Current Almost exactly one year since I step away from being here, and a lot can change in that amount of time. Here's hoping I can find a game or two and see how things go from here.

Bio

WIP I'm coming back after forever so clearing all of this seems like a good choice.

Just few basic things.

1. Left for my own sort of health reasons.
2. I ran a game for almost a decade when I stepped away from everything.
3. Currently working on getting an interest check up for the game I am going to hopefully be able to run.

All set, that's all for now.

Bruce Banner

"Don't worry so much about him Myth, he is perfectly fine right now... My family knows what they're doing when it comes to things like this, so it's alright," he said, giving her a smile. He couldn't blame her for worrying, he worried about the baby as well, though he's gotten used to worrying having to deal with keeping an eye on the twins and Antonije on a pretty much daily basis. That sort of thing kind of came with the whole being a parent thing after all.

Hearing what her idea for the baby's name was, he just nodded his head. It seemed fine to him that she wanted to name the baby after her father. After all, he himself was named after his grandfather, well, technically. It was a constant misunderstanding that his grandfather's first name was actually Bruce, but that was his middle name. "The name Halden sounds like a good name for him Myth," he said soflt, still smiling at her, unsure of really what else to say at the moment.

Queen Valda

Location:The Palace - Dining Hall

Valda raised an eyebrow looking over at him. He wanted to practice fighting witches in order to more easily prepare? She understood the thinking behind it, since after all that was the sort of thinking that could likely help them out. Though she was guessing that tricking Fleur in any sort of way as going to be fairly difficult on it's own. The woman from what she knew wasn't one you could trick fairly easily, so they were going to have to do some creative thinking in order to pull that one off.

"That sounds like a great idea Myrus," she said to her brother, smiling at him, "I never thought to try that sort of thing, and I swear at this rate we've tried just about everything else possible when dealing with the witches... We are definitely running out of options, we need to do something quickly to prepare, otherwise who knows what Fleur will do... I will be happily to let you all practice against me." she said, reassuringly. She understood where Luna was coming from, but it was an idea that was different then just about every other time they've tried to attack Fleur. Maybe it was time that they tried something new.

"...Wait, WHAT class was Gambit teaching?" she asked with a laugh. Who in their right mind would let Gambit of all people be teaching sex ed? That was just sheer stupidity. Sapphire had met Gambit, even worked with the guy and he seemed fairly nice enough, but still, the guy was definitely a bit of a flirt. She just would have loved to be in one of those classes, she might not have learned a damn thing, but still, it would have been a bit of a laugh no matter what.

"...Still, you probably got a better sort of education than me... I was on my own at 14, so school kind of was non-existent for me, high school anyway. Any schooling before that I did do... Kind of hard to got to school without a parent or anyone who actually cares and would be fine with you being a mutant and all," Sapphire said softly, looking at her friend. It was true, and there wasn't much she could really do about it. Though she figures that she didn't miss out too much on that sort of thing.

Jack Theriot

Now Jack was starting to get in this not so great mental state, and he really was wanting to beat himself up over this entire situation. This was his fault for probably making things worse, his fault for not dealing with things correctly, and now the person he had been trying to help out was basically getting him out of a horrible situation. Of course, seeing his brother get punched to the ground and Ward's words didn't help that at all either, since it just made him feel like more of a failure for not being able to help out his older brother no matter how hard he tried.

He didn't like the fact that Ward had punched Casper, but that didn't really matter much right now. As he got out of the car he snapped a picture of the scene of Ward and Leighton so that no one else could see it, and put his phone back in his pocket as he walked over to Casper. "Are you okay there bro?" Jack asked him, though Casper would be able to tell that it wasn't so much of his normal pep or happy-go-lucky attitude that he generally says. He grabbed Casper by the arm and started pulling him towards the direction that Max had come from, hoping to be able to get them both out of there, then he'd be able to go be off and clear his head a bit maybe. Since at the moment he did not feel much like talking to anyone at the moment, especially since he was feeling like a complete and total idiot right now.

Marygold Isley

"At least I'm not the one who has to do it, that job can be so boring," Mary said with a slight laugh before she glanced around at the school that they had landed at. It was a bit odd that the Protector wasn't there meeting with them like he was supposed to, but she didn't think anything of it as she grabbed her sword now after Leda had returned from her recon mission of sorts. Hearing her words put her a little on edge, of course there were multiple cyclopes, there was a bunch of demigods around the place, but it did make their job a little bit more difficult.

