Sooo. Everyone's waiting on everyone, then?
@TheIrishJJ Alright, I interpret this as talk and then trigger random event at the Pokémon Center. I'll see what I can do. Nicely posted. And noted on your absence. Thanks for noting it.

[@All] I've... been able to make progress on the post today, but there's been some unexpected circumstances that has taken energy from me. Regardless, I will attempt to have the post up within 24 hours. I say that again, admittedly, but there's better chances this time. Heh.
@Rune_Alchemist *nod* Yupp. I have understood. I shall have something typed out.

@Pikmin Eye So it is. Yet I need to logically think about this. Hahahahaha. Despite floating about, it does not have levitate... Oh, well. Anyways.

[@All] I've been delayed somewhat by real life, but I should have a post up in 24 hours. And if I don't... say 48 hours. Regardless. As soon as I can.
Took a little longer than I intended due to real life, but anyways.

Mariette's going to examine a little. Haha. So. If the djinn sisters want to involve themselves in the conversation somehow, that's invited. But currently Mariette's listening to whatever Lily's saying, and Deni's responding to Sue's question. And I tagged Card Captor because, well, he's right outside or so, right? Even if he might not be listening. Maybe. Perhaps. Oh, well.

Tell me if there's any problems. That'll do, otherwise.
@t2wave@Shifter_Master@Ariamis@Card Captor@BrokenPromise
Eli

‘…’ Eli silently watched as the the Djinn Sisters went through her portal in the tree. So, the rest had said “this is fine”, it kind of had to be close to ground-level because otherwise they’d have the Djinn Sisters dropping out of the sky, but that didn’t change the fact Eli now felt thoroughly exposed. She did believe they were naturally lucky, but she wasn’t. So, Eli closed her eyes and focused.

Numerous seconds later a normal seven-and-a-half year old girl with black hair, glasses, a white shirt, black skirt and stockings slipped down the tree on the opposite side. Even if someone saw, it was just a child playing, probably. If anything, it was notable only because it was a lone child of that age. But, Eli moved with determination, in a specific direction with a neutral expression. The child clearly knew where she was heading.

She was heading for a back-alley, where she’d confirm that she was alone before releasing her disguise <after a short incantation> and then climbing her way up to the rooftops in her slimy harpy form. Then she’d once again resume her duty of spying around the Pit Stop using her Third Eye, and around herself just in case. Someone may have seen her slip off. While she was disguised in Darkness-magic, you never knew.

Mariette
and Deni

To newcomers, Mariette wasn’t actually seated inside the diner. She sat in an apartment in another section of the city, visible only through a mirror seated on a pedestal on the middle of the table. As Magical Girls, they could feel the Darkness-magic on it, it was hidden from the eyes of common people. But, with the entrance of new people… Mariette took a moment to create an additional portal on the back of the mirror, placing it beside the other one looking at her. People could now look at her from both directions, if they wished. Mariette sat there expressionless and transformed, eyepatch over one eye, long white hair, clutching a bunny, holding a cup of something in her free hand. Yupp.

Shortly after Eli’s announcement, Lily came in. Mariette could but hold a blank expression as Lily hung out on Sue, and was about to greet Deni. Deni grinned happily, looking over Lily, extending a hand to greet.

‘Well, I’m-’ And then Lily had turned to Mariette already. Deni looked the slightest hurt.

‘...’ Mariette, however, looked less than impressed, staring blankly at Lily as she went straight to the point. Good to see her, huh. Mariette was of a different impression. But, regardless. If Violet or Sakura entered her view, she’d give them a nod, but otherwise it was all to focus on Lily.

‘You’re better informed than when I last saw you. Tell me, what are you hoping to accomplish by talking to her? What will you ask her?’ Mariette answered Lily, not giving her answer quite yet, despite knowing it already. But first, she felt like gathering an impression of Lily’s intentions.

Meanwhile, Deni sat next to Sue, and for the new visitors, she was looking like-

‘Hi, Violet~! Hi, Sakura~!’ Deni waved to the sisters as they came in, recovering after having been ignored by Lily. ‘It’s me! I changed my look again. Mistress told me I had to look at least somewhat decent~!’ To explain why she’s looking different than previously. But, anyways.

On another direction, Deni was spoken to by Sue.

