Princess Diana of Themyscira, daughter of Queen Hippolyta, was created with clay from Paradise Island and given life thanks to her father, Zeus. Then, she was granted six gifts from the Gods themselves: Great strength, wisdom and courage, a hunter's heart and communion with the animals, beauty and loving heart, sisterhood with fire, and speed and the ability of flight. Diana grew up with the Amazons, a race of warrior women isolated from the rest of the world, and lived in peace for hundreds of years. Until she overheard her mother talking about Man's World preparing for war. With the heart of compassion, she pleaded to go to Man's World but Hippolyta forbade her for speaking about Man's World.

So, she decided to disobey her mother and leave for Man's World. Diana snuck into the island's tower at night and stole the Amazonian sword and Themysciran shield, the Lasso of Hestia, the Bracelets of Submission, and Amazonian battle armor. Then, she encountered her mother in front of the dock knowing that her daughter was leaving. Hippolyta told her that leaving the island meant exile for life and gave her the tiara before saying her goodbye. Diana left behind her home island in order to save man from war and destruction. After spending a few days in the Mediterranean, a British-American spy, Steve Trevor, spotted Diana and her wooden ship drifting and managed to get her onto the cargo ship.

After their first encounter, Diana told him about wanting to help stop the war from happening but she was already too late. However, she wanted to help end the war as soon as possible. Steve Trevor introduced her to his task force designed to take down high ranking officers from the Central Powers and protecting civilians caught in between. Soon enough, the press learned about her and started to call her Wonder Woman. Then, the war ended and Diana planned on exploring the world with Steve Trevor. Of course, their plans changed when the Second World War began and it was different. With the rise of Hydra and Red Skull during the war, she saw herself working with Captain America for a while until he went missing somewhere in the North Atlantic Ocean.

When the war officially ended with the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Wonder Woman drew criticism from denouncing the bombings; but, she persisted in the matter. She and Steve founded the World Veterans Federation to promote the well-being of veterans and victims of war worldwide. During the Cold War, she used WVF and her fame to call for the disarmament of nuclear weapons, especially after the Cuban Missile Crisis. Then, Steve Trevor died in 1978 due to heart problems and Diana hid from the public eye to mourn. Thirty-three years later, she returned to the spotlight after 9/11 to help with the victims. Since there, she has been all over the world to protect the victims of war and chaos.

After fighting in two world wars and seeing mankind almost destroy themselves in the Cold War, Wonder Woman has increasingly grown tired of war and the suffer it often brings. She wants action to be taken in favor of peace, not increasing military budget or the nuclear arsenal, meaning that she needs to get political. Of course, she would still fight bad guys and kick ass doing so. But, it would be interesting to focus on the politics of this world. And there are many things I have in store for a Wonder Woman that partook in both World Wars and has been around for a hundred years.

The international community is still questioning what Wonder Woman's existent means to the world. The most powerful woman in the world with no constraints and allegiance to a nation. Even known it has been more than a hundred years, no government has dared try to stop her or question her since Wonder Woman kept her activities quiet. However, in a post 9/11 world, some governments of the world have considered establishing a rule book for her and other superheroes inspired by her actions. One country in particular, the United States of America, recently suggested forming a committee to study Wonder Woman and her actions throughout her time on Earth.

To answer the "Superhero Question."

And to everyone else in the world, Wonder Woman is a topic of discussion from dinner tables to universities; however, many people view her as a force of good.

She is considered to be the first superhero in history given stories of heroic actions during the First World War appeared in newspapers. And if it wasn't enough, the earliest photograph of Wonder Woman was taken after she saved the village of Nauroy from being destroyed with Steve Trevor and his squad. And as the result, dozens of media properties were made about Wonder Woman and her actions throughout both World Wars and beyond. To this day, media properties are still being made since it's her main source of income.

Diana Prince came awake in the dark and nearly got out of her bed as if she was already in a battle. Then, she realized that she was sleeping in a luxurious hotel room instead of the battlefield. Her dreams felt so real as if she was reliving those moments. But, it became difficult to tell which war she dreamt about. Each of the wars that Diana fought in were almost identical besides its locations and reasons why it began. All of them caused so much suffering and loss regardless of justified cause. She could have listened to her husband and lived a peaceful life after fighting in both world wars.

But, the world needed Wonder Woman.

And for seventy-four years, she started a new battle against the development of nuclear weaponry and the rising military-industrial complex. With help from her husband and the squad, the World Veterans Federation was founded with the goals of promoting world peace and protecting veterans. But it still wasn't enough. The greatest superpowers of the world during the Cold War nearly destroyed the world a few times. She wanted to do something before man did something incredibly stupid like nuking the entire world. However, her husband wanted to live his remaining years in peace and quiet with the woman she loved. So, she did.

