"Be sure to shout if it's something super crazy," Albrecht called out after Charlotte, before he moved to put on a gas mask. Filtered air with a rubbery smell wasn't the best thing in the world, but decay was also rather unpleasant, and who knew when it'd turn out to be poisonous? Motioning for Alice to get moving as well, Albrecht lead the way to the leftwards stone building, making a mental note to inspect the tombstones after they confirmed there were no skeletons in that hut.

"Fufufu," Katya said, cutting off her endlessly looping song when Muu suddenly popped out of nowhere, "A dagger, you say? A knife? Us Priests need none of that! After all, such things are of the dark and the earth. Rather, I have this!" With a twirl, the rosy-cheeked girl brandished her staff almost dropping it when one end smacked against the cart's side. "Its wood, its long, and it hits hard! Don't look down on a Priest, y'know? Unlike Mages, we do physical conditioning and melee combat too!"

She flashed an 'ok' sign at Oscar as well, swinging her legs back and forth. There really wasn't anything that Katya felt obligated to do, after all. It wasn't like it was THAT cold or windy. Heck, it was super pleasant, being out here with so much unspoiled snow. Popping up to her feet, she turned to check out the river again, ooohing and aaaahing about how pretty and clear it looked. "Hey, hey, Ettamri, can we drink that water? It looks super tasty!"

Late Noon///Floor 3

That was a giant lizard.

Goddamnit.

"Shoulda stayed on the second floor," Varanense grumbled, before he immediately dashed to the side, stopping just short of the wall. Drawing out a bolt, the archer slid it into his crossbow, pulled the string back, and then...waited. The angle was bad. The monster was in the hole, after all, and a lizard's tail was basically detachable to begin with. Well, the melees can do what they can to save Kori. What he was waiting for, though, was when the monster poked its head out of the hole.

His finger stayed beside the trigger, but never on it. Controlling his breathing, Varanense took shallow, calm breaths as he waited for an opportunity. Dahlia will bail them out if something too crazy happened. No need to worry about it.
"Can't just bombard them from a distance?" Elodie spoke up indolently, her own steed a dappled mare. The Bandits didn't mean much to her, not really. It'd be a mark against every member of the Iron Rose Knights except for herself if they lost here, after all, so chances were that they weren't going to lose here. Her own mixture of woven steel and mithril plate sat nice and comfortably over her skin, while her goggles, tinted to shield from bright light and snug enough to ward off smoke and poison, currently rested on her head.

"Got enough magic people here for it, don't we? Just blow em up and clean up the scraps afterwards. Not like they deserve an honorable death or whatever." They really didn't. Innocents involved children, after all. Those bandits weren't even the type to let orphaned kids go. Elodie wasn't vengeful or righteous by nature, but that particular fact didn't sit well with her at all. "And once they start running, well...that's when y'all cut 'em down."

"Till the fields and reap the harvest, y'know what I'm sayin'?"

Nice and relaxing post session for me. If anyone wants to collab (and actually can collab) hit me up. Otherwise, I'm just gonna chill now.

But rather than any elucidation, Mana’s words only caused more confusion to surface, the taller girl letting her shake her off. Taking a couple steps back and clutching her bag to her chest again, she narrowed her eyes, brown eyes sweeping over Mana’s neckline, her cuffs. Then, they widened. Her cheeks burned, embarrassment and genuine remorse showing. The blame went both ways. Mana perhaps could have been more approachable, but she could have simply listened instead of merely hearing.

“Oh,” was her first word, followed by, “Oh, oh, oh! Gosh, I’m so sorry, I thought you thought I was like, geez, are you ok?” She winced, taking another step back until it was her back against the wall. “Like, uh, you musta mistook me for someone else, cause I’m Kiwa Usui, not Hanami...and I don’t have a boyfriend either, so…”

Her voice trailed off afterwards.

Gee, this was awkward, huh.

Hisui nodded, her eyes meeting Tsurushi’s. “Children are crude at the best of times,” she said, “Cruel at the worst. But in the end, they’re simply children. They say what they think, but rarely what they mean.”

She crossed her legs, reclining against her chair. “They’ll warm up to you through time, not effort.”

“Yeah,” Yuudai responded brightly, not minding the stiffness of Miyane’s expressions, “They really were classics! Still give InComplete a listen sometimes, and it’s always as rockin’ as always.”

Daehyun laughed drily from the side. “Nori, chill. You’re hemorrhaging respect by the second here.”

“Hey, I’m just happy to see that MiA’s alive n healthy, ya frigid bastard,” the monochrome drummer shot back, before slapping his pants for a pen. “By the way, MiA, would it be too much trouble to ask you for, uh, an autograph?”

“Definitely losing it all now.”

“Marina!”

Pushing past people disgusted by his friend’s sudden vomiting, Yasuo skidded to a stop beside her, even as his own eyes darted back to the doors of Galaxy, switching between two different targets of focus. It was bad, it was real bad. Her puke had gotten onto her shoes and smelled like a bad fart, while the woman herself definitely looked shaken. Disrupted. She needed to remember what she was here for. Needed to remember that she didn’t have time to waste. Needed to act.

Yasuo placed a hand against her back, leaned in beside her, his other hand pushing her hair out of her face. And, against her ear, he whispered.

“You’re losing time, Marina. You won’t be getting another chance as clear as this. Once he’s gone, he might never return here. It’s now or fucking never, and you know it. This, this that you’re feeling right now. Ignore it. Discard it.”

He clenched his teeth and bared it as a smile.

“And take it all back.”

“Hanh?”

MiWa turned, her brows lifting.

“We don’t let people register to play here under pseudonyms, genius. There’s no Ishikawa in New Blue Glitch and even if there were, they wouldn’t show up with fuck all.” A short bark of a laugh, and she turned back to her lighting work. “Where you from anyways? Really.”

While you nerds are at the gym pumping iron, Elodie is striking it, growing ever closer to her magic mecha.
@HereComesTheSnowOur vampire loli is actually currently being passed off as 'immortal holy warrior bound to the Iron Rose Knights', so no one should actually know she's a vampire, afaik.
But.

It is a choice to become a vampire.

You can always choose to die, after all. ;3
