Tl;dr Protectorate Hero
@Duoya Heh, a little higher than Stranger 1, I'd say. He can just suddenly approach a hero team and go "I'M ON YOUR SIDE!" ... And you've now potentially successfully infiltrated the hero-team. Still Master, but that's way above Stranger 1. Haha.

Edit: Maybe I should just wait for the GM. ... But, yeah. I'd say Master/Stranger 4, if I'd give my personal opinion. That is, 4 in both.
@Duoya I'll note that power is a lot more Master than Stranger. Master is manipulating other things or living beings, like humans. It definitely has Stranger applications, though, but it's Master in how it functions. It is mentioned in canon that Master/Stranger is a common combo.

@Sickle-cell So, um. I wrote a bit more on her power. I try to cover every single aspect of her power that I could possibly think about, making the section... maybe a bit messy. But I randomly figured she can actually use her shaping to contain others, maybe. Er. Is this approved?

@Flamelord MLTNGRUBGLAGHREGHITLABISTERBAB

@Majoras End ... *snicker* Does "spirits of those who passed on, but have unfinished business in the mortal world" potentially include those of recently deceased Magical Girls that haven't yet come back to life? ... Haha.

@Ariamis So. This post heavily relies on the description in the ability of the "Overcity Shift" as it is described in the CYOA along with some creative input of my own, if anything in it clashes with how you imagined it then tell me. Otherwise, yeah. Mariette wants to check if she could find Justine's base of operations, should the time come to attack.
‘…’ Mariette and Eli stood in an abandoned apartment. They had pretty good check of which apartments they could randomly enter by now in Penrose. This one would be sold and bought in a few days, but until then, they could use it for short stops. But, right now, the apartment was unimportant.

‘Was that… wise, mistress?’ Eli asked, the liquid harpy standing by her side.

‘What?’ Mariette asked, her tone strict and with no nonsense.

‘We just admitted our sins to Beacon. We’ll be on their list now. And they have a list of all the girls we’ve captured, which they can give to their loved ones, and they’ll know we did it…’ Eli continued, her tone a bit unsure.

‘If Justine can brainwash them, it is to our advantage that the world knows who not to trust. Each girl on that list is a potential enemy. By giving them the list, we remove one of Justine’s advantages. Her soldiers will be known.’ Mariette tells, explaining her logic.

‘… Very well, mistress.’ That was all Eli could answer with. … This would have been when Deni came with some upbeat comment that Eli could then continue with, and there would have been a sense of fun. Now… there was none of that.

‘Now, I have to ensure I actually have the abilities that I’m selling.’ Mariette said, focusing. … Though, at the very least, Mariette was talking more now, Eli thought.

Suddenly the whole apartment bent. First the walls and themselves bent inwards to a point, and then the world changed and the walls were spat back out, looking exactly the same as before, but outside, all the sounds had stopped. Going further and further away from the apartment, one would find that the city became less and less detailed, until finally everything would turn out… a bit odd. That would be the Sprawl. A place you shouldn’t visit, a place you shouldn’t wander or you might not be able to find your way back to your home dimension. That is, unless you’re the agent of a dimensional horror, like Mariette.

The ability she had used was Overcity Shift, banishing a section of space into the Overcity. This was normally to be used to seal a target in a world where they could not escape, or to have a dramatic battle somewhere where unrelated would not be affected and the damage would not be seen after they had finished. In the “real world”, the apartment remained as it was, with the small hard-to-detect dot of a wormhole in the middle which was the Overcity entrance to this space.

There are other exceptions than herself, and all places in the Overcity wasn't entirely deserted, but there would be no way for Mariette to know until she actually went there. If she suddenly ran into something unexpected, her following reaction might differ, but assuming nothing happens, the following happens.

If Lily Hanson was to be believed, the castle of Justine von Visceral lay within the Overcity. Now, Mariette was in the Overcity. This… was merely a check. “Could I find it?”

Mariette walked over to the window, gazing out into the city, across the limit of the Sprawl. It would be… beyond it, wouldn’t it?

Absolute Direction. Firstly, checked for belongings of the captives. Georgia’s weapon, or clothes if she was untransformed. Other such belongings she knew those she captured had. If that turned out unsuccessful, then perhaps looking for Minnie’s revolver. Other such possessions she remembered on Justine’s servants. Or, if all else failed, just look directly for Justine. The key was if several of the things she was looking for was in the same direction, if she could feel them in here or all.

If she could confirm that she knew where to look with Absolute Direction, that would be it. Her business here would be done. She wouldn’t actually try going there. But… she wanted to confirm that she could if she wanted to.

I THINK THAT'S EVERYTHING. If I got anything wrong, people are free to correct me. And I forgot some details. Hah.
@Project Alright. I hope you'll be able to find the creativity. I've been missing you, after all.

@Pyromaniacwolf What, is it hard to fight fish? XD

Nicely posted. Alright. Nice to have you back. Now let's see if I can figure out what to- XD
Whelp, now I got self-conscious about how many female characters we're making. ... OH, WELL, IT'S CANON THAT THERE ARE MORE FEMALE CAPES THAN MALE! XD

Basically, I was like, "everyone's probably going to be villains" and made a hero to watch everything happen. But, heh. We'll see what happens. Here she is.

ALICIA! I DON'T KNOW IF YOU REALLY HAVE THE TIME TO DEAL WITH THE HORSE-INFESTATION BEFORE DELIVERING THAT MESSAGE...!
@Joshua Tamashii Oh, um. I have another hider under the one on the first post in the OOC where it shows Routes. I just thought it looked cluttered with the routes in it so I made the main version be without them. Still, heading for Old Tombs is the right direction to head to Route 16. XD

Anyways. Grinding against trainers does fine. Let's see what we can do. It's a bit tougher than against wild Pokémon, of course, because you can't be sure the person you're challenging isn't necessarily better prepared than you, but I'm not necessarily intending on being too mean. Heh.

Yupp, nicely posted. 9 Pokéballs and 1 Umbrella comes out at 1850. Yeah, well within your price-range. Heh.

@Rune_Alchemist Teh-heh. That's how you celebrate. The antics of the Ralia-clones made me chuckle a bit. Alright. That was nice to read. Nicely posted. Now, then.
