@Garth Again, I'm going over your sheet in an in-depth fashion, so please don't take this personally.
1. Magic and Weapons: The OP says you can't have magic and weapons since it's very, very rare, and that's only with magic and a sword. Imagine magic with a mace, a shield, and a sling? Not to mention, knowing magic makes you a mage and... well, mages are looked down upon, so I think it'll be best if you just make him someone with a weapon and knows how to fight rather than giving him magic. Maybe he just knows how to heal wounds through salves and potions rather than magic?
2. His appearance: the picture doesn't really tell us how he looks like. In fact, he looks much older than 22 in the picture, and that's probably because of the cowl/robe thing. If you can't find a picture of his face, you can describe it through words.
3. Specification: We don't really know how he's like in personality other than he's friendly and he used to be arrogant, but now he looks at peasants with a drive to protect. His history doesn't really reveal a lot about him either. Why is it his duty to serve the church? What skirmishes has he fought in? I feel like there should be more, you get what I'm saying?
Other than that, he's a pretty interesting character.

@Sierra Sorry but I'm gonna have to pass on the pendant thing. Firstly the dark sorcerer character never existed in the universe and he certainly didn't reign terror for 10 years. Secondly, souls definitely do not work like that in this universe, either. It's highly unlikely that a person can just wish away a soul, especially if it's a part of such a strong and vengeful mage's one. Once it gets a decent grasp on its host's mind, it is probably not gonna let it go without a hell of a fight. The act of getting the sorcerer's POWERS (which is kind of overpowered if he was so strong) is a little too strong for this RP.
