Current Is it just me, or are clothes running pretty small as of late? I used to be a medium and I haven't gained much weight...

I've also been ill. I know how it's like, especially when you're younger. Remember that as long as you exist, there is still hope.

Trying to reignite my love for writing... would any one possibly be interested in a PMD RP? I'd find a way to make it different.

With a visible roll of her eyes, Rhea allowed Eli to hug her. The prince was very naive, as he always has been. It bothered her to see that he was still so... trusting of others. Already, there seemed to be some sort of tension building up between the party members, even though most of them chatted idly. It was almost like something was off. Before she could put more pressure behind her words, Eli pulled away from her and stated that he was inviting everyone for breakfast. The crowd flushed after the lord, but Rhea made sure to keep close by in case anything happened. Breakfast before they left? A sigh escaped her. They should have been on the road already, but Eli didn't seem like he knew how to handle so many people. I can't blame him. Even I can't keep track of so many heads, the ebon-haired woman thought wistfully. She would have to get someone to help her, at some point.

They reached the mess hall before long, and she was pleased to see that it was already decorated nicely. Servants waited patiently for their mess of a bunch to sit down with him and eat. Of course, Rhea, being Eli's guard, sat closest to the boy. From there, she would make sure that Eli didn't receive any strange looks. Nillonne forgive her if someone got on her bad side already. She sat the straightest she could, her chin lifting up slightly as she scanned the crowd. The bard refused to sit for now, instead beginning to strum his lute as he sang. He was a strange person who spoke a strange language. She knew that such words were Ibionese, but she could not tell what he was saying. Her eyes quickly darted back to Eli for a moment, her lips curling slightly downwards as he went on to speak about questions the party could ask.

Her hands placed themselves upon her lap, her glare once again sweeping the room. "Before Eli answers any of your questions, I believe that I should make my presence evident to you all," Rhea began coolly, her expression betraying no emotion except for her severity. "My name is Rhea Duvalier. I am Prince Eli's personal guard and one of his closest advisers. It is a pleasure to be travelling with you all, and I trust that we will complete the journey ahead of us without fault," she told them. It was almost a statement instead of a hope or a wish. They will finish their journey, and Eli will make it back safely. His life laid depended upon her lance.
I'm gonna post now. Remember guys, let other people post before you do.
I think there should be a posting cycle. No back and forth between posting. Let everyone else have a chance at posting first.
@Mistiel Just saying, there isn't such thing as "Hoshido" in this RP. Hoshido was a name of a country in another game. ^^
@Kangutso Oh man, I didn't see your post back then... if you want, you can be placed on a waiting list and as soon as there's a spot I'll PM you.

A maiden, a bard, a knight, a swordsman, a mage, a prince...

It all sounded like it was the beginning of a terrible joke. She had been there by the stairwell for a while, watching as people slowly gathered to depart on their journey. Her eyes carefully studied each and every one of the faces that showed themselves, finding herself more and more confused by the second. It was as if the king truly wanted something to happen to his son on this journey when he suggested that men and women volunteer themselves. It was also surprising to see how many showed up; perhaps they expected a prize when they returned Eli safe and sound from his journey. Maybe they wanted coin, or a title? She wouldn't be shocked if they came with hungry intentions, asking for money or a nice, cozy place on Estalian soil. Humans behaved that way-- it was in their nature.

At least, that was what Rhea thought as her eyes rested on the masked swordsman. Already, apprehension was beginning to prickle through her. How could Eli-- or the king --trust all of these strange faces? She didn't know what it was, but her feet were beginning to itch and the hairs at the back of her neck prickled slightly. Maybe it was just because she woke up too early? When dawn came, she made sure to clean under Icarus' scales properly enough before they would set out. A dirty wyvern was no laughing matter, for when such a beast was uncomfortable, it was difficult to control. Not to mention, her wyvern was a special case. He always wanted to be fresh and primed for travel, as if he was proud of his appearance. White wyverns were certainly rare around this parts, as most of them hailed from Cesada, her home. Sighing at the thought of her past, she leaned heavily against the railing and once again shot a cautious glance at the myrmidon with the flowing robes.

Soon enough, the crown prince joined their numbers. Of course, the first thing Eli did was run up to her and ask her a question. At this, Rhea forced herself to relax. If she appeared too tense around him, he might pick up on something and not trust his guards. Her crimson eyes looked down at him as she pursed her lips. "I'm as ready as ever. Icarus is dying to fly," the royal guard muttered, her eyes resting on him for an extra moment before gazing around at their party. Slowly, more and more people were arriving, and she wondered how many people were joining them. She furrowed her brow, glancing over at Jauna. She knew her; she was a delicate flower, but she was sure that her skill at swordplay would be an asset. But the look in the girl's eye made Rhea's nerves rattle up even more. Her gaze hardening, she set her hands on her hips and stood firmly. Apparently, she wasn't the only one who wasn't happen about their situation.

"A man who covers his face is not one to be trusted," she murmured down to Eli, lifting a hand and pressing it down upon the top of his head. Rhea's gaze had settled on the myrmidon again, her eyes narrowing slightly. Yet, her voice was quiet enough; hopefully, no one else would be able to hear. "Only cutthroats and thieves do not want their identity to be known. You should be careful around that one."
@Zeroth I liked your post!

I'm gonna post right now.

Yes, they would, I think.
@Zeroth The orange dot is Greymont, yes. Landscapes... maybe fields, hills, rivers, etc? Threats are minimal at the moment, with some vicious creatures, stray Laguz or nomads being a danger. I'm not so sure about the raids tho... maybe they shouldn't go so far inland, that is if there aren't any waterways they could pass through?
