⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

Thana Martin

Location: The Truck

Thana glanced over her shoulder slightly towards Alexander before returning her eyes to the road. At least Gavin was out of her hair for now. Ash was off dealing with god only knew what and she was stuck with her ex. It wasn't that Gavin was a bad guy, in fact he was the best and that was the problem. The fact he was handsome, and fun, and loving, and romantic, and skilled, and smart, and, and, and... She wasn't sure where her feelings where for him anymore. She had put that part of her life behind her. She had moved on. With Ash! Last night! And now he shows up... Blinking she nodded in confirmation. "Yes, Gavin Comfort," she said confirming the mans name for the veteran. "And thank you for the use of the radio, might be the only thing that allows us to find each other again once this is over."

"Nothing better than the map I just handed you. Places in Georgia aren't exactly big on maps other than at state level. I'm surprised we have this county one. That probably took some digging. Grew up in South Georgia, finding one of those took a library or trip to the county seat," Thana explained. It would be different if they had a GPS, even an old one that was preloaded would have been good for zooming in. "I wouldn't worry about snipers, knowing Gavin he will pick any off. The mans a hell of a shot."

Taking a turn and moving further east and then swinging back north Thana continued to drive. Thankfully they were not hitting any major road blocks. Nothing a little creative driving couldn't get around. "Gonna try to get us 2 miles out and north of Eden before we stop, then we can hoof is the rest of the way. If I know Gavin and James, they left at least a few toys in the truck for us. We can do a count once we park," Thana added as her hands gripped the steering wheel and kept pressing on.

Gavin & Lola

Location: The Tank

"Well shit girl, that is a lot more than me.> I was just over here with my tank doing one of those lovely stents governments love to do with other countries to try to keep things all happy go lucky. Was out training with some American Tank drivers on maneuvers when all hell broke out. Stayed at the base forever, dressing up my baby here before moving out," Lola chimed in as she patted her tank and kept driving. She was grinning ear to ear.

"What about you Cowboy? What's a ten gallon hat like yourself doing out here? Figure someone like you be roping cattle or some shit, whatever it is you American Cowboys do. You play guitar and sing and shit like that Gene Autry fellow?" Lola asked.

Gavin had gone rather quiet and nodded a little bit as he kept checking the rifle. "Actually I do sugar," he said but a lot of the light was out of his voice when he spoke.

"Aces mate! So, come on! What's your story?" she said, edging him on. It was obvious that Lola was oblivious to Gavins mood change.

The cowboy kept working on the rifle but he spoke as he did. His voice seemed to have gone dark as did the expression on his face and the look in his eyes. "I done fouled up and made the biggest mistake since Sherman burning Atlanta. I means to make it right, make those sick bastards pay in Eden and get my Strawberry back," he said in a cool voice.

Lola's finally drawn on eye brows arched deeply and she looked over to Gavin. "What exactly did this place do?" she asked. Not that she had really cared before. It was gong to be fun, they had killed Thalias family so it was all totes in her book but it seemed there was a lot more to this story than she had heard about yet.

Evelina Lucas

Location:Abandoned House

The sun was pouring in through the cabins front door and specks of dust caught in the light dancing around like glitter in the warmed air. The windows were covered with dust and pollen from years of build up. It was one of those places on the land that hadn't been taken care of before the day was frozen in time. The place was just a run down abandoned building when they came there and Evelina had never thought to use it for anything. There were plenty of places on the property that had needed tending to that would be used heavily. The main house had been the first to be tended to, after which was the kitchen house. Then there was the mill and the barn. A few other choice smaller buildings, the grounds themselves, etc. Yet this one building had been left alone. It was alone, in the middle of the woods nearly, away from the rest. Maybe she should have done something with it but looking around, even now, she was glad she hadn't.

A curl formed at the corner of her lips. Drem would have liked this house. It was messy, broken down, covered in a layer of dirt but yet it had character. It looked as if it had been lived in before it was abandoned and the belongings of his that she kept stored there looked as if they were made for this setting. As if the building had been placed there for the very purpose of holding his life in stasis after he was gone. The only thing that wasn't in there was the last pair of glasses he had worn....

The memory of that day came flooding into her mind. A journal had appeared in Brogden, a little town out in the Dakota Territory. The year was 1884. The journal however was from a woman by the name of Silvia and it was from her life before her transfer from Earth to Atlenia in the year 3590. Needless to say, it did not belong there and could horribly throw off the time line. That time line had already been distorted, creatures running rampant that should have never seen the light of day. Vile creatures that sounds of their unlife were whistled on the wind and others even more horrid that were black masses, with tentacles who froze the earth and waters where they appeared. Angpetu Dulain, a paradox, went with Drem and Evelina back to that time to hunt down the journal. They found it, Evelina was the only one to return...

