Yeah don’t ever recall BLM charging the US Capitol building, scaling the walls, attacking Capitol police and breaking windows to enter.

Finished my own character, a wookie.

@Queue13 No problem man, take your time.

Nope. I'm okay with a gungan bounty hunter but you gotta use the supplied CS template.

The Imperial I-class Star Destroyer Avenger sat motionless in the darkness of space. The massive machine seemed to fit in with the silence of space, to someone that happened upon it by accident they might believe it had been abandoned. It was not, inside of it were thousands of the Empire's finest. On the bridge stood a tall, gruff looking figure. This was Admiral Vondell and all answered to him on his ship.

"Sir, our scanners have detected multiple ships approaching the Avenger. We believe they are the bounty hunters you requested." Another man said as he stood behind Vondell and stared at the admiral's back as he gazed out the window into the darkness of outer space. This was Captain Dene, second in command on the Avenger. He also answered to Vondell.

"Good. Allow them entry into the hangar, from there on lead them into a conference room." The Admiral replied, as he did not turn his back, his hands folded behind him as he spoke. His voice was deep and almost commanded respect with its sheer tone.

"As you wish, sir. Should we take any security measures?" The lower ranked man asked. Dene's words with a hint of uncertainty to them, him like many others on-board the Avenger did not like strangers coming onto the ship. Especially bounty hunters. No one but Vondell understood why they had been summoned here.

"No. Simply lead them to the conference room, lock doors to other hallways and post guards by them. The visitors are to be treated with respect, they're highly regarded in their field and their only interest lies in the credits we will pay them." Vondell said as he finely turned around and glared at the man speaking to him.

"Very well, Admiral. I will make sure your orders are followed without a hitch." The captain said with a nod.

"I am glad to hear that, you do not wish to know what happens if that promise is not kept."

"Yes, of course, sir." Dene answered almost meekly. Vondell turned his back once more to the captain which the man took as a sign that the conversation was over and he was dismissed. The Admiral once more stared into the stars as he awaited for his ship's guests to arrive.

The wookie growled as he approached the Star Destroyer. Both of his furred hands clenched his ship's controls, the machinery specially designed for his massive fingers. A ping of nervousness shot through his nerves as he slowed his advance and shifted towards the hangar's doors which had been opened.

Then he passed through the barrier, his brown eyes focused on the hangar bay's floor which was mostly barren except for a few transport vessels. The recognizable TIE fighter's could be seen docked above, attached to railings of some sort. Raarkoo parked his fighter, then unbuckled himself from the pilot's chair. As he did this he could feel the eyes of all the Imperials on his ship.

Raarkoo gathered his supplies, with a deep breath he flipped the switch which opened the doors. Then he stepped onto the steel floor outside of his vessel, one of his hands went to his belt as he activated his translator droid. It came on with a chirp as the small machine floated up above his shoulders, its yellow 'eyes' began to scan its surroundings.

An Imperial walked towards Raarkoo, an officer of some kind by his uniform. One his left side the wookie took notice of several Stormtroopers, their helmets turned towards him, each with blaster rifles drawn. One slapped the other in the chest plate as they noticed Raarkoo exit his vehicle.

"You are the wookie bounty hunter, Raarkoo?" The officer asked, butchering his name as he spoke it. From the expression on the man's face he seemed unsure if Raarkoo could understand his words. He also seemed to be quite nervous around the furred creature which made him look like a child in stature.

He also stood a distance from Raarkoo, out of the giant's reach. Humans could be so cowardly, they always treated him like a beast. The Stormtroopers looked almost eager to take a shot at him. Raarkoo spoke to the officer, his words coming out as a mix of growls and roars. His small translator droid instantly translated them to Galactic Basic once the wookie finished what he wanted to say.

"Obviously. There aren't many bounty hunters from my species, you Imperials enslaved us all. I suggest you order your soldiers over there to stop looking at me like a wild animal. I'm sure there is dirty work you could have them do." The words came out in a masculine tone, the officer understanding each one.

"Certainly. The Admiral asked for us to treat you bounty hunters like proper guests." The human answered, taken aback by the words spoken to him. He turned towards the Stormtroopers, gave them a glare and waved his hand. They moved away and walked in the opposite direction. That was better.

