@PKMNB0Y Ok, i think this is the app completed with the needed info. I was able to shorten the bio better as compared to Oboro's app. Though, when it comes to her armory of things, she kinda has a lot of forms. I used the least text i could to describe each piece in her armory, but it still look rather long as a whole. Sorry about that. ^^;
Name: Aile
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Personality: Aile is a tomboy with more than enough “spunk” to stand her ground against enemies and take on even the most daunting of challenges. She can be a compassionate and caring person, especially after the loss of her beloved friend and boss Giro, who is lenient at times to those close enough to her. Yet through combat and fighting that has honed her skills, her resolve has too been strengthened after all she has been through, and beating the head of Slither, Inc., and even hearing Giro’s parting words he gave to her after death as a Cyber Elf. To her, destiny is not a thing given or pushed upon others, but rather people must fight to shape their own futures. A rather optimistic note, as it were, though the reality of her past and life has by this point better tempered her as well to some extent, despite her being only 15 years old at this stage of her life. She also bears a sense of justice that leads her to protect others, or to fight other similar wrongs. At time she could still be cocky, however, due to her age, though this is moderately lessened for her at this point as compared to prior to her involvement with the Biometals.
Brief History: Aile lived within the city where the headquarters of the world-famous Slither, Inc. lied and continued to produce Mechaniloid security forces to protect people from Maverick attacks in various cities across the world. Originally she was working at Giro Express Transporters for her boss, whom was a Reploid named Girouette that took Aile in after she lost her mother in a Maverick attack 10 years ago at a carnival. One day she went out to help Giro deliver and important package to a group called “The Guardians” at a certain location, only to be attacked and knocked off of a cliff and survive with the package. However, as she and the clients were attacked at the target location, the package emerged as Biometal Model X, who bonded with her and allowed her to transform in order to defeat the enemies.
From this point onwards, Aile would meet up again with Giro, only to lose him in a fight against Mavericks that allowed her to discover that Serpent, the beloved hero and head of Slither, Inc. in the eyes of the people, was actually orchestrating these attacks to not only gain business but also to gain energy from the souls of the dead to fuel a biometal called “Model W” in order to rule the world. However, to get to Serpent to stop him, Aile joined the Guardians before going gathering all the other Biometals held by his Pseudoroid servants, including even the “Model O” Biometal of unknown origins that Serpent’s minions did not already possess. She then proceeded to defeat Serpent himself, before getting a last goodbye from Giro’s cyber elf (or soul equivalent for a reploid) before returning to the guardians.
It was at this point, however, just after her joyous reunion with Prarie, the leader of the Guardians, and the other Guardians that she suddenly blacked out, waking up in “our” world of all things with no clue as to how she got here.
Universe of Origin: “Megaman ZX”
Equipment:
Biometals: These mechanical devices that can fit within the grasp of one’s hand, not exactly in the palm of their hand, contain the souls of legendary heroes and are capable of “Megamerging” with human or reploid users via the M.E.G.A. System in order to grant them incredible power in the form of a rather strong transformed form. Essentially it is like unto some sort of a sentient device giving someone a magical girl form with armor and abilities. However, for Aile to use the other Biometals, she has to use Model X as a base and merge with both it and the target to be able to transform and use the abilities of other Biometals. However, in the case of Model Z this fusion between it and Model X creates a unique “Model ZX” form instead.
Each Biometal form has different weapons, abilities, and capabilities based on the soul of that past legendary hero they contain. They are also sentient things due to possessing a soul, capable of floating about in the air and telepathically communicating with other living things or even mechanical things like other Biometals at their own will. They are also capable of some form of technopath-like combat on their own, though this is highly limited to only being able to mess with other Biometal users and other Biometals.
Aile carries these Biometals with her:
Models Z and X- The Biometal containing the soul of the legendary reploid “Megaman X” is Model X, it has a small energy cannon on the user’s left hand that is called the “X-Buster”, which is capable of firing energy projectiles as well as charging shots for greater power and size when it comes to the projectile.
Further, the Biometal Z contains the soul of the legendary reploid “Zero”, it’s transformed state boasts swift speed and the ability to use an energy sword called the “Z-Saber” that can be charged to release a stronger slash attack.
