through hard limits that get lifted over time, or power aspects that get added over time. For example, if someone has the power to shoot lasers out of their eyes, maybe at the start they can only do it 3 times a day before their eyes get super sensitive like after an eye doctor's visit, and as they develop they add more uses. Or, maybe at first all they can do is shoot lasers in short bursts, and then after a training arc or a plot progression they're allowed to add the ability to charge up super-shots or maintain a long-distance beam.
@Mistiel I started writing some pointers to give you, if you want some advice on buffing up a post, but then I just kept rambling. I don't want you to think I'm complaining or criticizing you or anything, so just read it at your leisure and use whatever you like--or none at all, if I'm just being a busybody.