‘Hm?’ Deni first turned to look at her, listening. Hearing the apology for walking into potential ambush, Deni simply grinned. ‘Oh, that’s fine. You wouldn’t believe how few opportunities to actually talk to other M-girls I get in this position!’ Deni giggled at her own statement. Then… the other part. About meeting again. Deni grinned widely and happily.

‘Sure. If I can get the mistress’ permission on days off and know where to find you, we can totally meet up again~!’ She then made an exaggerated gasp of fake shock at a fake realization. ‘Don’t tell me…’

She then grinned more and shuffled closer to her, then leaned towards her, right into Sue’s comfort zone, placing her face way close to Sue’s and taking her hands to clasp around Sue’s, Deni’s eyes shining and grinning widely. ‘This was all actually an elaborate scheme all in order to get closer to me? Ooh, sweetie, all you had to do was ask~!’ Deni giggled, expecting the girl to flinch away in fright or so.
@Pyromaniacwolf *snicker* Alright. One adventure at a time, very well. I'm gonna have one more little thing for you. But otherwise, you're free to move on and out on the other side. Nicely posted.

@Rune_Alchemist I will say that, regarding Teleport, it takes a little while to do. You need to determine a destination, focus power to actually get going, and then release it to actually move over there. That is, unless you're an Abra escaping a threat, then you get a freebie. But in your turn... I'll still allow you to make a teleport a turn if you feel it's helping you, somehow. Buuuuuuuuuuut, it's going to take a bit to charge, and then it's going to take a moment to recover to make another move upon arrival. It takes a turn, so to say. So if you use Teleport each turn, you're not doing anything else. I'll emphasize what I mean a little in my next post.

That aside, nicely posted. And that's a clever tactic. I praise it. Haha.

@Pikmin Eye Alright, nicely posted. ... Hm. Flabébé's, like, constantly floating through the air. That would make scratching it hard. But perhaps I should enable scratching it anyways, because otherwise floating Pokémon will be more or less extremely overpowered early game. I'm not exactly under the impression Nincada can jump up there. Those tiny wings don't exactly look fully developed. Logically, it'd be hard to scratch it. But... ... ... Hah. Hm. I'll consider it.

@Eklispe Tah-hah, not actually that far along, it's just Cathia who's... heh, a fan of such Pokémon. But, yeah, result is the same. A tactic has been made. Nicely posted. Now I should probably start typing my response.
It's my turn to talk, right?

Assuming nobody says otherwise, I'll post shortly enough.
@Project ... Oh, so you CAN spell that name with an i? That's what I naturally wanted, but in English it sounded unnatural in my mind. You know, maybe I'll change the spelling of her name to that, if it actually doesn't sound unnatural. Heh. Anyways. Nicely posted. You're searching, eh? Alright. Let's see how it goes.

@Pirouette *snicker* Yupp, that happened. Let's see what I can do to describe what happens next. Nicely posted. Haha.

@Joshua Tamashii Alright, falling back. I'll note that you seem to have assumed you're successfully escaping a young man in his prime a little easily, but I'll accept it because I'm amused. Alright, nicely posted. Now let me consider... Haha.
@Project There. Some more information to you. And since the player in the game didn't have to do too much with the egg, neither do you. Haha.

@Joshua Tamashii I will note, that I am going to go with what would happen in the games here. If you retract your Pokémon to dodge a move, then your next Pokémon will be hit instead. Simply to balance constantly switching Pokémon. Yupp.

@Pyromaniacwolf Gave you something to potentially react to. Just because. Haha.

@Rune_Alchemist I gave Timburr an evasion boost due to his unique training. ... It didn't pay off. XD

Besides that, tell me if Hector's wrong about Ralia's preferred position. He'd know, though. Just somehow.

@Eklispe@Pikmin Eye I'll note it is complete coincidence that they happened to both have moves like that. I reasoned my way to what kind of Pokémon she'd have, and then looked at their movesets, and then "well, oh, my". So good luck with that. Haha.

@Pirouette They misunderstood the rules a little. So what'll you do now? Haha.

@TheIrishJJ How's it going?
@Project

The woman smiled a bit at Erza as he described his encounter and then showed his new Duskull and named her. She nodded mostly until he came to the part where he actually asked something.

