That is exactly what I was going for, yes. Force you into the festival and whatnot.

The fast talking half-ling was out of there lives as quickly as he came, darting off while Artemis molested Kiara further. There little game of teasing their bonded human went on until she was red in the face and threw Artemis off, at which point Roma knew to let her cool down before she looked for a broom closet to let Artemis have her way with Kiara in. They commuted through the portal and made their way to a surprisingly hectic tavern which played host to the many and mad explorers who struggled to ascend the tower.

"This is certainly packed." Roma said, stating the obvious from beside Kiara. There was now the need to find an actual seat, which was a trial in and of itself without being struck by an errant ball or being made to sit at a table with a party of its own. However, her keen eyes didn't fail her in this instance, and she came upon the sight of a lone man she recalled being at the meeting just before.

"There, we shall sit there."

Taking Kiara and Artemis by their hands, the shorter spirit dragged them through the crowd come hell of high water, brushing past customers and pausing only to let the maelstrom that was the waiter and his spirit pass by. The three woman soon found themselves before Baldur's table, Roma seating herself across from the man before Kiara could say anything edgewise about it being rude to intrude.

"You are a sensible man. Few words, subtle presence. I approve." The Eel said, voice never rising above the deadpan while she rested her folded hands on the table. "We require a table and aid within the tower would not be go amiss. Can we ask this of you?"

Even by magi standards, Walgrave was an interesting person to meet. His ancient, weathered nature left him with the unsettling countenance that appeared more fitting on a Dead Apostle then anything resembling the modern magus. It would have been rather intimidating if they were to meet as adversaries and sans their Servants, but at the present moment Richard had no such concerns and greeted the ancient mage with due respect. Names were exchanged and pleasantries made before Masters and Servants could sit around the table and discuss business.

"I am interested in entertaining a great many things, your offer being the predominant one currently." Richard said, unaffected by the aroma of the prospective business partner. Working with various gases and chemicals, often being more pungent then anything else, has bequeathed to him a hardy constitution in regards to his olfactory senses.

"Though I do feel inclined to point out the...haste, with which you sought out this meeting. I can't much recall a prior encounter between us, and I doubt my regular associates would have referred you to me, so would you be so kind as to tell me what it is you hope for in this discussion? Surely, with the cooperative nature of this endeavor, not even speaking of the capabilities of our host in regards to marshalling us, there would be no need so great that you seek out the nearest Assassin before we had even touched foot on contested soil?"

It was a bit early to discuss betraying everyone else in the room, and Richard wasn't of the mind to do so regardless of Walgrave's offers or threats towards his person. An alliance with a mage many times his own age was certain to be fraught with pitfalls, but he wouldn't be where he was if he turned away an offer without considering it, and for all he knew Walgrave could turn into a life long associate based off the connections established in conflict. This War was as much an opportunity to network as it was to save the time stream, or put forth the Magi's mysteries to the ultimate proving ground.

So in the spirit of opening dialogue, Richard procured a blessedly untouched bottle of red wine and four glasses, pouring for Master and Servant alike.

"I have always believed there are seldom few ways to get an exchange flowing better then with mankind's greatest alchemic creation."

"Oh Master..."

The vulpine Servant couldn't help but find her eyes moistened by the sorrow and supplication of her Master, whose regret at even possibly offending the Servant was bare for all to see. Were it any other Master and Servant, well such a whirlwind of a relationship wouldn't even be possible, but Tamamo was fuelled by romanticism as much as she was by Prana. Some days she was amazed she didn't have a reality marble to impose her romantic ideals upon the world, and but alas there was no way for reality to cope with that degree of madness.

"No, no. Things couldn't be better Master. My concern was that the history written by my killers would not be as close to the truth as I would like, and would have you think me be some witch trying to beguile you before some untimely betrayal." Whether or not Servants could sneeze was entirely up to Madea at this point. Tamamo was of course referring to the Kitsune's frequent depiction as tricksters, and nothing more...probably. Her hand rose to clasp the one on her shoulder, features settling back into a more comfortable look of contentment. "But my Master is too good for that deception to mislead her. I'm certain I have the best Master for me."

So Tamamo released Seyrun's hand and turned her focus to the bounty before her. She found the food good, the wine great, but the company was best of all.
allright, let's see if I can post before leaving for Thanksgiving festivities all day...
@Mega Birb

Was I tagged in that post because Aderyn is waiting for Kanbaru?
<Snipped quote by KoL>

You pretty much nailed it, except it's even more personal for Henry since some of the stuff belonged to his father. He only has like 5 momentos of his parents.

Which seems kind of weird since he killed his Father and took everything he had. He should be drowning in mementoes, starting with his castle.
@GamerXZ

No worries. Were winding down a round now so you have ample time to whip someone up into shape.
@Beloss

I imagine some of the Servants would wind up fighting over Aphrodite's pomogranites for a very special fruit salad with their Master.
Meanwhile Madea and Diarmuid shake their heads in disgust.
ill get a post up tomorrow

The spirit had her curiosity aroused when a man with a very thick accent happened upon them and seemingly misinterpreted the intentions of her more benign words. Apparently no one found the idea of a spirit revolution concerning, but then again these humans did think it a good idea to build a city around a tower of super powered monsters, so there surely must have been something in the water to eliminate the self preservation instincts of all the people here. Like oh so many lemmings...hmm, note to self, put Kiara in a lemming costume.

"You are mistaken in your understanding. I am pleased to have bound myself to a human like Kiara. No where in the world is there a greater canvas her skin in the pale moonlight, marred by streaks of red from the lash of a whip." Roma said to the complete stranger eying up three young woman, her groping hands returning to rest folded before her. "To be frank, if Artemis and I were not satisfied, then we would have eaten her with more then just our tongues."

Direct and deadpan as ever, Roma waited with a stoic face to witness the reaction of the two humans. It never ceased to be of interest to see their reaction to such frank discussion, though there was the uncanny feeling the foreign man would be delighted by such talk.