Seeing the journal sitting there on a table, Evelina picked it up and sat down, flipping through it slowly until she froze. Blood was splattered on the pages. It was odd to find a relic from a future era that was as old fashion as this journal but there it was. And because it was nothing high tech other than the cover itself, the blood soaked into that wood pulp based papyrus. The sound of the journal snapping shut echoed through the cabin as the sound of crickets and cicadas crept in. She tossed the journal back on the table as she stood up, the dust billowing from the floor and up around her black shoes as the smoke rose from her pipe. "Enough of this cobblewobble," she told herself as she stepped out of the cabin and the door closed heavily behind her. Shoving her hands into her jacket pockets she looked out over the green before her and steeled her emotions.

Alicia Gonzalez

Location: Kitchen House ->

Alicia kept shoveling in the eggs and bacon with a vengeance, shaking more and more hot sauce on between bites. "Shit, I wish we had some. Fuck man, find me a ghost pepper and we can start talking." If one didn't know better, one could easily think that Alicia was Gilberts long lost sister. The way she carried herself and ate nearly mirrored the multiple millennia old warrior. Granted there was no way possible she was related. Emendators couldn't have children. So there was never a spawn of such. Yet if there ever had been one that did, it was probably Gilbert and the result of his seed was probably the Gonzalez line. I mean, who else would cook shit, bust down doors in fuzzy bunny slippers, and be feared through the centuries? Well other than a Gonzalez or Gilgamesh.

Evelina had been in that morning? That was good she was out and about but sadly she had missed her. She doubted she would get a chance before the next person showed up. Leaning back she wiped her mouth with a rag on the table and shook her head slightly. "No idea, she never said exactly. I think we have a couple more new asshats showing up. Yeah... Already brought in three and every damn one of them is from the same damn area," she said before dropping the cloth on the table and downing her cup of coffee. "It's weird, dying one way, getting here and remembering dying elsewhere. But yeah, they're form then. Only one of them I actually know. James. Think you'll like the Blackneck, cooks up some mean BBQ," she said with a smirk as she stood up and walked her things over to the sink.

Turning she looked back over to him and out of the corner of her eye she caught a glimpse of her clipboard. There were words appearing on it. "Shit! Gotta run! Clean that shit for me, please!!!" she said as she grabbed the clipboard and darted out of the kitchen house. She jumped from the porch to the ground, skipping the front steps entirely, and sprinted the short distance to the tree. The portal had already turned and was lifting up as it was dropping off the next person. Alicia basically did a hip slide right next to the woman as she appeared and if there had been an umpire present they would have yelled "SAFE!" Her face ended up right next to the woman. "Welcome to Thunderdome! You're dead!"

Diamond District: Genny was waiting outside of the room as Mali stepped out. Her tablet in hand as she pushed back her glasses from the tip of her nose. "I hope you are refreshed! Wayne wanted me to take you over to our Beauty Rejuvenation Specialist Shelia. She has several wonderful facials that she will go over with you after she does a base skin assessment. If you will just follow me," she said before motioning for Mali to follow her. Her pony tail bouncing as she walked down the hall and around the corner.

"Sweet baby Jesus Helga! Let up on them mits of yers!" a very familiar voice rang out from behind one of the doors.

"Haha! I forget you are delicate!" Helga laughed from behind the door as they passed.

Genny chuckled a bit before rounding the corner to a glass walled area of the salon and over to what looked more like a dental chair than anything anyone would relax in. On a high stool sat a a very built woman who couldn't have been more than four foot in height wearing a lab coat. Her skin was the color of ebony but her hair was shockingly platinum blonde. Looking up from the tray she was arranging her amber eyes nearly glowed against her skin. "Shela, this is Mali. Mali please let me introduce you to Dr. Elizabeth Johnson."

"Goo'day," the woman said in a thick Australian accent. Hopping off the stool and walking over to Mali. Tilting her head back she looked up at the woman and held her small hand out to her, it was adorned with numerous rings, long fake nails and several heavy high end bracelets. "How you doing?" she asked. Now that she was standing and her back was not turned, one could easily see that this woman probably worked out as much as Mali did. She might have been lacking in height but she didn't seem to let that stop her.

Police Department: Station 54: "Ah, yeah. I'm still lead on this case, so we will watch it together but like I said. Not here. It isn't secure," Roy said before glancing over towards Riley. "And yeah, she's a person of interest," he said as he leaned back in his chair. "Wondering how she fits in. Seems she knew Lawson before moving here to Justice. Was married to a girl she went to High School with. From what I can dig up, she killed a serial killer back in her home town the day after he came back from being a POW over seas. Now she is here when all this death is happening? Her sister bites the dust just recently and she keeps on trucking like nothing happened," Roy said as he looked back over towards Priya.