Glancing over at the group that Leda had indicated that just so happened to be racing right for them, she gripped her sword tightly in her hand. "...So, that's seriously the plan? To just wait for them to come to us? Why don't we go head for them? I mean, we'd likely be more helpful that way since it looks like the group is running for their lives at this point. I mean sure, you've got a bow and arrow, but last I checked the rest of us aren't exactly the best at fighting long distance," Mary pointed out, glancing over at the others.

Frederick Flynn

"Well the guy was literally on fire, so who better to tackle him than the person who can also burst into flames... Though I will admit, did not exactly work out the way that I had been planning on it... Hadn't been too sure I'd be be able to take him down without getting burned ironically or something... But it worked out in the end since he got knocked out," Flynn responded to Cass with a shrug as he took the guy to the holding cells with her. He wondered when it would stop with all of the HYDRA moles in SHIELD.

Glancing up when Bonnie came in, he nodded his head. He was fairly certain that Tinley likely would yell at him next, but he honestly didn't care, he'd done what he thought was the right thing at the time, and really didn't care what she thought. If he was a rule follower he likely wouldn't be with SHIELD and probably would have ended up with a group of Purifiers when OMEN had been disbanded, and that was not a very pleasant thought to think about. "Don't know about Bonnie, but I had no idea that Goose apparently could knock people around like that, like seriously what the hell was with that?"

Goose the Cat

Location: The Playground - Hallway - Holding Cells

So apparently there was one decent hooman who thought to get him food, but honestly if the hooman who had kept ignoring him had been out of the way he wouldn't need any cat food! He would have been perfectly fine with eating a tasty evil HYDRA hooman, actually he probably would have tasted better than the cat food. No matter, he was glad that he was fed, but on his list of good hoomans and bad hoomans Harry currently fell in the middle as just a decent hooman. Yes, he earned some points for feeding him, but he then called him a demon cat! How rude!

After he finished eating his food, he padded along after Bonnie, as to him she was a good hooman and he wanted to stick by her. Goose raced into the room, before he proceeded to flop over in the middle of the room and start licking his paws to clean his face after eating. He then looked up at Bonnie, "Mrow?" he said expectantly, like he wanted her and just about everyone else in the room to pet him. He'd taken down a bad man, shouldn't he be rewarded for it?

"Hmmm," October mused for a moment, giving her wife another kiss. Carolina was intoxicating to her, though when it came to drinks, October preferred them to be as strong as possible. There were many belief systems that stated that spirits could allow an elevated state of mind. "There is something I would care to eat, though I believe that would be best done in private.... Some fresh pineapple would be fine too."

"You thought I was what Ally?" he asked her, giving her a bit of a smile. Though there was a slight look of confusion in his eyes of what it was that she was talking about, but he didn't think too much of it.

"Believe it or not I am not actually that much of a drinker, though I do enjoy the occasional glass of wine though," he said with a smile, before he handed off the present he had been given to a servant to have them take it out of the room as it was a bit too big to keep the soccer ball around. "Might I ask what your name is? I may wander around this place as if I do know everyone, but it is very difficult to keep track of names when there are so many people."

Pietro gave Guin a bit of a smile, "Thank you Guina," he said after her had opened the box, then he put the dreidel in his pocket. "Now wouldn't that be ruining the surprise a bit? I was planning on giving it to you later though... I mean what would the fun in giving it to you now be?" he said with a slight smirk. He did have her present in his pocket, but was more of slightly debating about giving it to her now.

From across the room, the larger doors opened up and Magneto and Miranda stepped into the room. They wandered over and started talking to a few of the other guests at the moment.

Alexis opened up the little box and saw the bracelet inside, Jack gave her a bit of a smile, before he helped to put the bracelet on her wrist.

"To know what schoolteachers did to their students, ah would've had to show up ta school mon amie," he teased, laughing slightly. He then looked at Jack for a moment and sighed. "Ya know, this ain't really the place for a kid, right? It's important ta me that ya know that."

Jack nodded his head, "Yeah, I know that, problem is that her nanny quit, so I had no idea what else to do... he said, before he grabbed a few pieces of candy and handed them to her, before he pulled out a tablet and headphones. "Eh bien, Lexi? Est-ce que tu peux t'asseoir pour un petit peu et regarder le Blues Clues pour moi?"