Diana's train of thought was interrupted by a knock on the door. "Diana, are you awake?" a familiar voice was heard on the other side.

She got out of her bed and went over to the wardrobe room in order to change into her dress. Today was the day where she planned on giving a speech at the twenty-ninth general assembly of the WVF. Once she was done with the dress, she told the person to come on in while she walked to the bathroom to do clear up a little. Etta Candy, Diana's personal security, walked into the room with a little grin on her face. Despite being the cold hearted badass of the group, she loved to travel around the world principally Paris. "Are you ready for the debrief, madam?" Candy asked Diana while scanning the bedroom.

"Everyone's already here?" Diana asked confusedly while she was picking out the earrings.

"Of course, madam. It is an important day after all." Etta answered with a smile on her face before she straighten up when Diana came out. She looked beautiful as always, she thought with her eyes looking at the dress. She responded with a cough and said, "It looks good."

Before Diana could thank her security chief, she saw that her secretary had been staying there with her arms crossed and a grin on her face. Alana Dominguez was pretty damn good at her job given she was made responsible for most of the administrative work and decisions. Dominguez had served in the US military before going to school and getting her associate's degree a few years ago. Diana saw potential and hired her to be the new secretary. "Told you that dress looked good on you." Dominguez remarked.

"Well, good thing that I listened to you." Diana gave her a light-hearted smile before walking out of the room with Candy and Dominguez following behind. She knew that it was the same procedure year after year with a few minor changes here and there. Until she found that her chief legal officer, Rachel Keast, had the entire conference room to herself. Without any warning, Diana dismissed both Dominguez and Candy before walking into the room. She knew that something serious was going to happen if Keast was in Paris instead of the United States. "It will be only a few." Diana gave a forced smile before closing the door on them.

Then, she turned and looked at Keast trying to find the right words to say.

Background
Life in the Outback forever changed as the Australian Liberation Front destroyed the Omnium, turning the land into an irradiated hell. ‎Jamison Fawkes was one of thousands that were forced to live in the ruins while the government left them to rot. However, some of them became survivors and started to call themselves Junkers. The Junkers started to scavenged the husk of the omnium to form lawless communities across the Outback. For Junkrat, he was the one that made explosives. Of course, it all changed when he found an omnium fusion core within the omnium ruins.

And his friends tried to kill him for it. In turn, he killed them and ran away from the ruins with the fusion core. Despite hiding it in a secret location, all of the Outback wanted his treasure and issued a bounty. Junkrat had killed several bounty hunters before he encountered Roadhog, the one that almost caught him. That was until he was betrayed. So, he hired Roadhog to be his bodyguard. And as they grew closer, Junkrat eventually shared about the treasure. And it made them targets to everybody in the world. Both Overwatch and Talon wanted the treasure.

Then, everything was consumed by a light.

Personality
The lingering radiation from the Omnium turned Jamison into Junkrat, a chaos-inducing maniac with an obsession for explosions. He doesn't like solving things that can't be solved with money or death. And as a result, his impulsive, trigger-happy nature often gets him into trouble since he doesn't think things through. If it wasn't for Roadhog, Junkrat would have been killed a long time ago. Unlike his partner, Roadhog, he loves to talk so much that he doesn't know how to shut up. And he is a whole lot nicer and kind-hearted compared to Roadhog.

Total Mayhem - Whenever in danger and/or harmed, Junkrat throws several live grenades towards the enemy in a deranged sense of humor.

Strengths
Explosion Expert - Junkrat knows things about bombs, explosions, and plenty of other things that no civilized person would know. Hell, he can even make them with the right parts and some junk.

Weaknesses
Insane - Due to the explosion, the radiation from the Omnium drove Junkrat into an insane maniac with a passion for destruction.

Kindred Spirits
Moria - Overwatch - The Talon scientist and geneticist known for her controversial stance on rewriting the
genes of humans. She used herself as a test subject that gave her the ability to fade across and use her
biotics to heal or damage.

Wrench - Watch_Dogs 2 - A hacker affiliated with DedSec that acts as the group's engineer thanks to his
engineering skills. But whenever he is needed, his combat and parkour skills can help favor the odds. And
he knows a thing or two about demolition.

Tess - The Last of Us - A hardened survivor of the Cordyceps Infection that became Joel's partner for many
years. She was the natural leader, the brains of the partnership, and had connections with many people in
the Boston QZ. Sadly, she became infected and later killed by a squad of soldiers. However, the Light
bought her back to life before she was infected.

Inventory
Frag Launcher - Junkrat's grenade launcher lobs grenades at a significant distance and bounce before exploding.

Concussion Mine - Once Junkrat places or throws the mine, he triggers it in order to send enemies flying and damaging them. And he can also use the mine to propel himself through the air.

