So like, I could come in this RP with a whole city then? Like if I brought Paris Island in Dakota City?

With the chemical problem there in connection with the monsters, I imagine it being like the city in Prototype 2.

@DC The Dragon Hmm. Is Dakota City meant to be in either North or South Dakota? Either way, that would be inside the monster-filled wasteland, which is under the loose control of the Blackthorn Coven. Are you sure you want to start there?

If it's more towards the East Coast despite the name, then there should be no problems.

Dakota City is really just a name opposed to actually being in either of those states. It's actually kind of vague as to where it is geographically so, I'd take creative liberties with it.

I'd base it maybe in the carolinas or something like that for the sake of closeness to the other main cities. Depending on whether you have Gotham in New Jersey or not, I might put it there.

Has there been any lore made regarding the Joker and other members of the Batman's rogues gallery?

Because if not, I did have some ideas for a more Slasher-esque Joker, who takes inspiration from Stephen King's It and Cabin in the Woods, along with other horror franchises.

Another character that I had in mind was a teenager who is a politician seeking to become a presidential candidate (or a POTUS already).