"Avec les sous-titres français?" Alexis asked, taking the candy from her dad. Her French was way better than her English, mostly since her school was taught in French and her father spoke French to her at home.

"Bien sΓ»r."

"Youpi!" she responded as Jack put the headphones on her head and started up the videos on the tablet for her. He then noticed Casper had come over to him and gave his brother a smile.

"Nothing too much at the moment really," he said with a slight shrug.

"I'm all for punishing her for being late, honestly, usually she's the one that shows up on time and I'm the one whose always here like, 10 minutes after."

"Chrysi, mon amie, that ain't your decision. I'm the head of this Guild and ya ought to remember that."

"Yeah yeah yeah, I know, honestly lighten up a bit Remy," she said with a shrug as Mary did eventually come into the room.

"Sorry for being late, lost track of time," Mary said as she went to take her own place at the table. However Chrysi decided to try something, and vines shot out into Mary's walk way, and she almost tripped over them but caught herself before that happened. "Really Chrysi?"

"I don't know what you're talking about," she said with a slight smirk.

"Chrysanthemum, quitte la salle!" Gambit snapped.

"Aww, ruin my fun," she said with an eye roll before she left the room.

"She's going to be the death of me I swear..." Mary mumbled.

"Learn your place girl, honestly, thought you were trained better than this, remember, you are the lowest ranking person here Abercrombie," Sapphire said with a somewhat bored sort of yawn. Mystique however, her eyes seemed to flash with fire, before she walked over and just smacked Tinley across the face, glaring. However, from where Novikova, Tinley and Cass all could see, Wolverine's eyes seemed to light up a bit when Tinley started questioning everything, as if he knew what it was that she was talking about.

"Let me handle this one Darkholme, Abercrombie and Reed, over here, now, seems the two of you need a reminder," he said, looking at the two of them before he went to start walking away from the group. Before he left Mystique gave him a kiss, before letting him walk away.

"You better listen to him," Mystique said, glaring still at Tinley.

"Anyway I'm all for Kingston's plan, sounds like the best idea yet, sounds to be way more direct and a whole lot more fun. Ooh, maybe we'll get lucky and Banner won't actually be at the house but his kid will be. I mean, wouldn't that just make things a bit easier? Since if the plan actually works we might not have to deal with a rampaging Hulk at all. That would be a horrible thing to have to deal with if you ask me."

"Let's go after the kid if given the choice, since odds are that he could potentially help us and potentially stop the Hulk from rampaging if need be."

Meanwhile at the house that the Red Guard was heading towards, seemed that they might be in for a little bit of luck. The house was more of a ways away from the actual city of Sydney, and Dr. Banner was no where around. He'd left the house to go run a few errands in the city, leaving Lance there by himself, well, not really, as Lance's girlfriend Runa was there too.

He was sitting at a table reading a book, being used to waking up early in the morning and working on a few things. Since his dad had left the house he had a bit more downtime to actually just relax a bit, not working down in the lab or anything really. After a few moments, he decided to go see about getting Runa up, as it seemed like she was still sleeping. Lance went to the room and opened the door, "Hey Runa, are you awake yet?" he called to her as he poked his head into the room.

"I am not protesting or anything like that! So don't you dare call me ridiculous for it! You are the one being the ridiculous one for trying to tell me that I'm being ridiculous for just pointing out how you are wrong in this case!" Sapphire said to her friend, before she started laughing again. This was a kind of fun thing, and sure, she knew that Veil didn't mean anything but to tease her, but it was still a little bit annoying.

Hearing Veil's words about milkshakes made her laugh a little bit harder at it. "You know if we had a blender and some stuff to make ice cream with I could make us ice cream and keep it cold if we ever wanted to do that," she added, giving Veil a smile. The second part of her made her think. "...What exactly was it like at Xavier's? I've kind of been on my own for years so I never actually really went to high school or anything..."

Jack Theriot

Location: Outside Coldstones
Skills: Bluff and Manipulation

Jack didn't really stick around to hear Leighton's response really, he didn't really care, he was just trying to survive in a world that was constantly trying to kill him. Of course, case in point the person that he ran into with the giant arm and Purifier tattoo. Sure, Jack figured he could probably fight the guy if need be, but the problem was that would definitely cause a lot of trouble. He glanced back inside of the ice cream shop, looking right at Leighton. He hoped that she understood what it was he was trying to say to her. Namely shut up, don't interfere, stay where you are. Taking a bit of a deep breath, he looked at Johnny Ward. "Well, I know I'm not going to be able to talk my way out of this... I'm one of the mutants that you're looking for... Well, one of two really, the girl inside who I had been arguing with a few moments ago isn't a mutant, but I swear to you I have no idea where my other friend went. I really don't..."

