I'll need some more examples of what you're asking for. We have Header 1 which is the Main subject, like Magic Systems, then Header 2 which goes into what magics those are. Some supernatural things are likely to fit into more than one area. Kitsune for example, only goes into animalistic by default because there's section for Spirits. In addition, as I mentioned, there's creatures that belong in other areas like werewolves are usually classed as shapeshifters or could go into the animalistic because they are always fox based. I was suggesting either more board labels or dividing the doc into sections for each RPer involved where they list their own made lore. Visually it would seem like this.

Method 1
Title: Magic Doc
Header 1: Magic Aspects*/Spells, Cultures, and Living Beings/Creatures/Icons.
Header 2: Sections listing the specifics over what is in each one.
Header 3: Even more details over Header 2 sections. (optional)
* Magical Systems or anything that doesn't fit with the others.

Example: H1- Living Beings/Creatures/Icons, a header 2 under that would be something like skin walkers, werewolves, gargoyles, etc.

Method 2
Title: Magic Doc
Header 1: Tearstone, Fallenreaper, fdeviant, etc
Header 2: Section listings of the lore each individual made in their own section.
Header 3: Specifics of those sections. (optional)

Example: H1-Fallen, H2 Werewolves, Kitsune, etc. H3, listing of werewolf species, kitsune species, etc. (Only used mine because it was easier)

fdeviant also has a witch's shapeshifting spell listed under Shapeshifters in the demi-human section, which I think it is more of a spell and ability associated with Witchcraft than an actual creature that shapeshifts since it states in the description that it's witches that do it. In my mind, that's more of a spell/ability than another creature. I could be wrong though but that's how it reads to me.

At this point I'll just make the RP a damn wiki.

You think this is bad? Be thankful you've never seen Blood Act, that's a causal and it has about as much or more lore than CAH.

Add on: The most pitiful part of this, I'm never this orderly with my own notes off line. EVER.

Not to be a pain, but can we organized this Doc a bit differently? Namely as I don't know exactly where to put things for accurate listing and easy searching. So might I make a suggestion?

How about we break it down into two or three Header sections: Magical Aspects*/Spells, Cultures, and Living Beings/Creatures/Icons.

Mainly because some things can go into one or more of the placed headers (Werewolves are classed shapeshifters but they are also animistic because they turn into a wolf which is an animal or some are forced to remain like that in some species. So it might easier if we mainly break it up into more general categories rather than very linear ones.

Another option is this: just list the Header with who's lore is listed there and let the second headers be the listing of what each section is.

What you do you say?

As Tearstone basically said, we're basically just organizing what is currently being made really and VAT said nothing was canon until it made it into the IC Anyone wants to build off what we have, great there's the information. If they don't, that's fine too. Everyone likes different things.

Quick question: How dark is too dark in this RP? Where is the line drawn? For example, is Netflix Daredevil-level dark-and-grittiness acceptable, or...?

EDIT: To add to this, what do you mean by obscene topics in the rules? Overly silly/offensive? Controversial?