"Don't know if I can trust her. Don't know if I can trust you. Don't know if I can trust well shit, anyone anymore. Ever had that feeling?" he asked as he picked up his coffee and downed about half of it now that it had had a chance to cool down. "Same High School your Special Agent Tinder went to. Now, how weird is it that we have four people all from or in connection to the same area show up here and two are dead within weeks of each other?"

Deadlight District: Oh... Why spoil it? Death is coming...

La Hacienda: "What's not happening?" Maria asked as she tore off after Caesar. Just what was the man up to. Sure he had admitted she was right but that wasn't the first time he had. She wondered if he ever just agreed with her to shut her up.

"I know but I am coming back, soon as the cab gets here. I'll secure a flight when I get to the airport. No... Yes I know. I'm taking the meds yes. Yeah they're helping the nausea. Okay, yeah. Me too. Bye," Natasha said on the phone before hanging up and looking over as Cecily came into the room. "Hey," she said as she stood up and shoved her phone into her purse.

"How's the arm doing?" she asked as she walked over to the bed and started shoving the few things she had taken out back where they went. "Listen, I'm getting the hell out of dodge. That man isn't right in the head and I don't have time for his drama," she said as she closed up her suitcase and zipped it shut. "You might want to as well."

Justice Asylum: Risa kept a close eye on Jaina. The woman may have been a linguist by trade but working for the U.N. gave her more skills than just knowing what others were saying. It was knowing what they weren't saying. Her training in facial expressions alone went a long way to know what someone would do before they even did it or before it even registered in their own mind. Micro expressions were a wonderful thing. "Pas mieux, juste amusé. Soyez prêt à tout."

Quirking a brow, Risa decided it was best to play along. Rising to her full height, which wasn't much. Risa was only five foot four inches tall after all. Even in her heels she was barely five foot seven. When she was soaking wet she was lucky to weight 115 pounds. Yet she made the most of it. "Кто я? Кто я? Я Риса! Тень ночи. Я танцевал со смертью и выжил." Her hands waved around slightly, more than slightly, with presence. Her voice loud and proud and rather over pronounced. Then she winked at Jaina. "Я когда-то встречался с Бахзули."

Elizaveta Romanova

Location: Russian Imperial Tent City: Moving On

Elizaveta was more than grateful that Vlad was handling things and that Constantin was there to aide as well. There was much to do and so very little time to do it at this point. Her earlier encounter with a Soulless had nearly spent her and she had to be strong right then. Not only for her people but for the circus. And then there was the new addition, the little Adam that had come with Sister Mary. He could not come with them. Taking a breath she looked over towards Mary and nodded. "Of course, there is much to discuss. I vish to speak of the little one. I believe he vould do vell here, he is orphan? This is vhere orphans find family," she said before turning her attention to their arrivals. The council was being ushered off to the side of the grand tent in their carriages, so that left the Lady Crypt and the boy that was with her.

"Let us go greet the others," she said before stepping over towards Virginia and James. The man who had rode with James was laughing.

"Oh yes, one bite to snap your neck and another to gobble you vhole! Oh Grand Duchess! And Sister Mary, ve as asked," he said bowing deeply. Elizaveta nodded and smiled down at James softly.

"Oh yes, Myska here eat much. He love children, so soft and tender," she said without batting an eye and in a dove like voice. Waving her gloved hand Myska came over to Elizaveta and she petted him between the ears as she knelt down. "Теперь Мыска, ты хорошо относишься к мальчику. Не ел его," she said before smiling over towards James. "You vant ride Myska?" she asked him before looking over towards Virginia. "If that is acceptable. I have something I must discuss with you Lady Crypt, about Miss Vyndham."

Elizaveta did not like the fact that she needed to speak with Virginia. She had nothing against the Crypts, but to have to inform Virginia of some vision would be hard news to deliver but from what little she had seen, Virginia and Millicent were friends. At least she suspected as much from what she had seen before the attack at Almacks the night before. Things were not boading well. An attack at Almacks, visions coming to the Circus, and little did the Grand Duchess know even more attacks - those that had swept through London since Almacks; deaths that the constables were investigating but had ceased with night falling now. No one dared venture out at this hour. Though, with it being dark now and the fog of London rolling in, especially over by the Docks, it would make slipping out of ones home much simpler. And if one knew the streets they could slip quickly from one point to another.

@Morose Yah yah, go ahead.
@Mariana Collie Oh sure, feel free to sleep in there, just watch out, some people like to use them as trampolines. Might want to board yourself in when your sleeping, we have some freaks around here. The limbs come in handy, playing baseball and all. They don't allow us to have bats, too many head injuries.
@Nallore lol Sounds good, bring me back some food. I don't want to cook tonight. It's too damn cold.