In the once quiet neighborhood, news vans lined up on the narrow street while helicopters flew above the crime scene. Most of the neighbors went home in disbelief of what happened to the Ochoas while some stayed either in concerned for Benjamin or to film the whole thing. The police officers kept the press and onlookers from entering the crime scene. While the EMTs was placing the bitten man into one of the two ambulances, Officer Sofia Brown was able to tolerate the pain long enough for the EMTs to care for the critically wounded man. She didn’t believe that a person was capable of biting hard enough. And she was hard on herself for letting her guard down so easily.

Then, Brown watched as the man was being loaded into the ambulance on stretcher. She prayed that he survived the encounter with his neighbor. Some of the EMTs went to check on the officer to see how she was doing. When she pulled back to reveal the bite mark, all three of them heard a gasp coming behind them. It turned out that one of the journalists managed to enter the crime scene undetected with a camera. He managed to take a picture of the bite mark before Officer Aaron Newman spotted him in the distance. Before he could tell him to leave, the journalist was already running away from the officer. Newman ran towards the ambulance to see if his partner and the EMTs were fine.

“Other than feeling like our privacy was violated, we are fine.” Brown said quickly before Newman could ask.

Newman felt horrible for his partner after she was bitten, but relieved that she was doing fine. He wanted to stay beside her, but he had to keep the crime scene safe until forensics arrived. Before he went back to work, the officer approached one of the busy EMTs preparing to leave and asked, “Where are you taking her?”

“Wildflower Memorial Hospital.” the EMT answered. “Given the severity of the bite wound, it might be awhile before you are able to see her.”

And with that, Newman backed away while the EMT closed the door and watched as they drove away to the hospital. The other ambulance already left to a different hospital while he was checking on Brown. He was relieved that his partner was going to be alright and went back to work while the forensics finally showed up.

It was an hour ago since the video of the shooting was posted to social media. Now, they have taken them down since the video clearly violated their community standards regarding graphic content. Of course, users kept on talking about and even reuploading the footage. However, inside of a popular café, customers were glued to the restaurant’s televisions for any new information. One of the customers, a tourist from California, watched the TV while waiting for his friend to come out of the bathroom. He kept watching it until his son finally came out of the restroom, but he looked very weak. The friend was sweating and started to cough loud enough that other customers noticed. “Oh fuck, I don’t feel good.” he coughed.

“Told you that you shouldn’t have ordered that many spicy items.” The tourist responded while getting up from the table and leaving behind a decent tip. And just like that, both left the café while his friend kept on coughing. Before anyone could react to that bizarre moment, the local news cut away to another breaking news. The news anchor explained that there was an off-duty officer shot a woman after she attacked her family at Pacific Place in downtown Seattle. It was a small popular mall in downtown Seattle that people visited often. Now, it was in lockdown mode while the police secured the area.

One of the customers checked her phone regarding the incident and found a twitter thread for an eyewitness. The twitter user, lucyarts, started off with a blurry photo of a woman fighting a teenager boy. In the next post, she explained how the husband had been concerned with how long his wife had been in the bathroom. So, he asked his wife’s mother to see if she was alright. Then, a second later, everyone heard a blood curdling scream coming from the woman’s bathroom. Naturally, it freaked everyone out and nobody knew what to do.

The daughter decided to investigate the scream until the bathroom door opened. It was the mother with her mouth covered in blood. And she started attacking her daughter out of the blue. People in the food court freaked out and started running away. The user's friend managed to snap the photo before she decided to run away. While she was running, she heard shouting and screaming before several shots rang out. The video ended right after and people around the phone were stunned. The customer tried to show the video to their friends, but it was removed for violating the twitter terms.

Wildflower Memorial Hospital was one of five hospitals in both Baltham and Bainbridge capable of containing any emergency from mass shootings to extreme accidents. It was considered one of the best hospitals in the country, according to health experts. Sofia Brown was on a stretcher because she nearly passed out from all of the pain. It was all blurry, but she heard the sliding doors opening followed by overwhelming noises. And it was enough for her to pass out.

Sofia Brown awoke to the sound of tapping nearby and discovered that she was lying on a hospital bed. There were cords all over the place and saw an IV solution above her. Then, she heard tapping and her name being called out. Brown turned slowly and found that a doctor was sitting outside of her room. A portable table with papers and a laptop on it was set up beside him. He called out her name once more and waited for any response.

"Hello." Brown said weakly towards the man.

"Officer Brown, my name is Levell Holmes. I am a doctor." Holmes said while reviewing some papers. He saw that she was in a weak state and asked, "How are you feeling?"

"I feel horrible." Brown answered while trying to stand on the bed but clearly struggled. Then, she looked around and wondered where in the hospital she was located. It wasn't something that she was used to seeing whenever she went to the hospital. She asked the doctor and he hesitated to answer the question. "Where am I, doctor?"