"I hope you do that. The other bounty hunters may not be as understanding as me, I know that some of them are very jumpy people." Raarkoo said, as he glared at the officer who seemed to take another step backwards.

"Yes, the Admiral understood that as well. Now please, follow me." He said as he turned his back to the wookie and started to walk towards the interior of the ship. Raarkoo followed behind. As they moved they passed by a duo of Stormtroopers who both seemed to stare at the bounty hunter from behind their helmets. Raarkoo growled at them and kept walking.

"Why didn't he greet me personally?" Raarkoo asked the man as they entered a hallway.

"He has matters to attend to first, he will be with you and others shortly, Once they have all arrived. Captain Dene is waiting in the conference room, he is second in command on this vessel. He'll be glad to address any of your questions better than I can." The officer replied as he stopped at a door. It came open a second later.

Raarkoo entered into into it, inside was a single round table. Chairs were set up around it. At the opposite end of the room stood another human, Captain Dene. The wookie regarded him with a nod, which the man returned. He had the same look of nervousness that the weakling that greeted him had on his face. Raarkoo then took a seat at the table, his translator droid setting itself in front of him.

Raarkoo

Alias - N/A

Species - Wookie

Gender - Male

Age - 181 standard years old

Appearance - Raarkoo's fur covers his entire body, on his face are a few distinguishable features. Just below his left eye is a burn mark, across his lips is a scar.

Height - 2.2 meters

Weight - 253 pounds

Apparel/Armor - As he is a wookie, Raarkoo does not really wear clothing. His thick fur provides resistance to the elements and some natural protection. He has a bandoleer which contains ammunition and around his hips is a sturdy leather belt which contains supplies. Also on the belt are holsters for his sidearm blaster and vibrosword. On his back is another holster for his bowcaster.

Weapons - Raarko's main weapon is a handcrafted bowcaster, the signature weapon of his species. He carries a secondary weapon in the form of a Model 434 heavy blaster pistol. For close range encounters Raarko has a vibroblade.

Equipment - A M-TD miniaturized translator droid, Imperial Peace-Keeping Certificate, grappling spike launcher, credit chip, Whipcord launcher and Bacta spray.

Personal starship - Raarko flies a G1-M4-C Dunelizard fighter. It is a relatively quick craft that is equipped with twin medium laser cannons, a missile launcher and shields. It is a common sight amongst bounty hunters and is enough for Raarko.

Skills -
  • Raarko is highly skilled with his bowcaster, it's is favored weapon though he is proficient with other blasters.
  • He is a fearsome melee combatant, his pure physical strength is often enough to win close quarters battles. But he is trained with his vibroblade and enjoys using it.
  • As a wookie he is naturally stronger than many other species, almost to an absurd degree. Wookies have a reputation to rip someone's arm out if they anger them, Raarko is no different.
  • He's a natural climber, trees in particular are something climbed with ease. He's also faster than he would appear for his towering size.
  • Raarko is also great at tracking, able to do it on all terrains but forests in particular. He knows how to lay down traps and often does so.
  • Solid starship pilot, no an ace but can hold his own.
  • He understands his native language, Galactic Basic and Huttese. He cannot speak the latter two though.

Flaws -
  • He is prone to intense bouts of anger. It doesn't take a whole lot to stir his temper.
  • Unable to speak any language except for his native tongue. Requires his translator droid when speaking to non-Wookies.
  • Raarko is completely ruthless, when tracking a bounty he lets nothing stand in his way. While he doesn't enjoy killing civilians, if they are in his path then he's not afraid to cause collateral damage.
  • He's very cocky and looks down at many other species. He'll often crack remarks about his superior strength and power.
  • Raarko does not have many friends and is used to working alone. So much so that he almost prefers it. He rarely trusts others.
  • He has an intense hatred for Trandoshans, just being in the presence of one makes him want to rip its head off. He doesn't work with them no matter the situation. Also hates the Empire but works with them because they pay very well.

