Pokémon: Start

Personally speaking

I prefer the whole unlimited moves thing. It doesn't make sense that pokemon that learns moves naturally simply just...forget them. Never understood that in the games - it's only for some silly balancing purposes, but then I'm not fond of how battles are generally handled in the game or show. For default leveling, learning and being able to use all their moves is perfectly reasonable I think. Most movepools are reasonable for the pokemon, and those that do not have a movepool to learn from leveling whilst evolving simply could learn the movesets of their previous evolution instead.

The solution here with TMs would be to simply make them rare, and make a pokemon only capable of learning a few TMs at a time since they'd actually have to practice/learn them. I don't think HMs are going to be a thing either.

And it's not like Egg Moves are going to be a serious thing for pokemon you catch since that would be determined when you catch them, and they're probably not going to have more than one or two at most.

but that's just my two cents on it. I trust @PlatinumSkink not to let a pokemon have an absurd amount of moves like you described.

Money? Phoebe's eyes shifted to the rogue who would dare to ask for money for something that they should do simply out of the need to help others. The priestess frowned, but said nothing. Well, if her companions were to be greedy fools, then that was what she had to deal with. She would attempt to at least, steer them on the right path but for the sake of working together she couldn't come off as overbearing or self-righteous. The Head Priest often had to tell her to reign in her mouth in such matters....

As the assembly finished, she left the room with a polite bow to the King and followed after the others. The walk was silent, and for the most part fairly pleasant. One of the others of the group decided to eventually introduce themselves, though. That was good - it seemed at least one of them were going to be somewhat cooperative.

"I am Phoebe Galanis." She introduced herself with a small frown at Rez. "Priestess, though I am still in training. I can perform minor healing arts as well as handle myself well enough in battle, and unlike some of the others," She gave Declan a sideways glance. "I am not doing this for some petty reason like money." There was definitely a bit of bite to her words as she walked, only realizing the tone of voice she used wasn't the friendliest after she had spoke.

The rest of the walk continued much as Charlotte expected. In silence, for the most part. Charlotte wasn't in a very talkative mood anyways, though she arguably never was in much of one. What came next though, was easily surprising to the alchemist. A forest? In a cave? They were still in a cave, right? How could plants survive with no sunlight? Artificial light? Maybe they didn't need light at all, and were some new form of plant she hadn't seen before. Not to mention the ceiling! Those definitely weren't stars. Some sort of glow bug, maybe? They had those in Asrtil. She tried to contain visible excitement, but failed somewhat as she couldn't resist staring at the ceiling as she walked over to Cait.

In all, this was very curious.

"I'll spare my curiosity for later..." She replied, taking a seat next to the native. All this mysticism seemed a bit excessive, to be honest though, but she'd remain silent. If this was their way of doing things, she had no place to try and change that.
