They are the children of super humans, mutants, and aliens who's best days are behind them. The retired life, and the breeding of the next generation. Some may be creating a new legacy all their own.The next generation, in some cases, more powerful than their predecessors. Nothing could prepare them for the things to come. This is the story of...

Young Marvel: Future Perfect

The goal here is to make a fun, somewhat light hearted RP with OCs made from canon Marvel heroes and villains, but still possessing the nice action you expect from a Marvel RP. I don't want this RP to be very big, 7/8/9 people limit, depending on the volume of people wanting to join. Also don't think that because you posted a profile you're automatically in, as I want to make sure those who do join have good enough characters and character sheets are the ones who get in, not who posted one first.

~Roster~

Franklin Richards - Mr Fantastic - DrewVonAwesome
Caiden Garnett - Spider-Man - Green Granade
Faen Lokison - Kid Loki - BlackSam3091
Phoebe Stark - Iron Maiden - Winter
Mira DiAngelo - Copycat - RainDash
Zachary Allaire - Legion - Argetlem350
Christopher Fury - Agent Fury - Mr_Pink
James Leon Summers - Charge - Hillan
Lily Van Dyne - Sting - Necrosis
It seemed to all happen at once, when Doctor Doom left a final image in many fresh minds of falling out of a window in his castle, Reed and Franklin Richards both fought him viciously before almost falling to their own possible deaths.

Soon after Magneto was finally brought into justice, leaving the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants in disarray. Trying to salvage the group Quicksilver took as leader, but his arrogance and lack of patience proved his downfall. The Brotherhood soon collapsed apart, the members all going in different ways. Magneto himself now all alone in a white plastic room buried deep in the ground, where he spent his remaining years. Slowly other evil factions fell, and the world began to see and feel a peace it hasn't had in some time. Naturally though, this meant a slow end for superheroes. With no major problems left to solve groups like The Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and other teams and individuals around the world slowly began to retire. Going into normal lives, and rejoining the rest of society. Even anti-mutant sediments began to fade, and although anti-mutant groups exist, people have calmed down on anti-mutant feelings.

When his family retired, Franklin Richards soon found himself all alone as the new owner of the Baxter Building. At first Franklin merely lived on the top floors and rented out floors to small businesses for offices. However inspriation struck him when he strolled through New York's streets one afternoon and realized that there was no museums out there for the lost art of superheroes. Spending some time, money, and getting SHIELD's cooperation in particular information, Franklin Richards turned five of the bottom floors of the Baxter Building into The International Superhero Museum and Memorial. A state of the art facility that featured not only exhibits on heroes and teams. It was all with an interactive private audio tour made by Stark Industries using its JARVIS system, as well as replicas of some of the aircrafts used, costumes and uniforms, and even a special area where people can get an idea of what particular superpowers felt like, again one of Stark Industries' donations to the museum.

The opening night party was a semi-private affair, although invitations were handed out to special guests. People were able to get access to the event with a particular donation to one of three charities. It was a sell out within the same week it went on sale, gaining thousands for the charities themselves. For Franklin himself it was an amazing experience, filming interviews with people like Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, his own parents and uncles, things like his own father coming in and building from scratch a replica of the ship himself and the others took their fateful trip into space with, which now rests next to the wrecked actual ship. It wasn't all smiles though, when they brought in one of Doom's robes Franklin had to leave the room being uncomfortable. Still though the positives outweighed the bad. Tonight Franklin was expecting a wow from the public, and he knew he wasn't going to be dissappointed.

Needing some deep breaths Franklin put the finish touches to his suit and grooming. He had never even worn a suit before, so just putting it on was a weird experience. As he finally stepped out of his room he stepped through what used to be the base for his parents' team: The Fantastic Four. Normally Franklin wasn't very nostalgic, he shared his father's idea of always looking forward, but given the circumstances Franklin couldn't help feeling the memories come pouring back in. Walking by the living room where Johnny and Ben had epic gaming sessions where money and pride would be on the line, his father's old lab where Franklin would watch him creating once thought to be impossible creations. His sister's old room which made him a little sad she was the only one in the family not attending. Naturally no one was expecting her to make it. Ever since she became the youngest person in the world to rule a country, Valeria has had her hands full taking a country held back in technology and other things for years. Even still though Franklin wished she could be there, even if his best accomplishment paled big time to hers.

As Franklin took a secret elevator down to the first floor, he made sure to welcome in some of the more special guests, spoke with media who were swarming in. All with the grace and style of someone almost too used to being in some kind of public spotlight. Franklin made his way into the museum itself, but as he made small talk with the guests he was clearly checking his phone every so often. Not only because his parents were flying out in the old Fantasticar to Las Vegas to pick up Johnny and his wife Lyja, but Franklin was expecting friends to show up.

"My name is Peter Parker. And I'm Spiderman."

The interview of the original Spiderman was shown on a large screen in the International Superhero Museum and Memorial. This was the first time Peter Parker, now retired, married and missing a leg, ever revealed his identity to the public.

Caiden Garnett, Peter's adopted son, watched the video, hanging upside down from a web in his own version of the Spiderman costume. Ever since his parents were murdered, Caiden had been forever indebted to Peter and his wife, MJ. He was spiralling out of control, almost killing the men that murdered his parents. But Peter and Mary Jane helped put him on the right track. They adopted him, and Peter had taught him how to control his powers, how to use them to help, not destroy.

"Thank you for agreeing to be interviewed, Mr Parker," said the interviewer, Franklin Richards, the host of the event.

"No problem, Frank. Let's get this thing rolling, shall we?"

"Yes. Sure. Before we get to the more important questions... There have been sightings of a new Spiderman in New York- do you have any ties with him? Do you think he's living up to your name?"