‘Oh, yes. Every week or so we release a new batch of Pokémon into the grass by the school, to keep our students busy catching new ones. This week we released a lot of Purrloins, because of Penelope’s recent rise in popularity many have wanted one, and it’s worked like a charm. There may be some Shinxes left from last week, maybe. But, each week we also add one or two really rare little creatures, just for students to hope to be lucky. They might already be captured, but… Maybe you’d like to try your luck? It hasn’t failed you yet, I think.’ She giggled as she told. All up to Erza if he wants to take a look. ‘There are some elitists who think outsiders shouldn’t be allowed to look in the grass, but if you run into one tell them you got permission from Kathryn. That’ll keep them quiet.’ She nodded with a smile, adding in her name. Then it was about the egg…

‘I don’t actually know what’s in it.’ Kathryn said with a curious look. ‘But Johannes is a talented breeder with far-reaching connections because of his past. It could honestly be anything.’ She shrugged a little, and then smiled. ‘But you won’t have to worry about not treating it right. Pokémon Eggs are a hardy kind. It manages perfectly well on its own, no matter what environment you’d take it through, and is pretty resistant to blows as well. Just carry it around, and it will hatch eventually. Buuuut, keeping it warm helps. If you have a Fire Pokémon or so, storing their Pokéball next to the egg will help keep it warm. Even more so if their ability is Flame Body, but that’s advanced stuff.’ She waved her hand a little to wave that off.

‘The egg’s fully capable of handling itself. Just carry it with you. Okay?’ She smiled to him.

Then if he had more questions, then he could ask those. Or he could head on. Yupp.

‘Bully!? But I’m trying to… I am…’ The boy shook his head in confusion.

Meanwhile, Bonsly went through with picking up a sizeable rock and throwing it despite the change of opponent. Pumpkaboo was focused on Trick-or-Treating, and as such was unable to avoid the well-aimed rock, and… it hurt, badly. It was a considerable hit, another one of those was already dangerous. By now, Amelia might realize the opposing trainer’s Pokémon is numerous levels above her own.

‘Bons-!?’ Bonsly was hit with the energy of Trick-or-Treat in turn, however, and felt the ghostly energy working it’s magic on him. He looked considerably disturbed by this, as his existence felt less linked to the world at large all of a sudden. This didn’t stop his trainer, though.

‘Bonsly! Another Rock Throw!’ He commanded, pointing at Pumpkaboo again. Despite the new status, Bonsly acted on instinct and went to pick up another rock, ready to throw.

What would Amelia do now?

‘Duck?’ The duck had a curious look all of a sudden when Lucian said it was for him, and then he listened in… ‘Duckleeeeeeett!’ He
made a happy little cry and made a motion as if to hug the Pokédex with his wings, as if it was his trainer. While Mia spoke with him he made a few happy nods and then finally, as the call was made, he turned and made a small salute to Lucian, to indicate readiness. ‘Ducklett!’ Much more willing than previously.

‘Thank you. I’ll see you then.’ Mia said, and then he could be on his way. Ducklett blinked in surprise and shook his head+beak at that he wasn’t told to rob Lucian, before getting a move on to move on with him.

So, into the Wet Caverns again. He saw the usual, Zubats trying to bother him, Goldeens swimming through the water, and there were a few Geodudes on the side punching each other for whatever reason. Had Lucian seen Geodudes? Eh, just in case.

Pokédex Entry #74 – Geodude, the Rock Pokémon. Found in fields as well as mountains. They commonly rest, half-buried in the ground and indistinguishable from normal rocks. There are always way more Geodude around than a traveler will notice. Stepping on one by accident may trigger their rage.

They headed back down, following the same path they had been on because that path’s actually travelled occasionally and Houndour could probably smell the most commonly travelled path, and that meant more wading through the waters. He reached the split where left was the river where he had met the Team Virtue guys and so, but Houndour’s nose told that was likely also the exit. To the right was dry land, leading in to another split, not necessarily interesting. Thooough…

‘Excuse us!’
‘Coming through!’
‘Running away!’

There were three people, dashing down from the right, straight into the water. One was a bigger guy with a big backpack and green jacket, looking like a man used to traversing the mountains. The other two were much more fancily dressed, a girl with two long cyan curly twintails for hair and orange suit with skirt on her, while the last man was dressed in all purple with orange lines and a red cape, for whatever reason. They were looking panicked, running at full speed towards the exit of the cavern, avoiding contact or stopping for any reason through the waters. Other than the words of warning, they completely ignored Lucian unless they were stopped or something, looking very frightened for some reason.

Soooo, Houndour could smell where they came from. If that was at all interesting.

