Hello all! This post is to remind those who still have character sheets to complete that the deadline for their completion will be Sunday at the latest. Since we are likely to be starting the IC sometime Sunday or Monday, we, the GM team of myself and @Dirty Pretty Lies, only ask that they get completed by the aforementioned day.

And as always, if you require any assistance, we are at your disposal. You can reach us here on the Guild, though an easier, not to mention convenient, method would be via Discord (either in our server or our respective DMs).

Oh, wonderful! Based off of what I read about Ifrit (the lore of the beast), it appears to those who are surrounded by death, specifically when it comes to murder. So, that's why I asked cause a lot of the things in my character's background and how he is now is based all around his anti-religious views and an overall disdain for the spirits, the praying to these spirits, etc. I just wanted to double check that it would be okay to go that route.

So, if I'm understanding this right, they do have their own persona, but it's more emotional, beastly rather than them being like a person (or say how Zanpakuto spirits are portrayed in Bleach)?

I find myself struggling with my character. If I don't have anything up by tomorrow, feel free to count my interest out. I wouldn't want to be holding you guys up because I'm taking an exceptionally-long time doing my character. ^^;

Out of curiosity, can a Guardian be anti-religion?

Also, regarding when a Guardian absorbs a Spirit, do they retain their individuality? For example, would they be able to project their thoughts to their host via telekinetic dialogue and have their own personality?

I've been debating it over for the past couple of days about whether or not I wanted to put my name into the interest hat, but I just couldn't resist. So consider this being my official claim of interest. I've got an idea for my character too. Some things will have to be double-checked, but you can expect something within the day from me.