"To be honest, I have no idea who he is. But I must say, he's doing a darn good job. He has the wit that so many other doppelgangers lack. I mean, if you're gonna bear the name, you gotta bring the sass. Leave all the moody stuff to- hang on, does Daredevil have a kid?"

Caiden chuckled at his predecessor's comments. He always had a joke to tell. Always. After a while of watching Peter's interview, Caiden dropped down from his web and walked to meet with his adoptive parents. Peter was standing arm in arm with Mary Jane, a prosthetic leg in place of the one he'd lost in the final battle with the Sinister Six. As the interview went on, more and more guests crowded around the pair, looking on in awe. Seeing Caiden, they parted, making a path for him towards Peter and MJ. The three had practiced their 'meeting' many times at home, not wanting people to see the connection between the new Spiderman and the old Spiderman.

"Hi there. You must be Spiderman," said Peter, extending an arm out towards Caiden.

"That would be me. Nice to meet you, Mr Parker. It's an honour," replied Caiden. Originally, Caiden had been reluctant to word the sentence like that, but Peter insisted, saying that it would show people that the new Spiderman respected his elders. Plus, it'd make Peter feel well-liked and respected, after the years of verbal abuse he endured as Spiderman.

"Likewise. Say, have you met my wife?" continued Peter.

'God, this is so staged. How do these people not notice?' thought Caiden as he shook hands with his adoptive mother.

Lily van Dyne - Sting

“I hate you.” said Lily in an annoyed voice as she look outside of the limo she was in. “You look great, all the other girls are going to be so jealous of you.” said Janet who was on the other side of the limo. “No one is going to take me seriously in this, I should have worn the suit.” said Lily as she cross her arms in frustration and let out of puff. “No one would have taken you seriously if you had worn the suit, you would have be the joke of the party besides you look great in red.” said Janet as she then look outside as the limo began to stop.

Janet step out of the car first and was wearing a yellow dress. Lily then took a step out and was blinded by all the cameras. The amount of pictures that were being taken and the amount of attention she was being given was overwhelming. Lily was starting to become furious, these pictures of her in this dress would be all over the internet but despite that Lily manage to give a smile and kept her temper in check. She decided to focus on something else as she walk down past the all news reporters towards the building. Then she remembered why she had come here, it had been years since she had seen Franklin. She was wondering how he was doing and how intelligent he had gotten over the years and what field of science he had probably chosen. She continued with this train of thought as she got to the door and look around to see if she could spot anyone she recognized.

A familiar song began to fade in as two missile looking objects closed in towards the building, the song becoming clearer and louder as they got closer. The crowd and the press turned and pointed, looking up as Back in Black by ACDC played loudly from their armour. Upon realising who they were the crowd had cheered, the two doing a forwards roll in the air before landing with a heavy iron 'clunk'. The song cut as they both stood up and waved to the crowd and the press, the flashes of cameras highlighting and casting reflections off their armour.

Iron Man leaned slightly towards Iron Maiden, "Think we nailed the entrance?" He asked, his age seeming to not have effected his confident and cocky demeanour. "We might have if you'd stuck the landing" she replied with a small smirk hidden by her helmet. "Well I think it's safe to say you definitely have your mothers eye for criticism" he replied as they gave their last waves to the crowd. "And that's a bad thing?" She asked, turning towards him slightly, "If I say no will you tell your mother?" He asked as he looked to her. "Absolutely" she replied. "Then yes it's definitely a good thing" he replied, his smile hidden behind his own helmet.

As they began to walk their armour began to move, shifting as the plates slid back and transformed till they had morphed into some kind of convenient suitcase design. Tony wore a black suit, adjusting his collar before picking up his armour. Phoebe wore an elegant white dress, her blond hair falling gently around her shoulders. She picked up her own armour before the two walked towards the entrance.

Mira DiAngelo preferred wearing men's suits over dressy gowns. For one, she could wear her hero suit under it and people would be none the wiser. Of course, she still had to contend with stares and silent judging, but if they decided to do anything stupid. she might report them to the police. Regular people weren't her problem. She was here just to see her predecessors and 'admire' them. Whatever that meant. Most people passed her by, which was Mira's intentions. She preferred to have a quiet moment studying over a long, boring, conversation.

Her peace was interrupted by a curious passerby. "Oh, you're one of those new x-men, ain't cha?"

"Yes." Mira checked her watch. She affixed when she met this man in her head by time and date. It was habit of hers.

"So, you related to onna dem guys up on display?" the man asked.

"I am related to Rogue, if you must ask," a possible lie. Mira's roots could be traced back through her father, but so far she had been unsuccessful as to who her mother was. It was easier to claim to be related to a hero than to someone who was not. "Kindly go away. I have to study for a test tomorrow."

The man looked irritated at Mira's cold demeanor, but left. Mira sighed and went back to looking briefly at the plaques under the various sections. She'd study them later, but for now it seemed that Spiderman was meeting with the older Peter Parker outside. Mira watched, uninterested. If he's such a big fan, how come he hasn't visited him before? next came Iron Man and his daughter. Mira had little interest in her name, even if she could just recall it. Mira walked back inside, debating whether or not to pull out her book or watch one of the various documentaries that were on display. Mira touched the little X on the corner of her jacket, identifying her as an x-man member -even though the x-men were mostly disbanded these days- so that others could ask her questions about how they were doing these days. Most of the other students couldn't make it, as they needed to study. Mira, as far as she knew, was the lone representative.