Up to Lucian if he found that curious enough to to check, or if he wanted to stop them and ask something or so, or just ignore them like they had ignored him.

Hector grinned with vigor as Claire made her kinda proclamation of victory. ‘Feisty. I’m gonna have to return that energy.’ He commented, and then the battle was on. He looked at Ralia and… ‘Psychic and Fairy, eh. Homework has been done.’ He chuckled a little, before losing the smile and glaring ahead.

‘Timburr! Close the distance!’ Hector commanded, pointing forward.

‘TIM!’ The energetic little fighting-type announced as he dashed ahead, holding his staff/log on the side as he went towards the center of Ralia’s copies. Then, Ralia was preparing to use Confusion, and the Timburr was heading straight towards one of the copies…

‘NOW!’ Hector suddenly announced, just as Ralia was about to release her Confusion. The Timburr then took the staff and thrust down into the ground, and… jumped. He practically flew into the air, using a fighting-type’s strength combined with a staff for jumping, and Ralia would find that her target became considerably harder to focus on. Because any move that don’t automatically hit can now miss.

… But she still hit. She’s that good.

‘BURR!’ Timburr took a Super-Effective mental blow with some purple effect in mid-air and he spun in the air and crashed into the floor somewhat behind the Ralia copies, but despite bruises he was quick on his feet and spun around to face the middle one. Hector let out a little laugh.

‘Good try! It’s the first one on the left. POUND!’ Hector had, somehow, seen which the real one was. Timburr was in his reactions, and looked to the one indicated. He then stabbed the floor behind him with the log, launching himself at Ralia, and then took the log-staff to swing. Swinging the log at her was apparently what constituted as Pound, here.

Now, what would Claire / Ralia do?

While Martin and Dawkin made their commands…

‘…’ Cathia was silent for a bit as she watched the two opposing Pokémon, but she seemed to come to a conclusion. Her expression softened a little on her realization. ‘Bagon. Ember the Nincada. Flabébé, circle around, Vine Whip the Wooper.’

‘Bagoooo---!’ The little dragon cried out as fire started gathering in its mouth, before turning to Nincada and blasting out.

‘Flaaaaaa...!’ Meanwhile, Flabébé was floating in the air with a huge smile, flying by Bagon on its right side and up into the air, needing to be at least a bit closer in order to do her attack, but soon enough it’s little flower sprouted vines which swung down at Wooper.

Neither Pokémon was actually of the type of the move they were using, so they were weaker than if an actual fire- or grass-type had used them. Yet, effectively, both moves would turn super-effective if they hit, and were attacks conducted from a slight distance.

This would happen at the same time as Nincada and Wooper committed to their things. In the case of Wooper, it took long enough for Flabébé to actually reach for her to get Tail Whip off, reducing the defense of the two opponents by slightly distracting them. However, for Nincada the Ember was immediate. If he committed to actually raising Defense, the fireball would definitely hit.

‘Your armor won’t help if I use Special Attacks, will it, Martin?’ She asked, her voice determined. ‘I will.’ She then confirmed that she’d give it her all, and then refocused on the match.

What would Martin and Dawkin do now?

@Pirouette

‘Gib?’ The Gibles stares intensified and looked at her as she said the word “challenge”. In fact, the use of the word attracted the attention of the other two, playfighting Gibles, looking over with certain intentness. They looked kind of confused by her explanation of the rules, but then she reached forward with a hand. The Gibles inspected it curiously, and one of the Gibles curiously poked on it with a tiny little hand. He was poked right back by Erika. In retaliation, the Gible tried poking away. Erika pulled away.

‘Gible!?’ If he had understood or not was unclear, but the Gible most certainly jumped after her after she pulled away, with clear intention to poke her again. Perhaps it was by flock-mentality or what, but so did the other one, and so did the two others who had now stopped playfighting and were paying attention. But they may have misunderstood the rules, because Erika suddenly found that she had all the Gibles chasing her. Sure, they were short and didn’t have quite the agility of a human, but they were several pretty strong tiny dragons, and they were chasing her.

It should be noted she had quite a limited space to actually run, there was just this plateau which really actually wasn’t very large, just about 40 meters or so in diameter and then there were rock-walls, a long way down, or areas that were climbable but certainly not runnable. The majority of their time were spent in those tiny caverns, and Erika didn’t fit in those.

Sooooo. Erika’s action?
