To make something clear in the most compassionate tone that text can convey;

What has transpired with 13org was an ugly affair and one we don't wish to ever have to repeat in this RP or any other. It should be made abundantly clear that questioning the logic or motivation or a character is not an attack upon them OR their creator. At its best it's a sign of genuine interest in your work and a desire to further understand what makes that construct of text come to life. Otherwise it's a criticism over something that does not readily make sense to the reader and we wish clarification so we can have the chance to develop interest.

Furthermore, GMs don't need to like each and every character to officiate over them. It's part and parcel that come characters just rub people the wrong way, but that doesn't stop them from striving to be fair in supervising them. So if you feel a GM does not like a character for whatever, don't fret because they aren't gunning to kill you off and kick you from the RP, and there are plenty of great people here and around the guild to interact with outside of them.

I understand Hikari has drawn in a lot of new people, and we don't want this freak occurrence to stain their opinions into thinking this is the norm, as Floodtalon and Awesome can likely attest. We just want the best for the health of the RP, and that means providing the sandbox for the RPers themselves to bring it to life.

Here's to hoping we can move forward without further incident.

@13org

Clearly you have irreconcilably different perceptions then the GMs and likely the rest of the RPers. By means that eludes me Hikari is a surprisingly healthy RP with active and energetic people putting the time to develop characters and interact. We have some abstract and interesting characters trying to work their way through the world and over come their own burdens, such as Lumen off the top of my head, but are still understandable.

I've reread your CS a few times recently, and while I see she has been raised isolated, she is also supposed to be incredibly well learned in her niche of expertise. Given that she is a Faun deeply in tune with nature I would consider her to speak from an area of expertise that surpasses that of most everyone else around her, so I myself was left flabbergasted by her opinions and asked questions, because with something so large a part of her personality it wasn't clear to anyone reading that CS.

But that's beside the point now. Perhaps this all just sparked from being poked on a bad day and things escalated out of control. Regardless you have worn out your welcome here. We'd have been happy to smile, nod, and wait for Lilac to grow and explain herself to characters IC as well as their writers, but frankly we find your behavior contemptuous. Don't fling your shit at the walls and say our house smells rotten.

Get out, and take the remnants of your temper tantrum with you. Perhaps grow a thicker skin while your at it too.
@Kalas

We have no issue with you returning. Welcome back. Just give us some heads up if you need to do so again in the future.
@Dealdric

That weakness needs to be changed. Riddles don't count.

And you still haven't used proper line breaks for paragraphs. Break up that sample post.
@Dealdric

Before we go over this for content, could you please consider adding line breaks between paragraphs for ease of reading? It makes CSes and posts far easier to read and review.
@Cerces22

But she isn't speaking from Culture. She's speaking from Nature's perspective!
@13org

Ugh, you are not making anything easy. We wanted straight answers and got hand waves and misdirection. Then a few insults to our intelligence. Then passive aggressiveness. We did not want anything to escalate beyond and exchange of questions.

And looking at the History of your post I don't see anything about this forest saying it was some isolated Avalon and not just a forest with Fauns and witches, so pardon us when we aren't exactly certain of anything.

At this point I don't care either or. Feel free to keep playing, I just know better then to ask questions of your characters.
@13org

No no no, we aren't trying to kick you, but if you want to be passive aggressive about it I won't be heart broken.

You app'ed a cute faun girl for moe supernatural hijinks. Then you try and make deep emotional turmoil as purity is exposed to the horrors of the world, and we get confused. Honestly this is not a huge problem since it literally just popped up and we have not felt adequately answered.
It's more that Windel and I don't understand it.

Lilac's actions are sort of acceptable, but it's the rationale behind them that throws us for a loop. Your explanations just don't make sense in the context. Meh, maybe I'm just not in the right frame of mind. Windel's busy right now so I'll just leave it to Windel or KoL since I'm just spinning my wheels with this.

The only witches she knew were the one she calls 'grandma' and a few others who lived there as a coven.

And you still hadn't answered Windel's question. Being raised in isolation is not THIS good of an explanation, short of putting her in a pocket universe with it's own laws of physics and reality and has no contact with the outside. Further on top of that, the entire coven failed to raise her adequately by not informing her of anything of the outside world that would prepare her for life in general, not just schooling.

So to Windel's question; Did the Coven tell Lilax anything about the prejudice towards Witches, caused by the Great Witch and her covens spreading incomparable desolation on the world before being slain and leaving Witches with a poor reputation till present day?
