When Royalty Collides

Welcome to the Kingdom of Aciras, the main Kingdom in all of the fair land. Here you may find the most prestigious families along with their children on the day of the one and only Grand Ball. From the time that the royal children were born, their parents had already chosen whom they would marry for them; Wether it be the other Kingdom in which they had an alliance, or, perhaps a Kingdom that they were wishing to form an alliance with. Upon the children of the Kingdoms coming to the age of marrying status, the King and Queen of Aciras is holding the Grand Ball for all of the children for the Kingdoms to meet. After the Ball, the royal families stay in the Castle for 3 months. Up until this moment, the children have only ever come in contact with one another on official business. So, what will happen when the children finally meet and the royal families find that the heirs to the thrones are falling in love with the wrong person?

_{Just a side note, Aciras is the main kingdom where the RP will be taking place. You will be somewhat creating your own as in coming up with names for the Kingdom/Empire that your character comes from.}

After all characters are created, this is where who they are paired up with will be posted when the official OOC has been posted. To decide whom is betrothed to whom, I will use a randomizer.

1.) Drama stay's in the IC. If a major problem arises in the OOC, please pm me or the fellow gm's and I'm sure we can work something out. If it is between you and on other specific user, take it to a private pm between the two of you.
2.) Romance is allowed, but all guild rules must be respected. Keep it at the limit's of kissing, please. Cursing is allowed, just don't go overboard with it.
3.) A minimum of 2 well written paragraphs per post please.
4.) For you speed posters out there, allow two other people to post before you do.
5.) Please post at the very least, 2 times a week. I would love for this RP to run smoothly as well as effectively.
6.) You can have as many characters as you can handle. Let's try for even genders, please.
7.) Last but not least, HAVE FUN.

Haley, what's the time period this RP is set in?
It's modern times. Modern technology and whatnot then. Basically the wars that overthrew the mass kingdoms in our actual history never happened. This being said, Empires and Kingdoms still rule. It's the only thing different from the world we live in now. Sort of like a AU where America didn't win the Revolution.
Explain the Kingdoms a bit for us, would ya?
Sure! Pretty much they can be anything you want. They could be based off of actual countries and nationalities if you would like. Through the process of creating Aciras, I simply thought of America.
Characters?
As previously stated, you can have as many characters as you can handle. I trust my writers with this seeing you would know your limitations better than I. If your wandering what the art stile for the pictures will be for the characters, that would be realistic.