However, outside of using Model X alone, Biometal Model Z is never used alone by Aile, rather being combined with “Model X” to create “Model ZX”, which boasts the same Z-Saber of Model Z and a pistol with the powers of the “X-Buster” both under the new names of “ZX-Saber” and “ZX-Buster” respectively.
Model H- The Biometal containing the soul of one of the Four Guardians of the former city of Neo Arcadia, Harpuia, it is a Biometal that allows one to easily go up and fly into/through the air in general with speed using special “wings” that are capable of thrust as well as allowing Aile to hover in the air. It also boasts a pair of twin energy sabers that can be used as such, as well as a couple minor abilities.
The first minor ability is the ability to launch a small but hard-hitting sonic blast from the blades that pierces shields as well. The second minor ability is a homing electrical ball attack that is used by charging the blades and then swinging them, and this electrical ball is a homing attack that seeks her intended target. And the third minor ability is used the blades when charged and swung as well, but this time with the intent and effect of releasing a strong stationary tornado in front of her that sits there briefly before fading away. Otherwise, it has the ability to analyze enemies as well to note their structure and weaknesses, as well as take note the presence of Biometals within enemies who contain them.
Model F- The Biometal containing the soul of Fenrir of the Four Guardian of Nero Arcadia, it boasts a pair of hand-held hand cannons that fire energy projectiles. These hand cannons can have their fired energy projectiles’ path adjusted by Aile on the fly move however she needs them to, at least to a limited extent to help her do something like reach around a corner without having to poke her head out. These hand cannons can both be used at the same time to let out a high rate of fire as well.
The first minor ability of this Biometal is a charged attack that fires a larger, flame-coated energy shot that can burn things. However, this shot can only move straight forwards, unlike the regular shots whose trajectory can be edited by Aile at will. Aile can also charge up the busters and smash them into the ground, the act causing a small wave of molten lava to pop up just in front of her and travel a very short distance of 10 meters before fading away.
Model L- This Biometal containing the soul of the only female reploid among the Four Guardians of Nero Arcadia, Leviathan, and wields a dual-blades halberd with a blade on both ends of it for the user to wield. It boasts a pair of twin dorsal-fin engines (the protrusions on the helmet) and a third one on hidden on the back of the helmet that are able to propel and move the user through the water at great speeds and with great adeptness to boot.
Its first minor ability is that it allows the user to detect items they are looking for within a certain distance, in this instance 10 miles. The second and last minor ability is that, by charging the weapon and then swinging it, a long, seemingly sentient, snake-like ice dragon, which fitting has a dragon head, is summoned to attack an enemy and pursues them in air or in water until it is destroyed or melts.
Model P- This Biometal containing the soul of “Phantom” of the Four Guardians of Nero Arcadia, as a thing of note, wields a seemingly infinite amount of kunai-like knives the wielder throws. These weapons are generated in the hands of the user when they want to throw them, and these projectiles can be thrown-rapid fire faster than Model F can fire off projectiles when both of its busters are used. It can also generate and throw giant shuriken that, as a rule of thumb, return to Aile for her to catch again like unto a boomerang. Further, in this form she can hang from surfaces using energy-claws she can extend from her gauntlets in this form.
Its first minor ability is to be able to produce a temporary protective barrier of moving, spinning purple shuriken that block attacks for 15 seconds before fading, great for defense on the fly, though the barrier is only wide enough to protect the user alone. Its second minor ability is to allows users to perform a “shadow dash” that temporarily makes the user intangible so as to move right through enemies or projectiles but not fall through the ground or such. And the final minor ability of this Biometal is a “Night Scope” ability that, when used, allows the user to detect the locations of other living things nearby, and to be able to throw special kunai that can pass through walls and only hurt Aile’s target whilst this mode is active.
