vietmyke@Zoey Boey: Okay so in terms of a strict lifestyle, naturally moderation is enforced in indulgent things like alcohol. Technically getting a little too hammered isn't going to get your position taken away or something, but it's not going to be looked upon that fondly. So basically a party animal type could be a paladin, it's just their behavior would be treated as on the uncouth side.
As you'd expect, serving justice, protecting the weak, all that kind of stuff is part of being a paladin. Specific to Reonite paladins is the fact they're always going to be more geared for more aggressive conduct, though of course there's not a hard line where only Reonite paladins destroy the wicked and only Mayonite paladins protect the weak, it's just the former are usually best equipped for more aggressive actions and the latter are usually best equipped for more defensive actions.
Reonite paladins have the mark of Reon(the Fleur di Lys) somewhere on their body, it's up to the individual paladin where. They're also likely to carry lillies on their person for sacrifice during prayer. Under both Reon and Mayon, undeath is an abomination(barring circumstances where the undead retains their mind and free will, but it's still not exactly treated fondly) and mindless or wicked undead are to be exterminated whenever they are discovered without mercy. To this end, most necromancy is also considered an abomination and those who conduct it should be given a chance to repent, but will face death if they reject this opportunity.
There's some other fairly obvious stuff, like never attacking the defenseless, that kind of thing. Paladins are also part of the clergy and thus can act in the capacity any similar members of said clergy. This means officiating weddings, that kind of thing.
Exorcism rites, purging evil, all these sorts of things are to be expected from a paladin. As for specific magic, Reonite paladins have access to Divine Solar Fire, be it spells or an enchantment on a weapon. This is especially good at destroying undead and purging evil entities.
Let's see... oh right, paladins also tend to perform prayers for the recently dead(as long you know, they're not the enemy since stopping to pray for them seems a bit counterintuitive). These involve praying to the Lamplighters for safe passage, the Lamplighters being the Reonite/Mayonite psychopomp. They're young girls with tall hats who carry long staffs tipped with a lamp, said to guide the spirits of the dead to the afterlife. There's a holiday tied to them as well which is most comparable to Halloween.