Gods, this is so staged. How do these people not notice? Thought Prince Faen Lokison as he watched the new Spider-man meet the old, going through their obviously scripted performance. Faen had slid to the front of the crowd that was swarming the two Spidermen, eager to see what the fuss was about. The falseness of the meeting was wearing thin for half-blood though. Their lies rival my own thought the Lokison, who at that very moment was wearing a black, expensive looking suit and shirt which he had illusioned into existence, and had blagged his way into Franklin Richards ritzy party by showing a fake ticket. Still, it was the principal of the thing that annoyed him. People had always scorned Faen for his lies, but Peter Parker was being lauded as a celebrity for his.

Still, it was a good learning opportunity for him. The conversation between the current and the previous Spider-man was so scripted it was obvious the two knew each other already, but seeing as Peter hadn't mentioned meeting this new Arachnid Avenger to the news reporter that said to Faen they were trying to hid the relationship. Perhaps the Spider-man was some relation of Peter's, a son maybe who had inherited his father's powers. Faen made a mental note to check up on Parker's family tree before slipping away. After all, knowledge was power, and having any power over Spider-man could prove to be very useful indeed.

Prince Faen was about to enter the Baxter building, keen to find a buffet so he could fill his empty stomach, when a low murmur of excitement gripped the crowd. Turning, Faen spotted two low flying objects shooting straight for the party. The two were sounding the rip-roaring tunes of AC/DC, but even without that Faen would still have known who it was. Even amongst all the Super-heroes and celebrities here, no one could quite match the Stark's for ostentatiousness. The two hit the pavement to thunderous applause. How nice acceptance must feel. No wonder Stark acts like he owns the place.

That said, Stark's daughter was quite an attractive young woman, and Faen had always had a weakness for pretty blonds. The fact that she was also intellectually gifted, rich AND owned her own super armour was just icing on the cake for Faen. Exhibiting his unique brand of confidence he approached the Phoebe without hesitation, growling stomach forgotten for the moment, skipping through her crowd of admirers and sliding effortlessly into step with her.

"Your landing was breath-taking miss Stark." He complimented her smoothly "I thought after witnessing it that I had to introduce myself. Prince Faen Lokison, at your pleasure." His name usually elicited one of two responses from people. They would either be disbelieving, and scoff at his impenitence, or they would believe, and stamp him with the sins of his father. Seeing as she was the daughter of Tony Stark, who had fought many a vicious battle against Loki, Faen was more than curious to see what Phoebe would have to say.

Legion stood on top of a building, watching the show from the building top that was taking place within the Baxter Building. His real name was Zac Allaire, a quiet man who had never been all that outspoken, he merely had lived his day by day life quietly and just keeping to himself mostly besides his friends and family. Though that had changed when he had become Legion, when the symbiote had bonded with him. His debut to the public eye was only a month ago and people knew him but he was no hero, not like those gathering within the walls of The Baxter Building. He might of tried to be but he doubted anyone wanted to see a symbiote crash a party, after what trouble a few of them had caused. Sure there had been good from his symbiote legacy: Venom, Anti-Venom, Toxin, Hybrid, Mania, Scream, and Scorn to name a few had all worked for good at some point. The damage the others had caused or what the good ones did before they were good had left their impressions on society. Symbiotes were not liked.

So despite Legion called himself a hero, in truth he wasn't sure if he was, his actions were more violent then normal heroes if he understood what a hero was, his actions were for his own gain and his justice was his own that could leave a man badly beaten and near death. Perhaps the better term for him was that he was an antihero.
Of course within those walls his somewhat arch hero in training who stole his thunder was in there, the new Spiderman no doubt was there along with the old. He didn't hate him, he just was annoyed with how views were, while Spiderman got the glory, he got the hatred of New York's people despite at least some of the good he did. He had to accept though he would never have that type of fame, at least Zac would, while the symbiote preferred doing things for personal gain, Zac wanted to do some good in the world, since he wasn't entirely a nobody anymore.

Chris sat in the room he had lived in all his life. It was rather small and contained only the real necessities that he needed to survive, he could find everything else around the helicarrier. He rubbed his eyes, he was to attend some sort of superhero gallery opening later on as a representative of SHIELD and as partial security. He wondered why people of their power would actually need security from someone a lot more human than most of them. He didn't even have any real powers, sure he was stronger and more durable than the average human and all that bullshit, but he could still be killed by a bullet just as well as any other man. He got up from the bed he sat on and got dressed into his formal wear. He wore the bare essentials of his regular armour underneath the suit he wore. His suit didn't have a tie and wasn't buttoned at the top, he preferred this style to the more business type with the tie. His suit was gray and had seen its fair share of action. It was practically the only suit he ever wore, it was used on almost every espionage mission he'd ever been on and has had it's fair share of repairs.

Before he put on his suit, he put the holster he wore practically every day around his shirt. It held his guns in place beside his stomach, just out of view if he was wearing a jacket. He was pretty much ready for the party now he just hoped that he wouldn't have to talk to any snooty benefactors who got in for donating to some obscure charity that helps Kenyan goats or some shit. He made his way to the quinjet that would be taking him down to street level and got in. He thought it was a bit extravagant to be using a quinjet just to go to some party. Nevertheless it was just about the only way to get off of the helicarrier and was the only form of transport offered to him which didn't involve parachuting or skydiving. He didn't mind skydiving, but he did mind showbolters and just chose to come down around half an hour early in the quinjet.

He was soon at the party, there were a few people still setting up and very few people there. The reason he had arrived early was to scout out the place and make sure he could figure out all the variables that could go wrong with the party. He just hoped that they served whiskey at the party or otherwise it may go on a lot longer for Chris than he had first expected. An hour or so had passed before the party was really getting into it. The room Chris stood in was getting rather crowded and he felt he needed to have a smoke. He escaped from the museum to the front entrance, but not before grabbing a small glass of whiskey from one of the many waiters surveying the hall. He took a small pack of cigarettes from his pocket and slipped one into his mouth before lighting it. The outside was still rather crowded with the numerous people trying to get in and the few people still outside, but Chris preferred it to the inside of the museum. Soon enough though, Stark arrived seemingly to rain on Chris' silent parade. He arrived with his daughter before the cameras started flashing. Chris took a swig of his whiskey, it was going to be a long night.