Model O- This “Biometal” takes the form of a Biometal-shaped stone which is like unto the Greek letter for “omega” in shape, though this stone is just as durable as its mechanical counterparts. Whilst it does not communicate or telepathically talk to its user like the other Biometals can, it does try to influence its user with its berserk, deranged personality. However, Aile was able to handle this on a regular basis once obtaining this strange and ultimately unique Biometal in her journey. It comes equipped when used with a red version of the Z-Saber that is stronger than the original, called the “O-Saber”, which can launch a charged slash attack stronger than that of Model Z or ZX, as well as possessing an “O-Buster” energy pistol that can fire stronger charged shots than Model X’s form or the buster in ZX form has.
Its unique ability is an “overdrive” mode that allows it to launch special attacks, from a flaming slash used with the sword, to a slash from the sword that fires a curved energy projectile charged with the element of electricity, to a move with the sword made in the air that fires small curved energy projectiles charged with the ice element that can potentially (not always) freeze things as well as cut them. In this mode the O-Buster fires halfway charged shots as its energy projectiles. By using this charged energy in the user’s fists, the ground can be punched below the user to either shatter earth and send boulder-like chunks flying out around the user to harm enemies, and to hit the ground and generate smaller plasma bolts that fly out from around the user to hit enemies or whatever is around them. The final ability is a punch to the ground that discharges energy to summon 11 large and wide beams of energy, 6 coming from about 500-700 meters in altitude downwards, and the last 5 others popping out of the ground around the user whilst moving upwards, to all deal damage to enemies and inevitably terrain around the user.
However, if the user is harmed, the mode is canceled and has to be re-activated, meaning that each time the user is hurt they have to turn this mode back on if they want to use it. The mode can also be turned off at will as well.
Abilities:
Biometal User- Aile is unique in that not only does is she primarily compatible with the Model X Biometal, the one she started with, but all the other Biometals as she saved them from their Pseudoroid hosts came to her side as well. Though she is unable to use the other biometals alone, they allowed her to use them via being combined with Model X as a base or “middleman” so to say for them to then be able to grant Aile their powers and so she could transform into their armored forms.
Motor Bike Riding- As part of her job at the Giro Express under the mentoring of her boss and foster-parent Giro, she became skilled at riding on her world’s version of a motorcycle. Similar enough in design, these skills of hers could apply somewhat enough to the general motorcycle’s of “our” world as well so she could use them.
Name: Oboro, aka formerly “Momohime, the Princess of Narukami”
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Personality: Momohime, or “Oboro” as she is in this form, is firstly a kind sort of person who can be gentle as well and is not usually seen as a threat of sorts as such. Something about her person seems to be able to be able to soften and even touch the hearts of others, which combined with her cleverness can be things that could diplomatically work well for her at times. Sincere in her want for the best of those she is friends with and loves, she does not hesitate in her actions when it comes to these matters as well.
However, having journeyed and fought many people in her quest to find out who she is that fear she once had of monsters as “Momohime” is fully gone despite their similarities, replaced with a seasoned experience gained from her great amount of combat experience. Indeed, much like the Oboro Style of sword combat she was gifted by Jinkuro’s soul when their souls fused, the battle instincts and honed sense of combat the former ronin had in life are a part of her and have been built upon. Though gentle and kind still, she has learned to not hesitate when she needs to engage in battle, and has gained some enjoyment of swordplay in time since becoming “Oboro”.
Brief History:
Oboro was originally the “Princess of Narukami”, Momohime, and was a member of the Narukami Clan in her mystical and monster-filled variant of an older Japan. Momohime was getting engaged to the swordsmaster who taught the Shogunate, and who was in charge of espionage for the Shogun himself, Yagyuu Yukinojo. However, this marriage, unknown to her, was just a farce by the Shogun to allow Yukinojo's forces to get in and slaughter the Narukami Clan on the Shogun’s orders whilst Momohime remained non the wiser. But even this plan had a wrench thrown into the works when the criminal and ronin, Jinkuro, attempted to transfer his soul into Yukinojo’s body one night with a “Soul Transfer” technique as the currently-engaged couple was taking a walk. The end result was Momohime throwing herself in front of Yukinojo, a kind and selfless act that got her body possessed by Jinkuro’s soul instead.
