Slowly -- but surely -- coming back from a long hiatus.
Better known by the name of Tsu. An "advanced" roleplayer with at least five years of experience on/off. In real life, he is a college student studying in Asia, majoring in design-related fields. Outside of this site, he's also a hopeless poet and an indie writer currently working on his first book (as and when he has the time and inspirations to write something). He is also active in the Harry Potter fandom through participating in fanfic competitions/challenges and building connections with gift fics.
INTP; a Pottermore-certified Slytherin but identifies himself as a Slytherclaw who is both witty and ambitious. Considers himself a Denpa Otaku -- a fan of animanga, visual novels and JRPGs, and he's as opinionated about what he likes and dislikes as every other fan out there.

He'd be a figment, even if someone else chose Zidane as their character because of his impact to Freya's character development and how I perceive him as and the actions I plan on having him take. Under Memoria I happened to list every event Freya can be involved in, which includes a heaping helping of Zidane after Disc 2. The ones that she's absent for, such as the Lifa Tree and Gargan Roo are absent because she was never there. Zidane just makes a lot of appearances because, well, he gets the most screen time. :P
Zidane obviously gets the most screen time in IX because he's the number one protagonist within this game. That's the same for Cloud in VII, Tidus in X, and so on. :P
For "Memoria" (backstory) part the inclusion of Zidane or any other characters is perfectly fine since this section is about the canon info; I was more concerned about the arcs you're planning because he doesn't seem like a collab point and appears to be fully integrated at early stage. Thank you for the clarification though. :)
So far no one is contesting the characters you guys have chosen to take up, so the GMs shall be looking over the applications we have so far - namely Cloud and Freya - either later today (because it's midnight for Ryu's side now) or tomorrow.
Alright, so I'm kinda mostly technically done with my character application. Everything except an original sample, but I've got references in there as placeholders while I work that out.
Anyway, for IC sample it doesn't have to be from a FF roleplay - any RP you did or currently active in will suffice. Just pick 2-3 posts that can best illustrate your writing level. :) You can also provide external links to other works you write off-site (such as FFnet/FPcom, Wattpad, AO3, etc.) if you don't wish to use your RP writing, since this RP is more similar to novel than your conventional RP style.
As for your sheet, I noticed that you incorporated a lot of other characters besides the main - Freya - you would like to play as, in particular Zidane, who is the most iconic protagonist in IX. I'm not sure if that heavy inclusion is under the assumption that the Zidane in Freya's miniworld is merely a figment of her imagination/astral projection from the remnants of her memory rather than the actual character himself, otherwise you'll have to look for someone who is willing to play Zidane in order to interact with Freya within a close crossover of two miniworlds.
(I've been lurking here but mostly to sort out the basic game mechs, lore stuffs and any other FAQs as much as I can. As for Ryu he had his hands full babysitting and catching up with paperwork IRL. XD)

I love this anime. I started from reading the manga then discovered the anime and watched some of the fight scenes and goddamn are they awesome. I highly suggest reading the manga as well as watching the anime since the anime only covers a small portion of the total content. Though the manga doesn't update often and is still in progress ^^;
You don't really need to launch a colorful mecha into space and make them fly around in a dizzying whirl of colors to be awesome. 'Nuff said.