"You are at the isolated ward due to concerns regarding your wound. And we are worried that it will get worse." Holmes responded while taking down some notes on the patient. He looked away from the notepad and said impatiently, "Now, how did you feel right after being bitten?"

"Wait, what do you mean it’s getting wor-"

"Brown, what happened after you were bitten?" Holmes interrupted her before she could finish. He knew that she was going to panic over the news, so he tried to make her focus on the question. "It's important that you answer the question."

"Answer me, goddam-" Brown shouted at the doctor while trying to get off of the bed. That was when she fell to the ground and started to cough blood. Doctor Holmes immediately got up from the chair and began shouting for help. Then, two nurses in hazmat suits came running into the patient's room to help her but it seemed too late. The heart rate monitor began beeping out of control while Officer Brown began having a seizure. Then, she flatlined. The nurses placed her on the bed in an attempt to resurrect her. For a minute, doctors used everything to bring her back to life from the hand pump to the defibrillator.

However, she was gone.

Doctor Holmes returned to the desk and started taking notes regarding Officer Brown coughing blood to her sudden death. Then, he started to pack up his laptop and clean out the table until he noticed something strange. Office Brown was slowly groaning while reaching for one of the nurse's hands. The nurse turned and was shocked to realize that she came back. He went to check on her pulse while the other nurse went to inspect the equipment for any problems. It was when he felt her neck, there was nothing. No pulse.

Before he could tell the other nurse about it, Officer Brown wrapped her arms around him and bit his shoulder. Holmes watched in horror while Brown came back from death and attacked the nurse. Meanwhile, the other nurse called for security using the wall phone in tears. Then, Brown tackled the nurse to the ground and started attacking him. Holmes was still processing what was happening in front of him. In all the years that he studied medicine, it was impossible for people to come back from death.

Doctor Holmes was in the bathroom in a state of shock for what occurred minutes ago. What he saw was difficult to explain. Nothing stopped Officer Brown from biting a security guard before it was shot in the head. The taser that the first security guard used did nothing to her as she bit that security guard's arm, leaving behind a big bite mark. Even bullets didn't stop her until one of the guards aimed for the head and fired two shots.

Suddenly, his cell phone rang out, and Holmes quickly answered. He heard a familiar voice on the line asking what the situation was.

Holmes paused for a moment and responded, "We have a problem."

The view of the sunrise was one of the best things about living in the clouds rather than on the ground. Other airships dominated the skies while traveling across the ocean. It had been a few months since their last visit to land and the prisons were almost filled with inmates. Nearby, a public execution was planned for several criminals that ranged from murders to wasters. Rowland Blodwell heard the announcer calling out the names of the inmates while he was boarding the small transport airship. He stood there while the transport flew towards Executioner's Island, an airship designed for killing criminals sent to death. People were allowed to see these executions in action for free. If someone paid to attend one of these events, then they were offered seats in the lower levels.

When the transport stopped and its door opened, Blodwell heard one of the inmate pleading for his life before he was thrown off the island. That was the method of execution for every single criminal sent to death. Many civilians loved the event that thousands often travel the island to see these executions in person. He walked pass a large family eating their breakfast while the executions were going on. The hooded executioner gave the time of death while the warden was writing it down on paper. Blodwell took a seat on a bench and waited for the murderer's name to be called.

"Ida Sullivan." the warden said the man's name while two marines were escorting him to the stage. Of course, Sullivan tried to escape, but the handcuffs and foot cuffs prevented that from happening. When the marines placed him on the spot, the warden continued. "You have been found guilty of murdering factory worker, William Sedlow, over a disagreement and sent to death. Do you have any last words?"

"It was an accident! I am an innocent man!" Sullivan shouted at the crowd before they booed at him. After saying his last words, the warden gestured at the executioner to do his thing with the two marines standing at his side. The executioner approached the prisoner and forced him towards the edge of the stage, which overlooked the skies and several airships. Sullivan kept on repeating his last words before he was pushed off the edge. The crowd erupted into cheers that was loud enough to cover Sullivan's scream while he was falling to his death. Blodwell didn't care about the execution and wanted to be on Executioner's Island but his presence was called upon.

"Enjoying the show?" a mysterious voice asked Blodwell.

"Not really, miss..."

"Mrs. Ellis." the woman corrected Blodwell before sitting down next to him and placing a suitcase beside them. "You must be Blodwell."

"Yes, Ed-"

"Its best that we stick to last names, Blodwell." Ellis interrupted him before he could finish. Then, the warden called out the next prisoner's name. The prisoner tried to run away from the stage, but the marines managed to capture him. The crowd cheered on while both Ellis shoved the suitcase over towards Blodwell. He grabbed the suitcase and opened it up. Inside was a gun and a photo of an older man. She got up from the bench and said quietly before leaving, "You know what to do, Blodwell."