So with her body possessed by the foul Jinkuro, and help from a kitsune named Kongiku who was loyal to Jinkuro and stole a mask with Muramasa Sengo's soul in it that could forge Muramasa Blades, the two set out to get Jinkuro a better body and as a side effect free Momohime to have her body back. The two became romantically close during the game despite their situation, with the softened Jinkuro eventually worrying about Momohime's body as it began to break down due to the constant soul-swapping between them in Momohime’s body. Though after running into a kitsune and another Oboro Style and Muramasa blade user who wanted the mask they had back, the pair won against the latter in battle but received a fatal wound on Momohime's body as a result.
Giving up on his ideas of getting to a new body now, and noting that his former master had fused his soul with another, Jinkuro decided to do the same to Momohime to save her life through a "soul fusion" of their two souls to heal Momohime's body ad keep her alive. The resulting "new Momohime" was found by an elderly couple in the countryside, who had no memories left at all but only remembered the words “Oboro” and “Jinkuro” that she would say in her sleep. The couple kept the now-named Oboro with them for nearly a year, until a great oni and his band of demons attacked the trio to try to kill and eat them. Oboro then used a simple basic sword to kill the oni and his entire band of demons in one swing of the sword using the Oboro Style Jinkuro had left her during the soul fusion. Noting that she was a danger, Oboro left out into the world to try to find out about her past. In the process she defeated renowned swordsmen, vicious criminals, and evil spirits/demons along the way. During this journey to find out about herself, however, she would inevitably reacquire three of the Muramasa blades forged by Momohime and Jinkuro before she had been "created" by their souls being fused.
Universe of Origin: “Muramasa: The Demon Blade”
Equipment:
Muramasa Blades- Oboro has sought to reclaim or generally take back Muramasa Blades in her journey, having acquired in the process three of the strongest Muramasa blades that had been created by Sengo Muramasa's spirit via the mask Jinkuro and Momohime were given by Kongiku. These supernatural blades are said to “be able to cut through anything”, and those who do not know their sword style are inflicted with a violent madness and compulsion to kill.
However, in this case “being able to cut through anything” simply means for this that the blades have the ability to cut into and through even the likes of advanced tech from other universes and modern cars and such things to generally be able to fight and keep up with enemies from other universes.
The blades also, if broken, repair themselves automatically if put back in any sheath in general, so long as the hilt is intact. As long as the hilt is intact, it will attach itself to a sheath and regenerate the sword in there. Each blade also has a power, a "secret art" they can use along with a passive ability the user benefits from. However, Oboro's swords don't have to consume souls to recharge their power in this case, but will still have to recharge via the Narukami Bracelet for balancing purposes.
Further, each sword has 2 uses of its "secret art" before it has to recharge again, and has to recharge fully at that before she can use a given sword's "secret art" again at all. This recharge timer is a 3-5 minute-long timer always as a rule of thumb.
Oboro herself carries these three blades, which are:
-Oboro Muramasa: The most legendary of Muramasa blades and his pinnacle of craftsmanship it is "able to cut through fate itself". It's passive ability grants a major boost to Oboro's strength and vitality when it is being wielded. Its secret art is called "Distortion" or "Pandemonium", and causes the user prepare to make a single extremely powerful slash.
Whilst charging the attack, the sword over time creates 12 brief, semi-solid "clones" of the user that fire off persisting magical disk attacks with their swords at enemies before disappearing again. These magical disk attacks are occasionally homing as well. This bit lasts is done until the attack is finished charging, which takes about 10 seconds, before the powerful slash itself is unleashed. The slash is strong enough that it sends a giant blade of wind out forward from the sword at that deals major damage to anything it hits. Usually the user jumps high up when launching the attack in order to create a larger blade of wind as a result, though this extra height is not a necessary thing to use it.
This sword is carried by her in one of two sheaths on her right side/hip.
-Dojigiri Yasutsuna: A Muramasa blade known in Oboro's world as the "Sword of Corruption", it is a blade that passively absorbs a small part of the target's life force on contact and uses that to heal its wielder. Though as an alteration for this RP, this "life force" is just absorbs some of the targets' "life energy" that will regenerate back with sleep and rest and such. The sword's secret art is known as "Thunderclap", a technique by which the user moves temporarily so fast they seem to disappear, only to appear above the enemy and stabbing strike downwards with a lightning-charged attack to deal damage and attempt to electrocute their foes. This move, unlike the Oboro Muramasa's can be used on the ground or even in the air by Oboro herself.