James Leon Summers, the son of Scott Summers and Jean Summers-Grey. His father a hero in the mutant community, having saved countless mutant lives, lead the X-men for decades, trained, shaped and saved more mutants than you could count. His mother, a beautiful woman who ranks as being one of the strongest mutants in the universe, having fought toe to toe with the greatest of enemies on a regular basis.

In the mutant community, James was always expected to be a rockstar, someone who would make waves as soon as their powers broke out. Professor Xavier said that James would have the cunning and bravery of his father, but the grace and power of his mother. And he was always pushed towards greatness.

But the truth were always that James didn't fit the mold everyone expected from him. He was no superman, he weren't the messiah-esque mutant people seemed to expect him to be. He was just your average run off the mill kid who didn't quite line up with the expectations of his parents.
Was he a screw up? Definitely not, he was a good kid who kept his nose clean and his heart honest.
But was he great? Not to the extent people expected him to be.

James thought about these things, about the legacy he would be carrying his entire life as he sat there in the very expensive car, the driver taking him to the Baxter Building, as his father had said it would do him good to see the older defenders of the planet, and see their adventurers. Scott was training a batch of SHIELD soldiers in how to safely combat mutants with non-lethal measures, all the while Jean was in a meeting with the leaders of four African countries, and if the meeting went well it could lead to lasting peace in central Africa. Needless to say, James's parents were busy this evening. It didn't bother James too much, though. It allowed him to blend in more, not have people stop him every minute and talk about how great his parents were.

The car stopped, he thanked the driver, and got out. He was wearing dress-pants, dress-shirt, black leather shoes, a red tie and a nice suit-jacket. Everything was tailored to fit him perfectly, the nice gold watch on his arm, a gift from his maternal grandfather on his 16th birthday. James scoffed as he walked through the door, and the doorman greeted him with “Welcome Mr.Summers.”

James watched the documentary about Peter Parker. Spider-Man had always been something of an idol for him. Then a loud noise was heard, James distinguished it as the kind of music his uncle, Alex, would listen to. James smiled as he saw the two Stark's dismantle their armors, turning them into neat suitcases. James enjoyed Stark's work, he was a very intelligent man, so naturally, James had to go shake his hand.

“It's an honor to meet you again, Mr. Stark” James said with a smile, as Tony let out a soft chuckle, the sides of Tony's hair had began graying with age, and the creases in his skin, from smiling a lot had gotten deeper since James had seen him last year. “Very nice to meet you, too, Summers. You've grown quite a lot since I saw you at last years TED-conference, haven't you? How did the advanced bio-engineering class go?” Tony asked him.

James shrugged for a moment, Tony's ability to remember details was as impressive as always. “ I aced it thanks to the tips you gave me.” Tony smiled, and was about to say something more to James, when he was approached by several others to talk about his latest projects.

That's when James turned to the Ms.Stark, Tony's daughter. Catching the boy calling himself the Son of Loki chatting with her. James let out a soft chuckle. I'm not the only one who's got a big-shot parent, at least. Thinking about big-shots, he wanted to find the big-cheese. He needed to go say hi to Franklin.

Phoebe kept her gentle smile as she was greeted by admirers, answering questions and clarifying rumours about certain projects. She took a few pictures with some of them who asked, holding up a hand to gesture the two fingered 'peace' which had captured the amusement of certain fans who remembered an aged photo of her father doing the same before he became Iron Man. As she moved on once more it was then that she was joined by a gentlemen who claimed himself to be the son of Loki. She stopped as her interests were captured, turning to face him as her gaze shifted between his eyes as if she were studying him for a moment. Her smile grew a little, "A pleasure indeed" she replied.

She'd studied into The Avengers initiative and had read up on the events that had transpired. He certainly looked like his father and it appeared he'd adopted his charm too. She held out her hand, "Phoebe Stark, I believe our fathers know each other quite well" she said, now noticing that her father was talking with James who she offered a soft smile too along with a curt tip of her head. She turned her attention back to Faen. She was interested to know more about him, having not known that Loki had children.

Not quite knowing what to expect from Phoebe, Faen was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't attacked on principal. But then she was a different class of person to the gormless fools he usually had to deal with back home. He took her proffered hand and raised it to his lips, placing a delicate kiss on the knuckles. More calloused than I would expect from the daughter of a billionaire, but then she is no doubt someone accustomed to working with her hands.

"Hmm, that's one way of putting the fact that they fought several vicious battles, with the fate of the earth and every one living upon it hanging in the balance. But then dear old dad always did have strange ideas." he replied caustically. Which was one thing he would have to thank the elder Stark for, anything or anyone that upset his father was ok in Faen's opinion.

"But enough about the last generation. You've been making some waves recently as 'Iron Maiden'. It really is a beautiful machine, even someone with an untrained eye like myself can see that. However, the armour hardly does the woman it protects any justice." He said with a dazzling smile. Even while he was conversing with her his eyes were scouting around the partygoers and the surrounding area. He had always had a mind for details, his mind constantly processing all the information around him. When he was younger he had thought it a curse, as he had trouble shutting out the cacophony around him, to just focus on one thing like everyone else. Now though, he had mastered the art of having his attention be 'here and everywhere at once', as his mother had described his gift.

It was with this skill for spotting that which other people would miss that he noticed the solitary dark figure standing atop a building across the street, observing the party as an outsider would. What's wrong friend, not invited? I know your pain, but don't expect me to bring you as a plus one.

