So then, let me ask; Is it possible for Yeager to carry Magus whilst still doing a seven tile dash to crash into the sniper so they're knocked down and can't retaliate whilst also being out of range of all other cruxi mechs?

Because if so, that was basically the plan I came up with.

EDIT: Also, tossing the barrier wing was going to be so it exploded in one of their faces long enough for them to be distracted and Serah to get out of that mess without getting shot at... hopefully.

An alternate plan was overloading the blade and positioning Serah behind one of the CWM's, then slashing through the first whilst firing off one of her sickles for the second so it cut through the both of them (and maybe hit the beast if she were lucky)

@Ammokkx Sometimes you need that "jank shit" to get stuff done. Reading how screwed you people are in Alpha almost makes me glad I'm not in Troas with you lot.

Still if all else fails you could get on your knees and beg the Cruxi not to kill you. Who knows maybe they'll take pity on you and let you people live. Sure they'll slaughter the colony like a pony in a lasagna factory but you guys will get to live.

I don't even know what to do with my own damn character. Her entire mech's about to break down due to using up too much energy, and she's got three things on her back. If Sigma covered for the north, she'd be on her own. If Sigma covered for her, jank shit needs to happen for Yeager and Magus.

Hell, the best plan I could come up with for the southern was tossing the barrier wing in the face of one CWM and slicing the other, having Sigma shoot the tentacle beast in the crotch face and have her move one to the left for protection. Yes, you read that right; Serah needs to toss the only thing between her and a melted framewerk into one of their faces. This is how messed up the situation is.

I'm surprised my dumb plan from last turn even worked, all things considered.

Alright then, that's settled I guess.

Needed the racing contest to introduce something and was going to use that said something to lead into the next event, so this post might take a little while to write. I'll start tomorrow and try to get it finished by that night as well, but I'll have a lot to do in terms of writing so no promises.

I think I might just roll a dice on who wins the contests so we don't have to stick with this event for much longer. The longer it goes, the more I realize it was a terrible idea. I wanted to do this as a way so I could gather some people in different places and have them interact, but that doesn't seem to be working.

What do you all think?

EDIT: Also, to clarify. I was going to go into plot after this anyway, so you don't need to worry about that. I initially wanted to make people show off what their character can do, but if I roll a dice I'm probably going to say 'lotsa performances, here were a few satndouts, this was the winner' or something of the like. No point to sticking with something people don't like.

After looking at Pyroxene Fusion, I changed Wonder Fusion to not make it an objectively better choice.