This sword is carried by her in one of two sheaths on her right side/hip.
-Suisei Muramasa: A Muramasa sword known by the name of the "Fading Comet", its blade is longer than that of the Oboro Muramasa and Dojigiri Yasutsuna blades she carries by a notable bit. The blade's ability enhances the wielder's ability to quick draw swords, including itself, allowing them to perform it even faster than before. The secret art of this sword is called "Comet III", or "Comet Three", in which she holds the sword up towards the sky, silently calling down a rainstorm of strong supernaturally-generated sword slashes incredibly quickly from an altitude of 500 meters down upon the area in front of her for 4 or 5 seconds continuously. Like the secret art of the Oboro Muramasa, this sword's secret art can only be used when on the ground or standing on something else.
This sword is carried in a sheath on her back, from which she at least can still draw it out for combat well.
Accessories- These items are equip-able items in the game, gained from during the game, post-game, and shopkeepers, that grant bonuses to the wielder in the process. Though a few Abilities like XP Bonus would not be able to apply in our world. Death Blade and Death Blade 2 abilities only apply to things on the level of normal and utterly mundane humans, or so to say the common people on “our world”.
List of Accessories she has on her person right now are:
-Demon God Gauntlet: A pair of demonic-like armored gauntlets she wears over her hands that go up her forearms a bit that are of supernatural make, they grant her an extreme boost to her strength that, like with any other items she has, stacks with enhancements of the same kind for her.
-Demon God Belt: A belt of the same armored and supernatural demonic-like appearance as the gauntlets above, which grants her an extreme boost to her vitality in the process.
-Dragon Necklace: A dragon-style gold necklace she wears around her neck, which grants her its supernatural power to block the user from being poisoned, retaining a burn (heals away the burn damage), or similar issues like disease and corruption and such ailments that could affect her.
-Narukami Bracelet: A jeweled bracelet originating from Momohime's home province of Narukami, it has the supernatural effect of preventing her from consuming power when using her swords' secret arts, which is good considering that if she had to go about harvesting human souls and other souls in "our" world to fuel her weapons' abilities it would be a not very good situation.
Abilities:
Oboro Style- A powerful and dark form of sword combat feared by many of the people who know of it, this sword style from Oboro’s version of Japan allows the user to wield Muramasa Blades with deadly efficiency beyond any other sword style in Oboro's version of Japan. It also is unique in that it allows users to not suffer from the maddening effects of wielding or holding Muramasa blades, as well as be able to unleash the “secret arts” of the Muramasa blades as well.
It is a style that allows a user to fight even even great supernatural threats in Oboro’s universe of origin, above the level of any normal human. For this RP, that just simply means that Oboro can fight on par against the other above-human or far-above-human beings who found their way into "our" world competently, and without being utterly inferior due to a lack of technology or due to her being human physically.
This style also includes the usage of Iaijutsu, or Battojutsu/Iaido, depending on which name you use, though it is with such inhuman skill that everything in a certain limited range can be attacked with a single “quick draw” attack by a user of the Oboro Style. Considering that Oboro can do this "quick draw" so fast that mortal eyes or those of the "demons" of her world cannot follow the blade's movement in this feat.
Cooking- She can cook feudal Japanese sorts of things, due to having lived with and helped an old couple for most of a year after becoming “Oboro”. She can cook them rather well, actually.
Double Jump: Oboro can, by some supernatural power, jump in thin air once without having to have something to stand on. She can use this to get to greater heights in the air for combat, or for getting up to places and however being able to double jump might help her.
Air Dash Oboro can move through the air in a movement known as an "air dash", propelling herself forwards a bit. She can use this to climb up in the air and gain height if she is already in the air. However, this skill extend to allowing her to defy gravity for a few seconds at a time to attack targets in mid-air with her swords just as well as if she was on the ground.
@Spriggs27 My goodness that sounds pretty pessimistic there! Haha! :P
She wouldn't just be doing it to get into a tsun princess' skirt either. Not that she'd argue against being able to do that, since they are both teenagers and might both get into that line of thought at some point, but it really wouldn't be Diana's main reason at all.