Faen also spotted an older Janet Van Dyne, a young woman who had her eyes -- a daughter -- trailing in the former Avengers wake. The daughter was putting on quite a convincing show at pretending to enjoy herself, but Faen could tell she'd rather be elsewhere. Give your invite to spooky across the street then, I'm sure he would be grateful for it.

A thickset looking fellow in a poor fitting, patched grey suit caught the Prince's attention next. A slight bulge around the midriff of his jacket gave away the fact he was carrying a pistol, and he had the furtive look of someone running security. A hired hand at a gathering of superheroes, doubtful in the extreme. However his resemblance to a certain visually impaired super-spy gave him away. But does Mr Richards know that Shield has crashed his party? Or have they been invited? If that's the case then it seems they'll just about let anyone into these functions nowadays.

Prince Faen was so distracted that he almost missed the look of alarm that Tony Stark gave when he glanced over at his daughter. Ah, so you recognise me as well eh Tony. So this must be what it feels like to be famous. The elder Stark quickly got over his shock though, and began pushing his way through the crowd towards where Phoebe and Faen stood. Tony's fans were getting in the way though, eager as they were to get a picture with the famous hero, so Faen calculated he had a little time to say his goodbyes and make his getaway.

"Ah, it seems your father doesn't like you speaking to strange boys, especially ones who bare a striking resemblance to super villains." The Lokison said, gesturing his head towards Tony in case Phoebe hadn't noticed. "I better get going before we cause a fuss. Strictly speaking I wasn't quite invited to this little soiree." Faen revealed with a slight shrug of his shoulders and an earnest smile. He hoped the blonde wouldn't rumble his party-crashing before he had at least made it to the buffet.

Mira was bored, watching the crowd was uninteresting, even if there was a guy harassing Iron Maiden that was probably not on the invite list. Mira sighed. I've already mapped the place, so now I just have to figure out how to approach some heroes or something. Probably not the party crasher though, he seemed harmless though, so she'd leave him. As Mira looked outside, so noticed a shape on the rooftop nearby. Interesting, but if I bother with whoever it is over there, then more than likely things will turn violent. Plus, if someone else notices him, they'll deal with him. Mira moved among the crowd outside, hands in her pockets, and observing. It looked like the young Mr. Summers was here as well. Maybe Mira would talk to him later.

For now though, she was content to wait for Franklin out front. The museum was boring, once you knew all of the information. Mira had come early, to avoid the crowd in her memory, so now she could focus on meeting other heroes and scanning powers. It would be nice to have an extended repertoire. Well, hopefully the host would arrive soon, waiting here was awfully dull. Couldn't be helped though, sometimes things just had to work themselves out. Mira sighed and slid her glasses back up her nose, as they had fallen to a point where any second later they would have fallen off.

Mira tried to ignore the dot on the rooftop, forcing her gaze to look at the man in the shoddy and well-worn suit. If anyone was likely to intervene should things go wrong, it was the guy who looked like he was dirt poor, but out and about anyway. Mira set his face in her mind and waited to see what would happen next. Mira liked waiting, in fact she was very good at it. She knew how to wait for hours for the glimpse of a single powers, or how to stake out a suspect. It didn't mean that was she wasn't excited to see the infamous son of Reed Richards and his wife.

Arms traffickers were lifting crate after crate of stolen K'un-Lunian weapons into an armoured truck, Lucas Rand watched them from the roof of a nearby building, staring in through the skylight of the building below, ready to pounce down like some sort of bird of prey if need be. Having acted on a lead he received awhile ago from an anonymous source outside of his range of contact within K'un-Lun that Davos and the others involved in his father's murder were hiding somewhere in New York, specifically in Brooklyn, Lucas had went after prominent smuggling rings, hoping to forcefully extract information that would lead to their location, so far he had been unsuccessful.

Soon enough, the silence was broken by a tall, muscular and rather rough looking man's group voice ordering a lackey around like he was in charge of the whole operation. Luke knew better though, someone that stupid looking would never have been able to take down the mighty Iron Fist.
"Hey, Dave, when yer finished with those crates, I wantcha ta help Tony get those Wakandan armours loaded up."

Luke thought he had seen enough and leaped down off of the building and through the skylight, startling the criminals. One of them immediately dropped a crate, produced a knife and ran towards him. Luke just smiled and leaped out of the way of the thug's slashes, it was as if the criminal was telling him which way to dodge. Soon enough he tired of toying with the man. He dodged under a slash before kicking up at the thug's elbow, Lucas heard the bone snap, like a piece of wood, horrifying the smugglers. He spun from his position to face the numerous thugs behind him. Each held some sort of weapon, most of them held basic weapons like crowbars and some even managed to break open and plunder the crates full of K'un-Lunian weapons. Luke quickly ducked out of the way as the onslaught of fire that decimated where he was standing. The immense recoil of the fire arms in the hands of the inexperienced lawbreakers prematurely ended the barrage, Luke thought this was his chance to finish them swiftly before they could get away with the stolen armaments. Dashing towards the armed group with almost inhuman speed, he took one of them out with a Chi-enhanced roundhouse kick to the gut before the others even realised what was going on. They started blasting him again, despite the dangerous close range. Luke sprung up and preformed a split kick, striking two of them in the face, their fingers still on the triggers as they slipped into unconscious, letting loose a small eruption of fire.

Luke thought he had taken out all of the smugglers, that is until he felt an excruciating pain hit him in his back, sending him a few feet across the room into the containers of Wakandan armours, scattering them all over the floor. Luke was lying amongst them, unable to get up, he felt like he had been struck by lightning. Suddenly he felt large, cold hands gripping his neck and lifting him up into the air. He had forgotten about the brute ordering around the lackeys from before, his fingers tightening around his neck, strangling the life from him. Luke's vision was blurring, now darkening, he had to think of a way to escape from the leader's steel-like grasp.

