If a character either is heavilly suspicious of you or knows you did something your mental suggestions will not work. Level two mind spells are not mind control, they are simply suggestion. Also, if you want that rapier artifact to be enchanted but are indulging in the line of thought "I best not talk about it or they'll play around it" stop, and say what the enchantment is on the cs. Otherwise, it's not enchanted, and if someone starts meta gaming you I will slap the shit out of them just as hard as I will slap the shit out of you for doing so.

Sorry If I come off as harsh, I'm just trying to be upfront about issues instead of sugarcoating.

The numbered system elsewhere in my Character Sheet page doesn't apply to this RP, Tyki. But yes, more Schools do lessen magic power; this doesn't apply to Exceptional Skills, as I said earlier, but it does apply to 'Dual-School' spells.

@Tyki Well it clearly is not enchanted otherwise I would have said that don't worry. It just is a really nice sword.
I also can't quite find were you said anything about the level and the power of spells perhaps I did not see it but in any other case how was I too know?

Oh, the level and power of spells thing probably came from Tyki confusing the current spell system with another in my CS Thread.

Edit: Although a general rule is that More Schools = Weaker Spells, although it doesn't apply to Exceptional Skills.

Samuru would take a Skill Card that portrayed a blast of brilliant light damage, and as he put it in his pocket, realize that he now had the means of magical attack that he had asked for earlier. After hearing Ayano's voice, the young man would nod, then walk towards the signpost, touching it. Jolting slightly at the surprisingly vivid image in his head, Samuru then concentrated, and a few seconds later, he was back in the village.

Looking behind him, the young man would say, "So, want to go back to the warehouse; report to Rui what we've found?" Then, turning to Sato, Samuru would continue, "You kept a cool head, even when I was...less than helpful. Sato Hashimoto, I have a lot to learn from you."

Then, to Mako and Ryan, he spoke, "You two were awesome as well, and I must admit to feeling some envy of your skills and ferocity, the latter which I cannot match. I hope to be your support and defense in the future, if you are both willing."

So all the player characters will have six spells/exceptional skills, but I was wondering how common that level of power was in the populace. If I walk down the street and bump into the baker, is it likely that he has some kind of magic to deal with the master swordsmen stealing flour from his suppliers? I ask out of curiosity and backstory reasons.

Oh, PCs are meant to be exceptional people, but ordinary civilians, especially those with a profession, have one or two Spells/Exceptional skills, as opposed to PCs' six and increasing.
