Current I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

roleplayerguild.com/posts/5… If anyone's up for fighting some kaiju, why not try out my new RP, Godzilla: YATAGARUSU?

@HereComesTheSnow: I will admit I need to work a bit on the backstory elements(considering being that the first vampire forcibly converted some of her faithful or something) since it is something different from the standard "undead are an abomination" beliefs.

Also, to everyone, feel free to ask general setting questions! I am very happy to help!
@Animal: You've discovered a proud hundi warrior's only weakness. D:

Also, they probably can go awoo.
@HereComesTheSnow: Well, vampires can be killed by a few things: Complete incineration, being completely frozen, or having enough of the body destroyed and their head severed. If you just cut off the head it won't work, but if you destroy a lot of their body and take off the head then it overwhelms their regeneration.

Vampires need to have enough mana to be transformed, or else they just die.

And the most fun part... Vampires being hurt by the sun because Reon hates them isn't a joke. Reon hates vampires so much just standing in sunlight is harmful to them. It can't kill them only because Reon does understand it's not a choice to be a vampire. But she still hates them. Reon has a special hatred for vampires over the standard dislike of undead exhibited by both goddesses(and thus filtered down to the church). Sapient undead are more accepted then vampires as a result, though it's not impossible for a vampire(like Tyaethe) to find a place in human society, it is preeeetty rare.
Vampires might not be in the OP, but I do have some lore stuff on them if people are curious, too.
@Psyker Landshark: Normally I'm not one to do too much administrative work after midnight, but I'm feeling pretty awake right now. Accepted!

@Dystopya: Same here, accepted.
@OwO: The first time we had mostly swords as I recall, so it's nice to see some spears and an axe in there.
@Click This: Accepted! I'm liking the variety in weapon specialization we have this time, too.
@RolePlayerRoxas: Town would help me quite a bit there.
@Dystopya: I am!
Saber - Arturia Pendragon and Kobayashi Seria

Mordred, for a moment, seemed to recognize Chiron. The blonde Saber couldn't help but be somewhat curious. Had the Red Knight been summoned prior to this point? But in what circumstance? It was undeniably a strange situation... and yet her Master seemed intent on doing something, anything else.

Additionally, the other Servant who had arrived to serve as an opponent was Bradamante, one of the legendary Paladins of the Holy Roman Emperor, Charlemagne. However, she was hardly acting as a dignified knight. Instead, she appeared quite starstruck to meet the knights... and she had met Merlin? Arturia was somewhat stunned, for a few moments. She hadn't been aware of that. Just what had been going on in that mage's head? He must have had a reason for reaching out to Bradamante like that, though. There had to be. Even if his behavior was sometimes... well...

That was enough of that.

"A Paladin of Charlemagne who met my advisor... and the instructor of the Legendary Achilles. It is an honor to know my knights shall test their might against such famed figures," she said, with a small smile.

Glancing slightly towards Bradamante, she continued.

"However, I wish to see them challenged. You should not allow yourself to be distracted by your opponent," she continued. It was of course quite obvious who she was addressing with that comment, "To do battle with honor is how you can show your respect."

Satisfied with that remark, Arturia's attention shifted slightly. She could smell it... there was food cooking, quite close by. There was only one possible explanation for that.

"Master, may we visit the concessions booth before combat begins?"

Seria, meanwhile, was struggling to hide her own excitement. She was eager to see Mordred enter combat, she couldn't deny it. Mordred was an incredibly powerful Servant, child of the best Saber-class Servant, to do battle with an incredibly famous figure... to display the power of a Servant, even in what would likely be a simple mock battle, was far too exciting. But if she sat there and jittered about, she'd look like some kind of idiot, and Mordred would definitely notice!

She couldn't let that happen!

"... So... are we going to have some sort of mock battle?" she found herself asking, trying not to sound excited.