Managing to pull back one of his legs, he summoned any Chi he had left into it and let go, hitting him full force in the crotch. Luke collapsed into a heap on the floor, spluttering as he pushed himself up off of the ground. Stumbling as he turned himself around to face the brute, Luke staggered towards him, grabbing him by the collar of his shirt and punched him in the jaw twice. Through ragged breaths he interrogated the thug.
"Where's...Davos...Sabertooth...The Wrecking Crew...Even goddamn Moleman...anyone? Tell me where they are..."
"Heh...Fuck you...kid..." he said with a smirk on his bruised face as he swallowed the cyanide capsule that Luke had just knocked out of his tooth. In a mere matter of minutes he was dead, his mouth covered in a pinkish foam. "Dammit..." whispered Luke as he let go of the brute's shirt, letting his corpse drop to the hard floor. Today had been nothing more than another unsuccessful attempt at finding Davos and the others.

What to do, what to do? Zac thought to himself. He couldn't spend the entire night sitting on one lone rooftop for ages yet watching it might at least mean something would happen. If any form of trouble was coming tonight, what more perfect then trying to take out a bunch of heroes all at once under one building, retired and new.
We could blend in to the crowds, a voice whispered in his head, the symbiote Legion speaking. That had crossed Zac's mind, the symbiote could hide himself and he had the clothes to fit in, nothing fancy but enough that no one would really notice him if he slipped inside. The only question that stopped him would it be wise or right to do so? He was trying to keep their name in the good, that despite perhaps his vigilante justice, he still was a good person that fought to protect innocence.
Then there was the question if something did happen, well where would a good place be to have the symbiote come in without anyone noticing and not bring attention to himself from others.
In the end he decided against trying to blend into the party and remain on his watch but decided to change buildings so if anyone that might of been watching, since he wasn't really trying to hide much from view, would have to keep better attention in order to keep him in sight.

Phoebe was surprised by Faen's response to her offered hand. What had been intended as a hand shake was instead taken to his lips, causing her to reveal the smallest of blushes before she quickly recomposed. He was definitely charming but she wouldn't allow herself to fall prey to such chivalrie that easily. "You're too kind, but thank you" she replied modestly. She would have spoken with him further had he not pointed out her fathers behaviour as he made his way to her. Her brows knitted together as she waited for him to reach her, turning to ask Faen about it before she noticed he was no longer there. She looked around her at the crowds of people but saw no sign of him.

"So" said Tony as he reached her, "Looks like you made a new friend" he said as he too looked around for what she assumed was the same person. She nodded "Well, he certainly was charming if not a little strange" she replied as he turned to face her directly, "What did he say to you? What was his name?" He asked, earning a suspicious look from his daughter. "Just a few compliments, his name Faen and small talk. Nothing out of the ordinary... You're acting a little strange, what's wrong?" She asked before Tony took a pause as exhaled deeply. "That boy could be trouble, and I'm not talking trouble like when we went on vacation to Europe. I mean 'big' trouble and I don't want you to get involved" he said in a serious tone. Phoebe paused herself before looking past him for a moment. "Let's just enjoy tonight, we can talk about this more latter" she said eventually as she looked back to him. Tony gave a single nod, placing his hand on her shoulder as he smiled before the two would seek te host of the event.

"'Cat's Log: 372.1,

I've been at this a little over a year now. Trying to clean up Hell's Kitchen in the absense of heroes like Daredevil and Luke Cage. Oddly enough, several spirits have come into the neighborhood possessing the bodies of known crime bosses as if there was some bigger game. But I know that's just me being paranoid. With this 6th sense of mine and being able to see mystical energies and creatures it seems like a waste just busting a bunch of body snatching ghosts and dissipating them with iron. Night has come and it's time to go on patrol again. I'd kill for an adventure with Doc Strange right about now..."

Walker donned his suit and climbed his way to the rooftop of his apartment building in NYC. He was a spoiled rich kid, so it wasn't a big deal to him that he could afford to live in Manhattan in the same building as Jennifer Lopez and Neil Patric Harris. The black and golden yellow clad 'Cat fliped and bounced off of the scenery like a large cat with uncanny speed and reflexes. Maybe he'd get to fight some up and comer in the supervillain world and really test his hand to hand skills. It looked like a long night, and the closer he got to the streets the more people he could hear. His increased hearing was still sometimes jarring, but soon he was back at the top of the city's skyline and stalking any would be body-snatchers...

"I would just like to take a moment to thank all of you for coming out this evening, with the donations we've collected over 450,000 dollars for the various featured charities. But not only that, all of your compliments on the museum have all been very much personally appreciated. This has been a personal project of love for me the last six months, and hopefully it all came through. Before though I say anything more, I would like a moment of silence. There are plenty of the heroes who this museum honors here tonight, but plenty more gave their lives protecting us all. Not only that but the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, just as important heroes who will be getting their own wing of this museum soon. For all those heroes who can't be with us I ask for a moment of reflection..."

Those in attendance who were near Franklin speaking through the microphone or heard him through the speakers all did as Franklin lead. Finally Franklin brought a smile back to his face and the microphone back up.