Ward nodded slightly at Jack, lifting his shades up slightly. "Well shit, that was too easy," he said with a smirk. He was a bit disappointed that the mutant didn't have any fight in him. Sure, he was a man of principles, fighting to protect humanity, but he loved beating the shit out of people. He never felt more powerful than when someone's blood was on his hands. "Come on, mutie, you're coming with me. And please, try something. It's been a slow day."

"Well usually I try to talk my way out of situations like this or avoid this sort of thing all together, my powers are useful in a fight, but I generally choose to avoid them whenever possible," Jack said, stepping away from the door of the Coldstones, still looking right at him. There was a reason he generally stayed in the shadows, both with the Morlocks and as a PI. It made things easier, and he was technically more of a con artist, so that sort of thing kind of came naturally for him.

Ward then looked in on Leighton, giving her another grin. "Call me when you're legal, okay sweetie?" he told her, before turning to Jack and starting to shove him into the trunk of his car. He didn't even bother staying out of the way of cameras and the like. None of the police in this town were going to do anything about a missing mutant. If anything, they'd shake Ward's hand and congratulate him on a job well done.

Jack took one last look at Leighton when Ward had his back to him and him looking at her instead. Don't do anything, please he mouthed the words to her before Ward turned back to him and started shoving him into the trunk of the car. Then he caught a glimpse of someone waving in the distance coming towards him, and now he was thinking what the hell is up with Casper and why the hell was he showing up now of all times. Now if only he'd just leave, everything would be better, or if he was actually smart enough to not do anything. "Hey Casper, I'm a bit busy at the moment, mind waiting in Coldstones for a while?" he called out to him, hoping that Casper would take the hint, he then turned to look at Ward, "Don't pay much attention to my kind of dependent friend the drug addict," he said, dropping his voice so that Casper couldn't hear what he was saying to Ward.

Hikaru and Ryuu

"So, let me get this straight, you want to be a spoiled rotten brat who is going to basically torment the youngest member of the group, who also stopped you from breaking anything worse than your arm in a fall, and who also has the injury that likely will slow us down the most just because you are pissed off at me? Honestly you really are an idiot aren't you? Makes me wonder why you even are around, since you can't act like a spoiled brat picking and choosing who you help in a war, or did you not realize that? Since every able body counts, so maybe you should go off on your own, since you clearly care about the safety of anyone but yourself even though she helped you, unless you would have rather going splat on the ground and looking like a complete fool."

Hikaru was a little annoyed with both of them. Sure, she was not too thrilled with Yumiko choosing not to help her out, but it wasn't like she hadn't survived worse without any medical attention. The day the year before at the temple stuck out in her mind, but she shook her head to get the thought out of it. "...I'm fine, honestly, we aren't near any houses or anything, so I don't have much to worry about at the moment," she said, before she dropped the crutch that she was holding and spun a ball of air before jumping on and zipping around.

"You shouldn't be doing that sort of thing out in the open you know, anyone could spot you..." Ryuu commented as the Air Bender was racing circles around the group. It was a bit concerning that she was racing around like that, as any sane person would know that it wasn't exactly possible to race around as she was doing. The fact that the Air Nomads were all but extinct didn't help the matter, as she would be much more easily spotted because of that.

"Trust me... I've had way worse injuries than a broken leg, without really any medical treatment..." she said, her mind instantly thinking about the long scar she had across her back that had yet to fade over the past year, but she wasn't really wanting to tell that story yet. "Plus if I did injure my leg to the point where it hurt to walk I'd wait until the evening hours and take off out of whatever town I was in... Definitely made it easier to move around. Though if I had my glider I could actually fly essentially... We're in a field area, in the middle of nowhere, and it is getting darker... I don't think anyone will really see me..."

"Alright, if you are sure..."

"I'm positive," she said matter of factly, nodding her head before she took off a little ways ahead of them.

Sapphire

"Eh, probably not all too bad, though I didn't really have much of a high school life at all," Sapphire said, giggling slightly still. When she heard the banging on the door, she just more of rolled her eyes. Sure, they were essentially stuck in prison or whatever, but why did that mean that they have to stay quiet? The nerve of some people, it was completely ridiculous. She smiled at her friend, not sure really what to say to her.

