Would this include the whole rewind time/fuck with the future/butterfly effect thing or just the setting/school life?
The butterfly effect stuff could be hard to control particularly in a large group but a highschool/college/academy thing is usually simple in and of itself.

I think that, if the rewind effect was introduced in the RP, it should be controlled by the GM for simplicity's sake.

Either way, if anyone else needs fancy powers, I suggest giving them other (equally symbolic) abilities. I mean, the rules of the power haven't been established at all in canon, so it could be anything. I'm fine with playing a normie.

@ClocktowerEchos Honestly, I agree with you. It might be because I've seen so many RPs die that I don't really get all emotional over it over it. I like to enjoy the moment, and forging bonds with other writers.

Because the real journey is the friends you make along the way.

Far as I can tell, it's still open (and probably will be for awhile).

If there is room and should I make a character, if denied am I fully denied from the RP or is it just that character that is denied?

I doubt that you'll make a character so horrendous that it'll be denied. At worst, go through extensive edits, but yeah. You won't be rejected from the RP itself if your character is.