"Alright well hopefully I didn't bring things too far down after that. Please enjoy yourselves tonight, if you See Tony Stark be sure to show him some love too. As a lot of this was as much his work as mine. Thank you for your time..." Franklin awkwardly put the microphone down and stepped off the small stage at the entrance. Gesturing to the kind applause he got in response. As he strolled away and welcomed some of the guests in kind one of the officials in charge of security leaned in. "Sir, we're getting reports someone here is claiming to be Loki's kid." Franklin heard him whisper into his ear. Almost requiring Franklin needing a moment to decide if the idea was funny or very dangerous. "What has he done so far." "He was talking to Ms. Stark but his been hard to spot after that." "Have security keep an eye on him. Lets just assume his crazy for now." The security official nodded and left him to his work as he got a cup of water. Sighing and looking around a bit before Franklin's vision suddenly went dark with large orange rocky hands. "Hey Frankie guess who?" The large gravel like voice boomed out. Making the young man smile. "Is it my favorite uncle ever?" Franklin playfully asked. "HEY I THOUGHT I WAS!" Franklin turned and his neck stretched his head up over his uncle Ben's large hands. As Franklin's mom, dad, as well as Uncle Ben along with Uncle Johnny with his wife Lyja all came in. "No you guys are both awesome!" Franklin responded to his uncle Johnny and proceeded to get a hug in with all of them using outstretched arms. "Oh I'm so glad you guys could make it out." Franklin pulled back as he started to make small talk with uncle Johnny and Ben. Having not seen either of them in some time, as well as his parents.

After a bit more of scripted conversation, Caiden departed from Peter and MJ, looking around the museum for a bit. The Superpower Simulator seemed cool, but he didn't want to be caught in there as Spider-Man. He already had superpowers, after all. As he walked, he caught sight of Tony Stark and his daughter, Phoebe. The Iron Maiden was getting wooed by someone... Caiden didn't know what it was, but something was off about him. He seemed... out of place.

When he finished snooping around, Caiden concluded that the Museum would soon earn the Spider-Man Seal of Approval. Just add another section dedicated to a certain arachnid-like hero and it would be a done deal. Speaking of which, Caiden needed to find the head honcho of the place, Franklin Richards. A little business discussion wouldn't hurt... Would it?

Right as that thought passed through his head, Franklin's voice blared through the speakers. Caiden respected the guy's wish for a moment of silence, and bowed his head low, holding his arms behind his back. Once it was over, Caiden resumed to search for Frank. His business proposal was very important, after all. As he walked towards the stage where Franklin had given his speech, he saw that the retired Fantastic Four were catching up with their nephew and child. Not wanting to interrupt, Caiden stayed back, observing the reunion.

“We should have done some sort of crazy entrance like that.” said Lily as she watch Tony Stark enter along with another lady who both were wearing armor. Lily assumed the other lady was Tony Stark's daughter. On the bright side no one would really remember her dress with Tony making an entrance like that, hopeful more exciting things would happen to make everyone focus on something beside her.

As Lily entered the building and look around, she saw a vast crowd, most of which she didn't recognize, yet there were a few that she did. She saw two X-men, who she recognize from school. Although Lily wasn't a mutant she did attend Xavier School for the Gifted. She wouldn't be surprised if none of them recognized her, she kept a low profile at the school. Among the crowd she noted other heroes such as the new Spider-Man but he seemed pretty busy at the moment.

Before Lily could do anything else she suddenly heard Franklin and turned to see him speaking on the Microphone. He was talking about donation, Lily had heard of this and had even contributed a small amount of 50 dollars, though compared to the total it wasn't much. Yet when Franklin ask everyone to spend a moment of reflection for heroes who couldn't be with them, it just made Lily think about her good for nothing father. Lily utterly despised her father but decided to change her train of thought, she didn't want to dishonor Franklin noble goals with her petty hatred.

Once Franklin speech had ended Lily moved to greet her old friend but found that he was busy with his security guards. Lily didn't want to interrupt but couldn't help but listen in the conversation. It seemed someone claiming to be Loki son had joined the party, though Lily enjoyed a fight and an adventure she didn't want to see Franklin party get destroyed. Once the security guard had left Lily was about to make her move only to find that Franklin was already talking to his relatives. Once he had finish talking to his relatives, Lily made her way towards Franklin. “Hi Franklin, I overheard you might have a security problem.” said Lily as she made a fist with one hand and place in her the palm of her other hand and crack her neck.

Franklin chuckled as he let his family go check out the museum. As outside of his dad none of them had a chance to see it yet, and even then it wasn't much outside of the Fantastic Four exhibit. Franklin Franklin went to take another sip when he heard a very familiar voice behind him. "Hm? MMHPGGH!" Franklin felt the water running down his throat in a wrong way as he choked and coughed. His cheeks puffing out and his eyes going crossed for a second. It wasn't so much Lily overhearing his talk with the security as much as that dress. Holy crap THAT DRESS. He never had a clue his childhood BFF had such a thing in her, even with her fashion star of a mom.

Lily face turned red with anger. She could tell what Franklin was thinking. “Say a word about this dress and I will make sure you don't see tomorrow. Do we understand each other?” ask Lily as she grabbed Franklin tie with an iron grip. As Lily grabbed his tie it caused his already sore throat to be squeezed tight. Making his head swell up as he struggled. "Crystal clear..." He struggled to get out. “I'm glad we came to an understanding.” said Lily as she let go of his tie and quickly patted his suit to fix it up quickly. “So tell me, what have you been up to, aside from this fundraiser. Have you chosen a field of science, I've gone with genetics.” said Lily who was now in a better mode. Franklin struggled to get air as his head shrunk back to normal. Franklin gasping like a fish out of water for oxygen before coughing for the last time. "Err well... I mean science isn't really my thing like it was Valeria's." Franklin reminded her as he shrugged. "I mean I have no idea what to do, I was thinking maybe just keep with this museum, do some more charity work on the side. I never really had much time to think about it lately to be honest."

