@samreaper Yup! :)
@PhunkyPhoebe I'm afraid I don't allow people to claim positions. You'll have to compete with reiko for the spot. :)
[Transferred to new topic.
Documentary it seems it'll be, then! :)

Edwina Fairfax

Location: A Rundown Motel; New York City
Interacting With: @Din Nyt

Eddie bit her lip. As much as she didn't want to be the stereotypical character who objected to violence... Well, she couldn't help but be that person. The Squad may have been the ones to kill her friends, but they weren't the ones who gave the order. They were as helpless in this as they were. All of them were pawns. None of them were able to control the board.

"Echo, hun, maybe if we didn't go right to stabbing..." Edwina suggested, fidgeting with her hands a bit. "We could start off slow, yeah? Get to know each other. We don't even know her name."

She paused, glancing at the rather outrageous outfit. It seemed even villains didn't have any sense when it came to clothing. Who wanted to look like a carnival freak? It only drew more attention. "Though I'm guessing it has something to do with cheetahs...Maybe she's just a demented Cheetah Girl who lost her way..."

Biting her lip, Edwina glanced at Nyt. Both of them had lived through hell. Both of them had lost people that day. Their friends -- no, their family -- had been slaughtered. But that didn't mean that violence was the answer, Edwina was positive of that. Torture wouldn't get them the answers they needed-- only the answers they wanted.

I'm so excited all of you are making characters! :) They're all so lovely! I'm thinking that we'll start the IC on Thursday. That gives everyone a few days to complete character sheets and relation sheets. Remember, you'll need those relation sheets filled out before we can start, so please don't procrastinate on those or Aidan will fire you! :P

Also, toying around with the idea of their being a documentary crew at this office as well.... Thoughts? You'd be able to start each IC post off with your character answering a question from the crew, before going on to the normal post style. So it'd be like this sort of:

Aidan Ferguson

Question from the documentary team

Normal IC post stuff

Dorothy Pender

Location: Her Quarters (8) ---> The Med Bay

Dorothy had been in her quarters, reviewing a particularly thrilling (not) book on the so-called Central Dogma of Biology when the gravity appeared to just disappear. At first, she had suspected that Preacher had done it, and she rolled her eyes, as she found herself pinned to the floor with her book on her face.

"You sah gwa!" Dorothy had shouted, pulling herself up from the ground, and tossing the far too heavy book aside. The Captain's soothing voice on the intercom gave her something other than the Preacher to be angry at. Her mei-mei was flying the plane! Dorothy's eyes widened as she clung to the wall, slowly making her way out of her quarters, only to fall into the Med Bay.

That time, Dorothy decided it was best to stay down. Daphne would be fine, after all. She could handle it. And if not, it's not like they'd be alive to be yelled at by the Captain.

And now, hours after they'd broken down on Whitefall, Dorothy still hadn't gone much farther than the Med Bay. The crash had caused things to fall off of shelves, a few pills even falling out of containers and mixing with one another. Figuring that it was best to remain away from the Captain's line of wrath, she had spent her day tidying things up. By the time she heard the recognizable steps of her mei-mei entering the Med Bay, most of the room was back in order.

"You nearly gave me whiplash there, mei-mei," Dorothy chuckled, setting some surgical tools aside. They'd need to be re-sterilized again. She didn't trust the ground to be a clean spot to keep them, after all. At Daphne's offer of help, Dorothy glanced around. "I think we're about good here...But if you want to hide from all of the yi dwei da
buen chuo roh on the bridge, I can always pretend to examine you."

Millicent Blair

Location: Mako Island
Interacting With: Alice Kennedy @Nallore

Millicent chuckled a bit. Katy Perry certainly was popular in Scotland, perhaps not as much in the United States, but enough for her to be familiar with her. "I thought she made things hot and cold, though?" Millicent snickered, practically patting herself on the back for her lame attempt at humor. As much as she religiously watched Saturday Night Live, she never seemed to be able to mature in her humor beyond terrible and awkwardly timed puns.

She nodded, watching Alice as she dived into the water. "Don't die! And if you do, do I get your phone?!" Millicent shouted, her friend going into the pool of water. For a moment, Alice appeared to disappear, and Millicent wondered if she'd really inherit her phone.

However, Alice's head then broke the surface of the water, grinning up at her. "That's what a murderer would say," Millicent teased, before jumping into the water. "Lead the way, captain!"

Sayuki Kyasarin

Location: Floor 1 - Town of Beginnings - Blacksmith
Interacting With: The Blacksmith @BlueSky44, KasaiSenshi @alexfangtalon

Sayuki rolled her eyes at the program. It seemed even the virtual men were scum. She sighed, before sweeping her eyes over the swords. Most would assume that the best equipment would be the most expensive--yet this was floor one. Nothing she'd be able to purchase here would last longer than another floor or two. A blue sword for sale stuck out to her, however.

"I'll take sword model 110, thanks," Kyasarin said, producing the 43 gold pieces. "I'd like to name it Glacius," she added.

Glancing over at the commotion, she saw the irritating girl from before. Of course, practically everyone irritated Kyasarin. With disinterest, she watched as her health bar appeared and quickly drained, the girl shattering into blue crystalline pieces. Kyasarin would have been lying if it didn't shock her. Her eyes widened briefly, seeing confirmation of the new deadly nature of the game.

"I suppose that confirms what the Gamemaster said," Kyasarin mused. Her face was one of indifference, as if she too were merely just a computer program, unable to comprehend death. "Are you planning on joining a guild, by any chance?"

Starkette

Location: Floor 1 - Deep in the Forest
Interacting With: @KabenSaal @BlueSky44 @sMoKe @Jedly

At her partner's command, Starkette switched in, slashing diagonally up at the bat. It took decent damage, only to charge at her, knocking her to the ground. Her health bar dwindled slightly, and motivated by her fear, she slashed up at the bat, and finished it. It was hardly a heroic display, but to Starkette, she felt like she had just fought to the death, rather than take care of a low level monster.

"Did we lose anyone?" Starkette asked, her body tense, as she glanced around at the clearing. Everyone seemed to be accounted for, yet her eyes widened as she noticed the dark set in. In every game she ever played, darkness meant danger. Night was when the monsters grew stronger, when they attacked with less worry and fear of being killed.

"We need to get to a safe zone," Starkette murmured, pinching her lip with her fingers. "We could get killed out here like this..."

Starkette then looked at the newcomers to their group. A small girl and someone she took to be her brother. Starkette frowned a bit, pacing back and forth. If they weren't able to make it back to town, they'd be able to survive likely on a rotated watch system--provided no one had been too badly hurt in the battle. If someone was in need of healing, she doubted that anyone had a potion with them.

"Who are you?" Starkette asked, looking at Jace and Janelle. "My name's Gui...I mean, Starkette."