Ah, but yeah they are both in a predicament currently. Our OC's have to get out of this trouble being cemented on opposing sides of the bleachers for attempting to beat the crap out of each other! XD
Nah, on a serious note about my OC, Diana wouldn't do it for the money. That's just not her way.
Doing it all for the cute tsun girlfriend and coming to seriously care about her though? Yes, yes she would do it for that. XD
But hearing that, it could honestly be one of the cuter relationships in the RP if you wanted to do that, with Kris could being the Best!Tsun of the RP. Plus Felix and Dia would have rivals, which could be used for some side comedy as well.
@Spriggs27 Honestly, i think she could handle the weirdness, and with some info would empathize with Kris. This would be especially true in both cases of handling weirdness and being more empathetic the more she gets an idea about Kris and who she is and such.
She'd definitely enjoy being under that weighted blanket for two, though, and would come to find the tsun bits about Kris pretty cute and growing on her in reality.
Then Diana'd probably be that doting girlfriend friend who playfully teases with and flirts with for her cute reactions and kisses hangs around with her friend! :)
As it were, Diana was shocked back to reality to a certain extent when a sudden wall of darkness appeared between herself and the ice girl. And it seemed to have popped up at quite the opportune time as well. Diana had been just barely unleashing a jet of flame towards Kris' face, whilst the ice queen on the potential receiving end had coated herself in ice and attempted to punch her. However, both attacks had hit the barrier without connecting to their intended targets, audibly in fact, a thing that highlighted just how much this fight was going to cause things to go to...er "shit" as it were. The whole thing made her pause, as if suddenly but calmly running out of steam for what she had been wanting to do to this other girl. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see the black-hoodie wearing girl standing here, focused on the situation, bottom lip bleeding, but also...hmmm, that look in her eyes was familiar though.
She didn't resist when Mr. Manilow, at the hoodie-wearing girl's shout, had come running over to break the fire and ice users up, sitting them in different spots with feet trapped in earth as hard as concrete. Heh. It was kinda like those "time outs" her mother had given her for doing something bad when she was very little, kinda nostalgic despite the circumstances really. However, she had also noticed Mr. Manilow's troubling episode as well prior to being drug over by him, suddenly falling on his face as if in a trance, before getting up suddenly and quickly to come over and grab herself and Kris. That was....that was not like the Mr. Manilow she knew from these last three months, not at all actually when it came to his physical and athletic ability. A little ice or something wouldn't slip him up, so...mmmm.
At least her and that ice prick had been separated. She could hear odd sounds from the other side, but...for the time being closed her eyes, cupped her hands facing each other rather than putting them together, and began to focus on her breathing. In and out. In and out. It would be better to calm down now, at least for her sake, though the ramifications of what had just happened were still to come. As calm as she had been able to make herself look, this new girl and jerk of all jerks had pushed her buttons in the wrong ways today out of the blue. It honestly made her a bit frustrated at herself for letting it get to her head, and yet.....well, that other girl had no rights to be calling out everyone on any mistake and act like she was the queen bitch of the school on what Diana guessed was her first day.
Ugh. But at least the fight hadn't continued. Not that one side or the other would have lost or won, but she had the feeling herself and that ice girl would have both been in the infirmary sooner than later had that girl and Mr. Manilow not stepped in.
She had in part wanted to escape this situation with Eir, maybe just to skip the next class and get away from the prying eyes of the others, and especially those who had seen her....well, use her element around them for the first time. She didn't know how everyone thought about her element, not at all. But now that prick new girl, and anyone else who hadn't see that element of hers before, knew. It was unnerving, not enough to make her want to hide forever, but was enough of a stress to make her want to go cool down in private and potentially with a friend just to make sure her head was level so she could handle potential negative reactions later. Partly emotionally-charged, though, she had at least been able to focus that energy well enough separate the two potential fighters before their first blows could truly land. It had been a great relief, but not enough to assuage everything she had been feeling at the moment.