Lily gave Franklin a serious stare. "Nope, that won't do. I will not allow you to waste your gifts, doing so would be a crime. How about you apply to work with S.W.O.R.D. they could use someone like you, especially after all the adventures your parents have gone for. They would take you in a heartbeat. Just think about it, we would be working together, advancing science and saving the world from all sorts of crazy threats. Come now, lets go fill an application." said Lily in a manner that indicating she wasn't asking but telling him to do so before grabbing his arm and starting to drag him towards a nearby room with a computer. Franklin was about to try and tell her calmly that he wasn't a superhero. He didn't think he was needed as one and didn't want to try and emulate his family's life. Unfortunately he got about "Well actually Li..." into that speech when suddenly his arm was being yanked like taffy by Lily over to the nearest computer. "...Oh bother..." Franklin mumbled shaking his head before meekly catching up with Lily and his hand.

Mira listened to the speech, but unlike the others, her quiet moment of reflection was to check around and find the partycrasher as well as the man on the roof. She did not succeed at either, and quickly bowed her head. To Mira, if she didn't know them they didn't need her to bow and scrape for their sake. Mira's idea of honoring the dead consisted of knowing their sacrifice and understanding what they were fighting for. Loss could only be used to learn from, and if they remained in the past too long, then there would be no going forward. As Mira walked around, she decided to see what the man on the roof was doing, for the sake of appeasing her curiosity. She loosened her tie and started floating towards the rooftop where she had seen the man standing before.

He was gone, and after careful searching, she had confirmed that there was no bomb. He probably hadn't gone far, so she could track him down and figure out what exactly he was doing, but she also had to check on the party as well. There was decent security, but Mira preferred to fight rather than stand around and watch. If she could fight, then she was required to. Of course, fighting had the added bonus of extra power to add to her already large set. She turned to try and find the man one more time.

"Hey. If you aren't gonna bomb the event, I don't care what you do. Stand and watch as long as you like, just don't get any funny ideas. If you do, I'll obliterate you where you stand, got it?" Mira spoke with a flat tone, not really caring if the man heard her or not. If he did, then that was fine. If he didn't then it was his loss. After a moment, Mira started walking towards the edge of the roof. If he was going to reply, then now would be the time. Otherwise, Mira was going back down to try the buffet and somewhat enjoy herself at the party.

Legion gave a slight laugh."Bomb? My, my, seems like someone has yet to hear about me. No I'm no villain though my lineage may suggest other wise," he said landing back on the roof where he had been earlier. He only returned when he had noticed someone coming from the party to where he had been earlier and had remained within the shadows at that moment. He couldn't be sure how this person would react to what he was. Would she fight, flight, or just talk? It was a careful line he walked with skill, he had learned that despite being kind, people feared what they thought was grotesque or different. It didn't matter what you did, humans seemed to judge appearance before actions.

"I'm merely watching the party that I wasn't invited to," he said, two glowing yellow eyes hidden in the shadows ",There might be heroes all inside but who guards outside? That is what I do, while they get to enjoy themselves I remain vigilant here and bicker with myself as I wait and watch." He slightly laugh. Part of the problem with Legion was that despite the symbiote was one being, it had the personality of several from its creation so at times it bickered with itself, arguing aloud with even Zac joining in on the argument. It hadn't formed as properly as the ones that had created it had hoped yet also had at the same time been what they were looking for.

"Tell me though, why aren't you at the party? That's where you came from after all, shouldn't you be enjoying it?" he said a slight frown forming on his symbiote face ",Rather worrying about another hero who is viewed as a monster to the rest of society?" Legion still remained in the shadows waiting for a response, taking in her appearance and noticing the symbol on her jacket, an 'X'. He thought a moment on why that was familiar then it popped into his head, the X-Men, that was where he had seen it before, in the old news reports showing their exploits that painted them in different views to the world before they were viewed as heroes, despite them seemingly not being in action for some time, or at least nothing reported on the news about them these days it seemed. Interesting to see a mutant here but this museum was for all types of heroes so he guessed he really shouldn't be all that surprised to find one representing them.

Mira remained stone faced when the man revealed himself. It wasn't hard to do, in fact she had seen worse faces and he didn't seem to be hostile. After she checked her watch to see the time, she put her hands in her pockets. She kept her hands in her pockets -for his safety. She had picked out a power that shot large light beams at enemies, and the downside was that unlike the person who owned the power, she couldn't stop hands from glowing slightly when she picked it out for use. It was newer power that she had very little control over as well, so she merely tried to lay it off as her acting calm and collected.

"To be frank, it is quite boring. No one's showing off anything I care to see, and I know everything that the museum has to offer outside of boring documentaries." Mira turned back to the party, "and besides, it seems that I was the only one who thought to act on seeing you. It is often better to be safe than sorry when dealing with unknowns." Mira placed her foot on the edge of the building. "If you were expecting screaming or some kind of shock from that illusionary suit, then you'd better try that trick on someone else."

Mira had never heard of Symbiotes, so her explanation for the living suit was illusion art powers or magic. Neither of which she was even remotely interested in obtaining. She watched the crowd from above, noting how much people looked like sheep when in large groups. Perhaps that was why she had to work hard to protect them. "Anyway," she turned back to Legion. "Thank you for your aid. Maybe I will attempt to sneak out something from the buffet for you. Just don't make me regret not letting the room full of superheroes know that someone was plotting something on the roof."

With that she jumped down, switching her power quickly to super durability to land on the ground below without a scratch. It was more of a power play than anything else, as she had no interest in continuing to talk with what appeared to be crazy. She had no time nor patience to be called a monster from someone who dressed up like it was halloween. She adjusted her tie back and started to walk back into the building. Hmm, might have to research that suit later. If it is an illusion, then it is eerily similar to Spider-Man's. I have no doubt the two are connected somehow. she made her mental note and wafted over to the buffet picking out large amounts of food to heap onto her small plate. Flying often burned up her energy, and she didn't eat as much as she usually did at dinner to leave room for the food here, so she picked a corner to stand in and start eating.