Then the second part of what she had said hit her, and she rolled her eyes. "I do not have a thing for him! He's just a friend Veil, nothing more than that at all! Seriously why are you trying to make things not at all what they seem! I mean really, that is a little ridiculous!" Sapphire said with an eye roll, but she was still blushing and wasn't able to stop it. This was getting really really annoying, and she knew that her friend was enjoying teasing her. If the roles were reversed she knew that she'd be doing the same thing.

Jack Theriot

Location: Coldstones

"Keep it down would you? You do not mention the tunnels in public, and you certainly do not mention anything about us having to do with the chaos outside since most people are not dumb enough to not know the meaning of police and Purifier activity got it? Do you not have a sense for freaking survival?" Jack hissed at her, keeping his voice down somewhat all things considering. This was not something you start talking about in a freaking public space, and now he'd likely have to go back and warn Erg about Leighton basically being kind of dumb and talking about the tunnels in a public area!

He straightened up fully and looked at her, "Now's not the time for ice cream, my brother is out there wandering around in that chaos, maybe... I have no idea, since the guy kind of drives me crazy and knowing my luck is going to get run over since he doesn't pay attention to anything really... So if you don't mind, I don't exactly have time to get ice cream, just came in here so we didn't get run over by the crowd and chaos outside, so I'm going back out there, you are more than welcome to join me, okay? We should probably stick together anyway," he said, before he headed back out the door. He could understand not having much of a survival sense, especially given that Leighton seemed like the type of person who grew up a privileged life, but still. There was a reason that the Morlocks stayed hidden, there was a reason a lot of people didn't show off the fact that they had powers. Even someone whose had her sort of life should know that by now! He thought that a lot of people knew that sort of thing, especially in the DC area, since this place was just bad. He hoped that no one in the ice cream shop had heard what Leighton had said, otherwise the two of them were going to be in major trouble.

Penance was not too thrilled at the thought that everyone else was effectively racing along ahead of her. It wasn't supposed to be a race or anything, so why did they feel the need to hurry along ahead of others who are falling behind? Not her fault that some people tend to rush ahead with things for no consideration for others. It was getting to be a bit on the ridiculous side in her mind, and someone had the nerve as she entered into the Central Hall to say that she should hurry along was extremely rude and she wanted to remind him of his manners and smack the man upside the head. However, she was better than that, and she should just hurry along towards the stairs to catch up.

Then she noticed that there were a few others in the room as well, though none of them seemed to be proceeding upstairs along with the others. That was a bit strange to her, and she noticed one of them wasn't exactly conversing with the other two, including a man who appeared to be injured. Since she was in the room, she might as well make the acquaintance of someone else as she passed by, and in her mind the other two appeared to be too caught up in what the other was saying. Penance walked over to where Professor Walnut was standing, and she gave her a smile. "Greetings, you appear to be a bit on the more lonely side over here by yourself. I am Sister Penance, is there anyway I might address you?" she asked her, as the woman did not seem to want to join the other two. Honestly she couldn't blame her, the other two seemed to be a bit preoccupied or whatever with really talking to each other.

Congratulations X-Men: Darkness Rising on 3 Successful Story Arcs!

I am so happy right now, as the RP I've been running has been around for almost 2 years now, and is still going strong. We just finished up our 3rd story arc and are currently starting up our fourth which is a big thing of itself. It has had it's ups and downs and the occasional instant where I thought the RP was actually going to crash and burn, but we've made it!

Big thank you to @Morose@Nallore@FantasyChic@LadyRunic as the four of you have been with the RP from the very start and have been on this crazy roller coaster and haven't jumped ship yet! Hopefully you all continue to enjoy the RP!

@KazAlkemi@ColouredCyan@eclecticwitch thank you to the three of you as well! Even though you just joined in basically at the beginning of the last arc, you all have been really great and have helped to keep things interesting to say the least with your characters!

And thank you to a few other people as well, as the fourth arc is going to be a big thing of its own, a crossover between 3 RPs that myself and the Co-GM for X-Men @Morose are the GMs for. @Kirah@Trainerblue192@Achronum welcome to X-Men for this crossover and hopefully you all enjoy yourselves in our take on the comic storyline House of M!!!
