In which Jvan revs her engine and creates an ocean by squeezing blood from a stone.

I'll fill out a Creation form sometime.

I think I remember starting a goblin vs. wraith war with that guy. Good times.

Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, that was truly epic. The fact that we can't access it gives it the air of legend - a long ago war between Thulemiz and Cavern things, where comets rained down and gods fought.
@Kho

I figured you'd rejoin as a player when summer came and you had more time. Is that not so?

If it's not so, then there will be no Thulemiz and therefore no need for any Great Lich Lord nonsense ;p

I think necromancy makes the most sense if it worked by using Mammon's occult magic. Perhaps it could be done by summoning a demon to possess a corpse, or preventing the victim's soul from leaving its body even in death.

You forget what happens to Necromancers who defile Death's purity...
<Snipped quote by Kho>

Why?

WE CAN MAKE A BETTER WORLD THIS TIME WHERE THULEMIZ WON'T EXIST!

Yup, we're not having any of that:

Yup, I have, which is why I'm officially withdrawing as a player. Vowzra will continue to exist, but he will be used entirely as a GMing tool.

@Kho The summon back the dead thingie might indeed be a bit of a problem. As my character is kind of built around taking the spirits (think of them as shattered fragments of a soul) and returning them to the Primordial Pool so they can be 'reforged' into souls. The important part here is that these spirits hold fragmented memories. I'd assume that Slough could imbue a corpse with another soul. Or gods could simply 'resurrect' the corpse into unnatural life. But all those beings would be without memories.

Reathos isn't too happy already about people who live longer than they should. Imagine if a god brings back a corpse to life. Reathos himself would go to rip the body to shreds if he had to. Such thing would be a true abomination in his eyes. In fact, he won't even dare think that a god would have the audacity to do such a thing. (In other words, do it!)

Hmm, you'd have to discuss what exactly a soul is with Frettzo and Lugu, because we had necromancy in the last RP. You're going to have to create a system which allows for other gods to bring people back to life exactly as they were - whether this means every god has access to the pool or can reconstruct a spirit into a soul or whatnot. But you'll also have to work out a way to make sense of necromancy, and very powerful Liches who can essentially bring a soul back, full with memories etc.
Are planes bound to physics?

For example, my dreamrealm can be composed of things that would not work on the real world?

Nop, planes are not bound.

Think of the 'universe' as a bubble, planes of existence are smaller bubbles on the outside, they can't be as bug as the universe, but they are their own separate dimensions with their own laws. For instance, Vowzra may be able to create a dimension where Time passes at completely diffrent rates from the universe
I'm curious as to what would happen if two these things collide into one another. And if they collide with a portal to another plane of existence, would they pass through or would they consume the portal?
And if the portal is large enough for its boundaries to be out of the influence of the spheres, would they pass into the other plane? Very interesting.
Also, are these spheres of negation that Jolkfyr created... are they slowly erasing everything? Or is it simply that whatever is in its borders don't exist for the duration it in contact.

Physics and Time and other 'ethereal' things don't exist for the duration of contact. Physical things: stars, nebulas, black holes, comets, planets, space whales, Cthulhu etc. are erased completely.

I was going to have Vowzra tweak them slightly, but never really had time to do anything, everything moved along and changed before I could react or post.
Okay getting it. But to continue on the subject of life. At what point can we say natural life-forms (AKA those who evolved naturally over time and those planted by Slough) do they get souls? Or rather, does the soul power of a creature increase over the course of it's evolution? Because honestly I can't imagine a snail or bacteria having the same kind of soul power as a human or whale.

That is a question for @Lugubrious to answer
@Legion02 Well, using my gods powers AND time. For instance, could Sloud just simply create bacteria and give that a few billion years to evolve into a higher life form. Since we're divine immortals, Time means nothing. So could someone achieve their goals, slower, if they had the means and creativity to do so.

As the laws of the universe have put in place things such as 'change', I'd say that things would develop naturally over time without expenditure of Might, yes. So put in place bacteria, and the necessary conditions for evolution, and come back in a few billion years and voila, you might have many sea creatures.

But if you want faster development - use Might.