But, as fate would perhaps have it, Mr. Manilow told her to stay behind, his voice rougher and harsher than usual. However, as the man pulled her aside alone on the now eerily quiet track field, he seemed to start looking her over. As if...he was looking for injuries, actually, though she kept her bottom lip tucked in a bit to avoid spitting blood on the gym teacher. She looked him over in return as well, seeing his hand clenching, the seeming struggle to control his breathing....this didn't seem to be the usual composed nature she had seen in him in the past three months.
Beyond that, she had seen a rather strange thing in general, Mr. Manilow falling on his face on his way over....but seeming to pause for a moment, as if in a trace in his face-down position in the dirt, before getting back up and going about things in this more emotional state.
As the grown man met her gaze briefly, Leanne looked back into his eyes as well. Yet in doing this the teenage girl felt like Mr. Manilow's eyes looked as if he had seen a ghost, potentially, or had maybe woken up from some terrible nightmare of some kind, or had just seen someone die in front of his eyes or something. Feelings crept back up nauseatingly into her bowels and guts, a chill temporarily running up her spine, and the phantom feeling of tightening around her threat from the fear, all as Leanne got the inexplicable the feeling that...maybe her element, or the use of her power, really....like she had caused this to him somehow. This being inspected, pulled over alone after the incident when she wasn't one of the combatants, not being asked about the fight or such, it was all too strong of an indicator that she was somehow involved with this, with what had just happened to this man that seemed to shine glaringly at her from his eyes.
Then as the man bowed his head into his hands and then began to......well, literally sob, right there in front of her and still on one knee, the girl felt a compulsion to do something about it. Not saying a word, not knowing the best course of action, not knowing at all what was going on inside Mr. Manilow's head, Leanne moved just slightly forwards, wrapping her arms around Jordan Manilow's head in a hug. Indeed, she let him cry into her hoodie, to let it all out, as that was all she could think to do right now. But she could at least understanding...well, just needing to cry. She didn't cry all the time, though, but back home there had been enough times she had wanted to or had in the past. Especially when she was even younger.
But nah, @Kalleth, i'll also make a post real quick to get Leanne's reaction to things, if ya want to do stuff till' @Zelosse gets here.
Though for some reason i get the feeling she's and/or Jordan's getting a talking to about this or something of the sort, because that vision was rather ominous on Manilow's end. (O_O)
@Rune_Alchemist I took a bit long to write a post...and missed yours for a moment. Sorry about that. :(
I did edit in a bit, though, to try to address Eir's post.
@Zelosse Oh, Diana literally just tried to burn the witch. With her fist. Her fiery fist. She Set Fire to her Furious Fist. ONE PUUUUUUUUUNCH!!!!
Ah, but alas Leanne, in her character as she is, kinda felt compelled to try to help Kris avoid becoming the next Zuko. Albeit, Kris does have the "royal family" thing going down already though. XD
If there was one thing Diana had almost wondered for a moment at all now, it was this:
Did this girl think she could just throw out a paltry slap, starting mouthing off, and expect her to just sit there and wait for her to try to use her powers in retaliation for some projected attack?
Of course she did not wait for the other girl to really finish speaking when it came down to it. As soon as the slap was done and the other girl began mouthing off even more, Diana decided "fuck it" with her threat of not using her power on her. Channeling her anger at the situation, her face wrought with the stoic steel of restraint in her expression of emotions in that manner, Kris would perhaps come to notice a jet of flame that shot out right from the end of the angered teen's fist, the same fist that even now still held this "ice princess" up by the collar, which was aimed towards Kris' face without any moment, yeah not even an ounce of hesitation on Diana's part. Hot, searing flame, spewing out in an instant in a sudden jet of fire, fire that which would seek to lick up all in its path, fire that could perhaps up the waters, fire that.....well, in this case was actually not the strongest, but was meant to be strong enough to be fully to set the other girl's hair ablaze and maybe see if a jet of fire in her face would finally put an end to this with some minor burns and a flaming head to boot.
