Appearance:
The Being that introduces itself as Discord is a strange, twisted creature. Once upon a time a human, Lord's appearance shifts and changes at a whim these days. However, he does seem to favor the base form of a man in his late twenties/early thirties with white hair and a pair of serpent like yellow eyes. He will generally have a pair of wings and a tail as well but they will always be mismatched and belong to different kinds of animals. He might even be a she if that's the mood he is in.
Age:
Usually late twenties/early thirties (surprisingly he actually is) but appearances can be deceptive.
Personality:
Discord is a strange creature. At any given moment the way he presents himself is as likely to change as his appearance, making divining what his actual personality is rather difficult. His motives are even harder to figure out; Sometimes he will have a scheme in motion that he carefully prepared like a puppet master after doing his research on his victims while other times he will randomly set something in motion that might actually threaten his carefully laid plans seemingly for the sole reason of seeing what happens. As he himself has said before "What fun is there in making sense?". Needless to say these strange and unpredictable shifts in personality and behavior ensures that no one is every 100% sure on what his next action is going to be.
Some things do remain consistent through. Prince loathes the idea of rules being imposed upon him. There is something about something trying to enforce its own laws on himself that causes him to seethe and seek to destroy the source of his displeasure as quickly as possible. That being said, he has no problem with bending others to his will.
He also seeks to undermine and destroy Order wherever it can be found as a matter of course, through exactly how and when he does so will vary.
History:
Discord was once just a normal human being with a normal name that was born with a gift for magic. Namely, the rare ability of being able to shapeshift himself into whatever form that he desired. Animals, people, inanimate objects; He could even partial transform, meaning that he didn't need to transform completely into a new form and could instead transform parts of himself into different things. Many would have believed that the world would have been his oyster... There was only two problems.
The first was that he couldn't control his transformations. The second was that he couldn't control his transformations! While this is in fact just one problem, it was such a big one that it warranted being repeated twice.
The 'demon child' as it was called was abandoned by his parents in the middle of a forest to die at a young age shortly after his powers started to manifest. He didn't, but the isolation and inability to control what form he was going to be in at any given time quickly eroded what sanity the boy might have once had. No human came across the boy to save him from his fate; No demon or angel either. The boy's 'salvation' came from looking inwards and staring into the very heart of Chaos itself.
He never spoke of what he saw when he gazed into the very heart of Chaos itself (or even what staring into the heart of Chaos actually meant), but the boy found enlightenment and control over his abilities there. Finally able to control his shape shifting abilities, the now teenage boy decided on a new name (his old one being long forgotten). A herald of chaos itself, he decided on the moniker Discord.
For years he wandered from place to place, creating anarchy and chaos wherever he went... through rarely in a manner that drew the attention of those who hunted the supernatural. Much more enjoyable to merely push over the first domino and watch the rest of them fall on their own.
Special Power:
Master Shapeshifter: Discord has complete and utter control of his physical body, being able to change it on a whim to whatever purpose he deems fit. Animal, human, inanimate object and any combination thereof is within his grasp to transform into... at the price that it is the only form of magic he can do.
Things they look for in a partner: Discord is a fickle person. Long term commitment is near impossible for him unless the person he is with can keep up with him.
