Shine City IV: Romance Forever!

There are plenty of people at the Cornerstone, if I'm not mistaken, @Silver fox @Dynamo Frokane @lunaeria @Shin @The Survivor @Evil Snowman @LovelyAnastasia and potentially @dabombjk if Kieran decides to stop by the bar in the evening. :D

In the notorious Club LUSH we have @Fabricant451 @MyCatGinger @lovely complex @viciousmarrow and soon to be @Beastofdestiny and possibly @knight of doom So strike up interactions if you're feeling it! :)

And, for this evening, staying at home we have @Mateotis oh Jake, what a good boy! Does he want to go out after his little tinkering session with his tools? Hopefully he does - or he could always wait for the morning after! (Shou will make an appearance then, too!)

Well this was opportune. Phantom thought to himself how easy and trusting this girl is, and of course Kyle had to fall for someone like her. If he was in his real body he would kill her on the spot. Phantom walked in and sat down on the opposite end of the couch.

"Well ma'am the answer is very simple. The world is a big place and I just happen to look like him. I'm new here and slightly overwhelmed. Is Kyle your..boyfriend?"Phantom asked seeming like he was curious when in reality he wanted to barf.

Phantom sat upright as he spoke. He kept himself in a non threatening position to show he meant no harm, but on the inside he was full of rage. Being in this place right now just seemed to piss Phantom off. Everything about this place pissed him off. Kyle was a warrior, full of a power that had the potential to destroy the building block of the universe...and more.

"I was also just wondering about you. You see before I came into my powers, I was a reporter and I wanted to get to know everyone. Oh by the way this was outside your."

Phantom then held up the bag from Kyle with the note attached from behind his back.

Personality: Kyle is extremely easy going when he isn't on a case. Kyle likes to be positive and look at the bright side of things, even crack a joke to try to brighten the room up. While Kyle is like this, he is also very serious on dispensing justice. He Works well with others, and is willing to sacrifice his own happiness for the sake of his mission, and for his comrades.
Quirks: Kyle sighs a lot. Some people sometimes take it as a sign of dis respect or laziness, but Kyle just does it. He doesn't even mean to half the time.

Fears: Unable to save someone in danger, being controlled or manipulated.

History: Kyles history is short and sweet. Kyle has no memory of his life until the age of 18, two years ago. He has been living in this city for two years, trying to protect the innocent and dispense justice while also trying to find out why he cant remember anything beyond two years ago.

Powers: Kyle has the ability to control light. He can use it as an offensive attack such as blasts, and can use it as a shield for defensive reasons. He can use it like a non lethal flashlight.
Strengths: Kyle has a slight knowledge of hand to hand combat.
Weaknesses: Weak against darkness based abilities and also can die from over use of his own powers. His own body can only take so much, like a muscle. He has to practice and work it to be able to get stronger and stand more. If Kyle over extends himself he could be burned alive from the inside from his own powers.

Kyle stopped bouncing on his bed for a moment, then continued. He looked at the stunning newcomer with trepidation, curiosity, and excitement. His first meeting with someone here and he had to be cool about it. And stop bouncing on his bed like a five year old. Kyle bounced one more time, bouncing off the bed with a slight spin and landed on his feet. Kyle gave the girl a smile, took one step forward.......then tripped and fell flat on his face. Kyle clutched his face in pain then realized what happened. He got up quickly embarrassed. Kyle blushed furiously and tried to speak in a calm voice.

"W-we-well yea no I mean,"Kyle took a moment to calm himself then flashed a smile,"Well first I had to fight off a wave of Spanish pirates. Then once I collected the reward money I bought a luxury cruise ship. I invited the president of every country in the world to the boat party I held, then held every one of them for ransom. Then when I got away safely, I gave all my money to the villians in need charity, broke into a gym, stole all the equipment, and did the same for a furniture store. Then I got here and lost everything I stole, but fortunately my dad is Dick Grayson, so with my familys connection to the principal, I'm not surprised the principal left a little welcoming present."

Kyle finished his little story with a bow and a chuckle.

"Thank you ill be here all week ma'am."

How is bruce Kyle's grandfather? Just cause...Phoebe is only 22, and has no child XD i'm happy for him to be, but we'd have to work out a back story

It is more of an honorary connection. and @katherinwinter uncle could work as well but to me bruce is more of a father figure to dick so thought grandfather was more appropriate. I always saw dick having bruce as a father figure in his life for any scenario needing a father. but if you guys want me to change it I will I'm not super like bonded to the grandfather thing.

Kyle awoke suddenly, after hearing Nyxx finally getting out of the shower and talking, and jumped out of his seat. Kyle sighed when he saw Nyxx and almost felt like telling her off, except he knew she wouldn't listen.

"Well alright Butterfly lets go....finally....I mean damn in the amount of time it took you to get ready I fell back asleep in the chair."

Kyle let Treecko climb on to his shoulder, then he led Nyxx out the door and out the hotel. Kyle stopped outside the building and yawned loudly. He then pulled out his pokedex and pulled up the map function. Kyle snapped his fingers repeatedly while talking to Nyxx.

"Ok so we are here right now,"Kyle said pointing to them on the map," Which way do you want to go? Before we challenge a gym leader we should probably get a full team of pokemon ready to go. So that means we need to explore. Plus we are both hungry but I bet there is a ton of food in the forest areas. Or we could hunt in the city, ive seen plenty of wild pokemon running about. Its your call Butterfly."

Bio: A child born into a lower class family of an abusive catholic mother and a clam soft hearted father, The young Edward loved to watch movies with his father especially ones with lots of violence and one liners bonding with his father over these kinds of movies, At the age of 12 his parents divorces and he was forced to live with his mother who did not like him watching violent movies and punished him by locking him in the basement filled with rats. Because of this he became hatful of his mother and one day burnt the house down with his mother in it.

After these events the police could not find any sign of how the house burnt down since their was nothing that caused the house to burn and their was no way Edward could escape form inside the house since he was inside when the house burnt now. But when he was questioned by the police he was released and taken into my the government to train his powers and now at the age of 22 he serves as a “Hero” protecting people.