Even through the slap and words and such, Diana had not let go of Kris' collar, and indeed had not let go of hefting her off of the ground. That brief burst the other girl had made back at her verbally and physically had not shaken her resolve, though admittedly the anger was getting the best of her despite her own now rather stoic appearance facially. There was no talking back on Diana's part, no move to try to be witty about things, no attempt to let the other girl finish speaking after that slap that, in Diana's mind, would allow the ice user more time to prepare for what came. Simply put, she attacked without thinking for a moment about the actual consequences of it, unleashing her fire pure and true from the end of a fist, without word or the pomp and circumstance this girl seemed to try to use her powers with from the looks of things.
No hesitation, but simply an unleashing of channeled emotion, and an ironclad stoic face that concealed a forge of somewhat active yet still rather latent fury underneath to some extent.
Though having attempted to not be involved, to sit there with Eir and try to avoid the..."drama" going on right now, Leanne was shocked as one of the far more athletic girls, Diana if she had the name right, hefted up the icy girl and leveled more than a small threat at her of brute, physical punching if she didn't quit her behavior. To be honest, it was something that the hoodie-wearing teen, who was in gym clothes in this instance whilst sitting on the grass, had to admit was.......not an unfamiliar thing that had popped into her minds in days past. When everyone treated you for the worst, adults, peers, and even some fellow elementalists around who all seemed to care more about a dead attempted-kidnapper just because she could control a taboo within a taboo, eventually such thoughts would work their way into someone's head, no? Even if she had worked against them, they had been there. The dark ideas, fueled by the thought of just lashing out to end it all, feeling fed up and angry about life, about people, about her own parents, about them all. Indeed it had been scary to think on just how close she could have been to doing something more than a little regrettable, just by just pulling away that thin barrier that separated actions from simple thought when she had been feeling at rock bottom about everything, that temptation to pull down the layer of self-control her grandmother had helped her develop just tantalizing when at her lowest points this far in her life....
And yet....as she saw the flame begin to shoot from the fire-user's hand.....
"MR. MANILOW, GET OVER HERE NOW!"
....she reacted with her true feelings on the matter instinctually, not hesitating at all.
The words, a notable plea for help, roared out of her mouth as a strong shout, not a shriek nor cracked tone to be heard from her whilst her resolve and firm willpower on this took hold. She shouted at the top of her lungs in the shivering teacher's direction with the intent to get him over here. NOW. All to help stop this situation before it further escalated to someone actually getting hurt.
But this was not all she did. Without thinking of her own perception by the other students, her powers at the same time as her own shouting simultaneously lashed out at the situation at the Darkness-element user's behest. Focused wholly on stopping the start of this fight, or at least to interrupt it until Mr.Manilow could get there, originating from the shadows of Kris and Diana would arise a sudden, thin but wide wall of palpable, solid darkness that jutted up between them like a spike erupting from the earth. And indeed, the wall would separate the two and block their visibility of each other entirely, actually breaking the athletic Diana's grip as some bit of flame from the girl's fist came into contact with it due to its sudden appearance.
The sudden action caused Diana to seem to pause in place, perhaps in a thoughtful manner, yet still as stoic as could be, the ebon black wall of darkness blocking her sight of her prey much to Leanne's relief. Though as for Kris herself, she had no idea if the sudden flames, which had caught Leanne herself by surprise without seeing how much had come out by the time the wall went up, had if at all hit the ice princess whose attitude disgusted even Leanne so. But at the same time, she couldn't stomach this sort of crap happening when it didn't have to.
It....even if she could understand more than a little bit the disgust for people like Kris deep in her own gut, it was just not right at all to attack someone in cold blood like that out of the blue, pun not intended, and she would stand by that. To see something like the darker things she had felt made manifest, she couldn't stomach it in all honesty. And...she didn't want someone else to make that same mistake, if she could help it.
However, in the process of her getting up to shout and put up that wall, Leanne had manged to bite her bottom lip a bit more, which as she shouted caused some blood to be unintentionally spit forwards onto the grass in front of her. Luckily she was not getting blood on any others, but...even so, it was not the nicest looking thing right now.
Unfortunately, she did miss what Eirwen was saying, her own agitation at the situation boiling over and culminating in her actions. She was not trying to be mean to Eir, but....this matter had struck a sort of chord with her, not exactly a good one that brought on positive feelings, but one that she felt spurred on some sort of action as a result.