Personality - Raarko is a fierce wookie with a volatile temperament, this is a stereotype of the race but he pretty much embodies it. He's quick to anger and when angry tends to destroy walls, doors and items around him. He's not afraid to speak his mind on matters, though to non speakers of his language his words just sound like growls and roars. He has few friends throughout the galaxy but those that he has he protects with intensity. He respects courage and boldness, a way to earn his respect is to best him in combat honorably or fight alongside of him.

Backstory - Raarko was born on the wookie homeworld of Kashyyyk, his family was large and very close. He spent his early years learning the wookie way of life. It was during this time that he learned about the beauty of his homeworld, the fierce and sometimes gentle wildlife, the massive trees his people climbed. Being on forested worlds to this day reminds him of his homeworld. When he reached adulthood he stayed on his homeworld, becoming a hunter for his people.

It was his job to track down and kill wild creatures so that the people in his village could eat. Life was simple and like this for many years. He met a female wookie who would become his wife, eventually he had a son. He was happy on his homeworld, there was rarely conflict and any outsiders that came to the world were merchants who meant his species no harm. For decades it went like this until the Clone Wars began and his planet became a sight for battle.

He fought in the battle of Kashyyyk, on the frontlines with thousands of his race. Some were scared of the fearsome droid army that was going to bear down on them, but these fears were shot down. His people were backed by the Republic army and Jedi. Combat began quickly but dragged on in a back and forth conflict, neither side seeming to push the tide of war their way. Many of Raarko's friends perished in battle, though he survived it.

Then everything changed as the Republic fell and the Empire rose, it was all a blur to him as he watched clone troopers gun down their Jedi generals as they were branded traitors to the Republic. His people were enslaved by the now Imperial forces as they took his homeworld, Raarko was sent to mine spices and split from his family. He didn't see his son or wife again.

For a few years he was forced to work intense and brutal labor as he mined spices. He worked it alongside of his race, many died during the forced labor. Raarko and a few of his fellow wookies broke away and escaped one day, flying away into space away from the mines.

With nowhere else to turn Raarko became a bounty hunter, there were few free wookies throughout the galaxy at that time, a good amount of them became bounty hunters. He put his skills as hunter to work, carving out a solid reputation as a freelance bounty hunter. Years of work lead him to working with the Empire, a prospect he was at first nervous about until he proved an asset to them after tracking and capturing some of their targets.

He didn't like working for the people that enslaved his people and was watchful of them every second he was in their presence. He received the message from the Empire about a lucrative job offer and took it.

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....

BOUNTY HUNTERS

It has been thirteen years since the rise of the evil GALACTIC EMPIRE. It is a terrifying time as the oppressed galaxy lays within its crushing fist. Any that dare to stand against them are destroyed.

Bounty hunters thrive throughout the galaxy, the unpredictability of current times has given them more work than ever. When their feared STORMTROOPERS are not suitable for a mission, the Empire calls upon these paid mercenaries.

A message has been sent to several highly regarded bounty hunters as the Empire is offering them payment for a high risk job. They all assemble aboard a Star Destroyer in an undisclosed location....

Rules:

1. The usual stuff: No godmodding, metagaming, autohiting, powergaming, Mary Sues/Gary Stus, etc.
2. Original characters only. See the Character Creation Rules below for more info.
3. Be friendly in the OOC, your characters can despise each other in the IC but don't actually hate each in the OOC. I have a zero tolerance on fighting in the OOC.
4. Romance is cool, but keep it PG-13 with the romantic scenes.
5. This a casual level RP, minimum of one solid paragraph per IC post. More is always great. Roleplay in third person, that is a pet peeve of mine. Don't be afraid to collab with other players for posts.
6. Try not to just disappear, if you're going to be away then please notify me. One week without a word from you then you're removed from the RP.
7. Character death is a possibility.
8. Please don't control any named NPCs, those are for me to deal with. Unnamed ones are a different story, you can control those in your IC posts.
9. My word is law.
10. Have fun. Any questions or concerns can be directed towards me.

All the interest is awesome! Will work on making an OOC later.
@SleepingSilence

7/10, alright song, I really like the video. The animation is top notch and it was really sad, didn't expect it to be. The song sounds, I don't know, kind of generic? Not really my cup of tea but the video is great.
