But the tendrils are currently locked onto a small area where the dust screen would be (thus making it larger XD) with a couple circling her like snakety snakes

If you were an ordinary guard, would you want to get between all that? I was expecting Fiddle to have come already cause a report of a disturbance/fight would've be sent in.
And she would've read/listened to it and gone all "....Damnit Vesta!"

Vesta isn't in the tavern so no. Though she is shaking the city a bit near the castle
Meanwhile in the tavern? Ah Avery summoned an emu in the middle of it, and everyone is talking. Avery also revealed he is from earth but no one has realised he is a guy. Not sure if Malakus would know or not about that

Oh and once you get to the tavern Avery is okish at healing magic if you wanna ask him

Ease is nowhere near the center of the fight actually. He more or less went around the whole ring to go over to Blanc. Dude's staying as far away as he can from that situation lol

Wew lad. Season 2 of Re:0 is gonna be fun, particularly the first episode of it. Reaction videos out the butt, my prediction.

I really wish I could just write my post so Vesta knows just what kind of Hero she is dealing with, but FamishedPant's grandma REALLY likes to cause inconveniences for him. No internet at her place, unfortunately. Ah, but nobody wants to hear me whine, so I'll stop.

I will TRY to get a post up tonight, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I apologize for the increasing suspense, I'm sure everybody is prepared to see just how exactly Aleph is going to end this fight next post, but I assure you that on top of it being a rather defining moment in this RP, it is worth the wait.

Literally fuck Dangit, Ron Paul 3! I mean, I LOVED watching it. It was absolutely hilarious, and lots of memes were had, but it was all so... stupid. Stupid and pointless. Undermined the ending of DR2, all of the cooler new characters from the series died (plus my VA waifu), and it even contradicted things mentioned earlier in the series. Objectively like a 3 out of 10, especially with the ending being so cliche and happy, but yet my waifu is still dead. Sorta. Depends on if you count delusions somebody having of said waifu as alive or not.

But yeah it was fun as a meme.

Eh it remains to be seen if the fight will end or not. Depending on what said trump card does will depend on the outcome really. As I said she has tricks up her nonexistent sleeves which she has used in actual life or death situations. Not saying his trump card won't work as I don't know what it is, just simply saying it has to beat hers which she had prepared at the begining of the fight. She is fighting a swordsman and thinks ahead, she will make plans which she mightn't even use but she would rather make them and not use them then not have them and get stabbed. This entire fight up to this point has just been her testing him, dipping her toes into the water to see what she was up against.
Hint: She ain't impressed thus far XD
Though she can sense that the fight is going to the next level (since he has started casting magic) and thus has acted accordingly.
Also depends on how much I want her arrogance to bite her in the ass XD (If the trump card is literally biting her ass I'll let you win XD)

"N-no I just wasn't watching where I was going." Jasmine said with an embarrassed chuckle. Obviously Penny hadn't been paying much attention to their front either. But Jasmine needed to concentrate now.
They had found the rock, and now the trees...what was the next landmark? A strange, burnt smell filled Jasmine's nostrils suddenly as a breeze picked up through the area. It was putrid and Jasmine had never smelt anything like it before, it was like someone had WAY overcooked their meat or something. But in the middle of the forest? Jasmine just couldn't get most people.
"W-what's that horrible smell? Jeez." Jasmine pinched her nose and wrinkled her face in disgust as she searched around for the source of the stench. Walking past the trees now there was another grove of trees not too far ahead with a small stream of smoke coming from the center. What a minute...
"Wait...that grove there. I remember we camped there for a night...but I can't seem to unjumble myself." Jasmine rubbed her temples quite a bit now as she was still trying to put some of her memories in their rightful place.
She was sure this was after the argument. Surely.
