The move is over powered, when you put in into the context that it hasn't been used before, which I believe was in the post. It just seems over powered to do it by accident like that and successful on the first try.

It's seems unnecessary and just like there's trying to be a bit of showing off. I feel that it is overpowered for a character that has just begun.

Well if it's fire, Manami should be able to counter it. And I would assume she has the magical power required to do such a thing. Fire is put out by water after all, even if it's too hot for 'normal' water to hit; magically enhance water with holy attributes might do the trick.

Oh I wasn't trying to say anything bad about her...I quite like her childish personality.
Georgie is similar, however a little darker and twisted. Just because they act like a little kid or not, doesn't mean they're not intelligent after all.
